“Brooklyn” actress Saoirse Ronan attends the BAFTA Awards Season Tea Party at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills in Los Angeles, California.
Ummm… we’re just humble bloggers, but we don’t understand anything about this look. At all.
Fuchsia and orange sandals paired with a peach dress? Wait. Let’s step back a second.
Fuchsia and orange sandals?
A peach dress?
Why would you wear these things, Saoirse? We admit, we’re a little prejudiced about the color peach because we lived through ’80s and vowed that as God is our witness, we’d never support the use of peach as a design color ever again. And sure, maybe there’s nothing inherently wrong with fuchsia and orange sandals, but we’re having a hard time finding anything right with this pair.
Then there’s the kind of weird deal with the sheer top underneath the dress. There’s nothing about it that looks pretty or interesting to our eyes. It just looks like she’s fleeing the country with everything she can take with her. Plus the dress is so drab and shapeless. Between her and Brie Larson we fear the Oscar poledance is going to be heavy with weird or ugly outfits. And when we say we “fear” it, we mean we’re LOVING it, because nothing makes humble bloggers happier than a chance to point out a hiddy look.
Sorry, girl. We love you, but this is just awful.
