The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 Los Angeles Premiere

Posted on November 17, 2015

Have we all gotten sick of them yet? We’re asking.

Not that we’re mad at any of them but the modern blockbuster poledance/promo tour is relentless, is it not? Since this was a fairly low-key red carpet – deliberately so, because of the Paris attacks – and because we’ve all seen so much of them in the last few weeks, we’re just gonna throw them all into one post and do bitchy drive-bys.

Shall we?

That is the best we’ve seen her hair look in ages. In fact, it’s the first time we’ve really liked this length on her. The makeup’s looking gorgeous too. And the dress is sublime; one of the best Diors she’s ever worn, we’re thinking. Certainly one of the ones most suited to her style.

Liam’s fine, but his pants are a bit too short. Josh is making us wince at the sight of his way-too-small suit. Seriously, nothing has fit him through this entire poledance. Course corrections should have been made by now.

The makeup gun was clearly set on a too high a level, but the dress is beautiful on her.

His hair is ridiculous and his unceasing need to shove his hands in his pants gives him perpetual ladyhips and a puffy crotch.

There. We said it.

Wow. Did J Law let her stand on the same red carpet as her? Because if we were her, we would have made Miss Natalie go in by the back door. This is stunning.

We’re only putting this up to prove that he doesn’t need to dress like a teenager to get our attention. We don’t love the white sweater, but this mostly works.

Very pretty, but we don’t love the neckline and we think a more demure necklace was called for.

Can you tell we love this look? We want to wrap all our holiday presents in this dress.
