Wake up, Maggie, we think we’ve got something to say to you.

And what we’ve got to say is this: How is it that you turn every single thing you wear into looking like something your grandmother would wear? Don’t get us wrong, we think this dress is pretty unattractive no matter who’s wearing it, but she has this odd (for someone who takes fashion risks) ability to instantly frump up (or down, we suppose) anything the minute it hits her skin. We have the utmost respect for her for going out on a fashion limb consistently, but she never seems to understand that if you’re going to wear something with a little edge to it, then you need to reflect that in the styling. Standard pumps and 40-year-old bank manager hair is not the way to go with a dress like this. We’re not saying crazy shoes and hair would have made the look prettier but they would at least be consistent with the style of the dress.
