Girl, that is NOT your look.

The conventional wisdom is that Maggie has a retro face that takes very well to either retro-inspired styling or period costuming, but we think these shots make a very good argument against the idea. At the very least, we can say definitively that she doesn’t take well to late seventies styling. This is the same series we saw James Franco shooting, while done up in period costuming that perfectly suited him. Maggie’s look is a slightly off-the-beaten path take on the period. It’s definitely accurate (especially for floozy, stripper or hooker character types), but it’s not the go-to look for costume designers when it comes to this period.
