Hugh Jackman recently arrived in Hong Kong during the Mid-Autumn Festival to promote his latest film, “Pan.” Hugh visited the oldest neighborhood in Hong Kong, Tai Hang, and experienced the most authentic cultural heritage – the Tai Hang Fire Dragon Dance Festival. The first international star participating in this festival, Hugh was honored with a leading role during the parade by holding the Fire Dragon pearl.
In the 19th century the people in the village of Tai Hang miraculously stopped a plague with a fire dragon dance. It has become an annual tradition, where up to 300 performers dance the fire dragon, made up of 72,000 sticks of burning incense and a 67-metre-long dragon, through the narrow streets of Tai Hang.
So no, the title of this post is NOT a euphemism for something dirty, you little degenerates. But the accompanying pictures, while not really worthy for setting off a style discussion, are ridiculously charming.
We never say -or even think – this, but sometimes, it must be nice to be a movie star. Or maybe Hugh Jackman just has a knack for making it look like a fun life.
Also: THIGHS. What? You thought we were going to be totally classy the whole way through? Silly kittens.
