Girl could have also used a little face-blotting, but that’s another story.
This is a sharp little dress and the color looks absolutely gorgeous on her. It’s a shame it’s pulling across the hips, but we’re pretty sure it’s just riding up because she just got out of her car. A little smoothing of the skirt and she’ll be good to go. We’re beginning to sound like a broken record on this point, but we think just a skosh off the hem was called for. That below-the-knee length isn’t always friendly to the curvy gals. It’s more for the tall, willowy types. The shoes are pretty fierce, and so is the necklace, but on the jewelry front, we think she should’ve followed Coco’s Dictum of taking one piece off before you leave the house. Either the eagle or the heavy chain, but not both. But the overall effect is pretty striking. Not quite a WERQ-worthy entry, but good enough for an “Attagirl.”
