We were all set to put together a well-reasoned (if not downright bitchy) critique of her look, head to toe, because, well…we’re just so used to having a lot to criticize with her.

But y’know?

Hilary Swank attends the 2013 Couture Council Fashion Visionary Awards at David H. Koch Theater, Lincoln Center in New York City in a Michael Kors Resort 2014 dress paired with PhoenixRoze jewelry. Hilary Swank presented the Couture Council Award for Artistry of Fashion to Michael Kors at the event.

We think she got it pretty close to perfectly right here. Oh sure, the shape of the skirt’s a bit much for her and she’s not working those naked shoes all that well, but it all comes together quite well. Chic and pretty at the same time. We would’ve recommended something for her wrist and shoes with a little more coverage, but other than that, she nailed it. Attagirl.
