We like trash couture as much as the next two queens, and we don’t have a problem with it showing up at an event like the Met Gala, but this just looks lame to us.
Katy Perry attends the “China: Through The Looking Glass” Costume Institute Benefit Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City in a Moschino radzmir bustier gown with custom artwork paired with a Moschino ‘Paint Can’ clutch.
It doesn’t even feel like she’s trying that hard. She just pulled from the Moschino pile, slapped on her Liza wig and headed out the door. Somehow the paint can comes off as the worst part to us. It’s way to theme-y in a “Get it? Graffiti!” kind of way.
You’re better than this, Katy.
