Miranda Lambert attends the Artist’s Dinner honoring the recipients of the 38th Annual Kennedy Center Honors hosted by United States Secretary of State John F. Kerry at the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C.
We don’t really spend much time paying attention to Miss Miranda’s style choices because, well, they’re kinda boring. But as were looking at these shots in the early light of morning, it occured to us that, yes, this is kind of a boring gown, but when we look at her red carpet scorecard, she’s remarkably consistent in her style. We’re sure we’ve seen her in one or two bad looks over the years, but for the most part, she’s well appointed all the way down the line. In other words, she doesn’t skimp on her red carpetry. They may not be the showiest or trendiest looks in the world, but she gets the job done every time.
Now, having said that, this gown, while lovely in a rather plain sort of way, is causing us to involuntarily rub our chests in sympathy pain. Girl, you need to let those girls breathe a little bit more. The tight bust is ruining what should have been a perfectly serviceable gown.
