It’s a silly dress. We may get into trouble for saying this but we think it looks absurd on a mature woman. We can only say in our defense that we’d say the same thing about this dress on a woman thirty years younger than her. Forty years, even. To be honest, we simply can’t see this print working on any female over the age of ten. And most little girls we know would turn their noses up at this print for being too “baby” by the time they were eight. We’re all for whimsy at any age, but there’s a difference between child-like and childish.

And it’s such a shame, because the colors and the shape look really fabulous on her.
