Dame Joan Collins holds her insignia of Dame Commander of the British Empire after being awarded by the Prince of Wales at an Investiture Ceremony at Buckingham Palace in London, England.
She kind of looks like something you’d see in a dessert case.
Anyway, congrats, Dame Joan! You deserve it, you fabulous old broad.
