Golden Globes: Lady Gaga in Atelier Versace

Posted on January 11, 2016

“American Horror Story: Hotel” actress and singer Lady Gaga attends the 73rd Annual Golden Globe Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California.

We were inclined to bow down and call her a diva but she stole Kirsten Dunst’s award away from her and now we hate her stupid face.

Oh, let’s not stay angry with each other, Steffi. Our emotions are all over the place this morning.

Remember how we’ve been complaining of late that her looks don’t always have the polish that they should? Well, shut our mouths, why don’t you, girl? This is as polished as she’s ever looked and we’re loving it. The “Madame X” allusions would appear to be very much deliberate, considering how she insists on posing her hands. She tends to treat everything like performance art, so it doesn’t surprise us that she’d deliberately pose as if she was LARPing a classic piece of artwork. That’s just who she is, even when she’s showing up as relatively normal-looking as this.

Great look all around. Conventional, yes, but sometimes a gal’s gotta leave the shocking outfits at home if she’s seeking the respect of her peers.
