There’s one thing we love about the GQ Men of the Year Awards above all other celebrity back-patting ceremonies. It’s the way so many of the ladystars in attendance obviously dress for male attention, rather than to get in the good graces of snippy homosexuals (such as we) and bitchy fashion editors. It’s GAME ON – and these bitches aren’t fooling around.
In other words, this dress is Natalie Dormer’s way of saying “COME AT ME, BRO.”
“Game of Thrones” actress Natalie Dormer attends the 2014 GQ Men of the Year awards at The Royal Opera House in London, England in an Emilio Pucci dress paired with a Diane von Furstenberg clutch, Aquazzura shoes, and Elizabeth Gage jewelry.
And as is the case, when a bunch of gals get into an unstated competition to be the hottest in the room, the results tend to get pretty damn tacky. Worse, they work against their stated goal. Far be it for us to say she doesn’t look hot, but this doesn’t exactly flatter her bust. The massive wrinkles don’t help. And the badly pinned hem is awful.
Then again, these are all things snippy homosexuals (such as we) care about. Nat’s not interested at the moment.
