Katy Perry attends the Stella McCartney Fall 2016 Collection Presentation held at Amoeba Music in Hollywood, California.

Trust that Katy knows what to do when faced with the prospect of having to wear a Stella joint. She just says “Fuck it,” and dresses up like a crazy old lady:

And y’know? It almost works.

The problem here is that everything looks a little random. The turban and coat might go with each other, but they don’t, as a pair, really go with the dress. And the bag is coming straight out of left field, as are the shoes.

The ironic thing is, if she’d just sported the dress (which is cute because come on, paint-by-number kitties) and the bag – both from Stella – she probably would have looked better. But we do so love it when a young lady gets her granny on in a fun way. We’d have loved to have seen the faux fur and turban paired with an outfit that would really set them off.
