It’s like this: Sure, it’s a pretty cracktastic look. No doubt. It kinda looks like the dress is melting. And we’ve got nothing against candy-colored hair, but this is a dirty shade that ultimately has the effect of making her look flat-out odd. A lot of the Bitter Kittens don’t love Kelly Osbourne’s lavender hair, but at least it goes with her looks and kind of looks pretty when it’s styled right. The dirty blue against her bronzey skin tone just isn’t doing a thing for her. And her preference for wearing it in these tight little styles doesn’t help, either.

But y’know? We have to respect her for devising a unique look and really sticking to it. Occasionally she or her people show a pretty good eye for picking chic, unusual items and styling them in a way that turns heads. Maybe it doesn’t work, but at least it’s not cookie-cutter.
