Katy Perry for Moschino Fall 2015 ad campaign shot by Inez Van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin and styled by Carlyne Cerf de Dudzeele.
We’re disappointed. You couldn’t find a better marriage of designer and muse/model than the current Moschino and Miss Katy. And to be fair, all the ensembles look pretty fabulous on her, in that cartoony Moschino – and Katy Perry, for that matter – way. But man, are these some bland-ass shots or what? There’s no life to them. There’s virtually no visual interest. And there’s certainly no imagination when your idea to show off a graffiti-inspired garment is to pose it in front of actual graffiti.
We swear we’re not grumpy. Well, no grumpier than usual. But lack of imagination makes our sinuses hurt.
