Oof.

Girl.

We feel like we should gently usher you off this red carpet, take you home, and make sure you have an unending supply of wine and junk food to help get you over … whatever it is you apparently need to get over.

We actually really like the head styling here, even though it contributes to the impression that she has an unusually charismatic and stylish form of depression. The thing is, she’s really suited for these pseudo-goth stylings. Like Kristen Stewart, she’s an unlikely-to-smile gal who can really handle a metric shit-tonne of makeup on her face. It’s not the hair and makeup that’s the problem here. They’re pretty damn flawless, actually. It’s that depressing oil spill of a dress she’s got on. We’d love to see her sporting that head styling with something like a simple white sheath. We bet it’d be so much more dramatic than this, and it wouldn’t make us question the nature of existence quite so much.
