“Love, Rosie” star Lily Collins attends The A List 15th Anniversary Party in Beverly Hills, California.
This perfectly pushes our funky buttons, which sounds like something dirty, but shame on you for thinking so, because we’re better than that and you should be too. No, what we mean is, after the first part of the week, which was all about the high stripperwear that dominated the VMAs, and the last day or two, which has been about tastefully chic film festival wear, we’re just in the mood for a celebrity look that feels a little more downtown. It’s probably why we responded so well to Jenna Dewan’s look from this same party. Sometimes it’s refreshing to see a celeb who’s dressed for a party instead of for attention or an award. And it’s especially nice to see Miss Lily in something like this, since her looks have probably forced her into a more traditionally chic and princess-like Audrey Hepburn style for the red carpet. Not that Parisian-style chic doesn’t suit her well, but we’re loving the slightly boho feel here, which also suits her well, to our surprise. The headband’s a bit too twee for our tastes and the bag, while lovely isn’t quite the style we’d have chosen to go with this look, but aside from that, we’re loving this on her. The shoes are killer.
