After years of us complaining to him about his beard and shaggy hair, Joe finally gave in to our pestering and had his head did up all nice and clean-like:

Unfortunately, he wore a lovely – and focus-pulling – pube-fringe scarf, which means any changes to his head aren’t really registering at the moment.
Did he overdo it on his mascara or is that just us?
