We’d say this dress is nearly impossible to pull off – and even then, you’d have to be a model or internationally famous movie star to come close.

Now, the less charitable among you would read the previous sentence and respond with “That means it’s an ugly dress, then.” Not so fast, less-charitable ones, because we do think this is a uniquely beautiful look and if there’s one internationally famous movie star who could make this work, it’s Keira Knightley. Or Cate Blanchett. So two. Oh, and Tilda Swinton. Three international movie stars who could really make this awkward frock sing. Maybe Lupita Nyong’o, so… four. Four internationally famous movie stars.
Well. We seem to have rambled, but our point is this: She’s Keira Frikkin Knightley and she’s gonna make this goddamn tablecloth skirt WORK, dammit.
