Stand back, children. Mama’s got some SLAYING to do.
Honoree Caitlyn Jenner accepts the Arthur Ashe Courage Award during The 2015 ESPYS at Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California in an Atelier Versace long-sleeved gown paired with Stuart Weitzman heels.
Personal Best – BY FAR. She has never looked this good. Granted, she’s only been Caitlyn in the public eye for 6 weeks now, but she’s probably worn more dresses and gowns in that time than most of you have. It’s been a rapid style evolution for Miss Caitlyn and this feels like Graduation Day. The look is bold and simple at the same time; declarative and feminine, without going overboard on jewelry or sparkle or other Kardashian-like elements.
In fact, this was Caitlyn’s first time utilizing the styling services of Jen Rade, who’s most well known for being Angelina Jolie’s stylist. This is very much in the minimalist Angelina mode and it suits Caitlyn to a T. Stop taking style advice from Kim, girl. You got yourself a pro and she clearly knows what she’s doing.
And to top it all off, she absolutely CRUSHED that speech. You WERQ your newfound freedom of expression, lady.
