Somehow, this dress manages to be both too grandiose for this event while also looking too downscale and cheap for this event.
Megan Fox attends the premiere of “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” in Tokyo, Japan in a Salvatore Ferragamo satin halter gown paired with Roger Vivier sandals and a Jay Hadley cuff.
It’s not an event that called for a gown, we’re thinking. In fact, gowns on celebrities should be reserved for formal galas, awards shows, and premieres of awards-hungry prestige films. Deployed in other instances, a lady celeb risks looking like she’s getting a little ahead of herself. Come on, honey. It’s your turtle movie. Tone it down.
On the other hand, this is so cheap-looking that it looks Adult Video Awards-ready, so maybe you should be turning it up. Either way, it’s wrong and you should feel bad about it, Megan. And if you don’t feel bad, that’s what we’re here for.
