Brace yourselves. It’s more cray than you think, darlings.
Attalady. Wear your cray proudly. In truth, the proportions combined with the pattern do not flatter any wearer, but when taken on the continuum of Miss Céline’s style evolution and current preferences for fabulously attention-seeking couture, this can be seen as relatively mild. She’s going through her “Auntie Mame” phase now that her mourning period is over. Even if the style isn’t particularly chic or flattering, it’s full of life in a way her approach to clothing never really was before. We can’t help but love it.
And we honestly think those pants could look really chic with a basic shell top or blouse, no jacket, and less focus-pulling shoes. In fact, if we want to get technical about it, the problem here is that every single piece should be the starting point for its own outfit instead of all thrown together in one.
