Cathy Cambridge Gets Sassy in Marchesa Notte

Posted on April 05, 2017

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge attends the opening night of “42nd Street” at Theatre Royal in London, England. The opening night is a fundraising event for the East Anglia Children’s Hospice (EACH) of which the Duchess of Cambridge is Patron.

Why, look at you, Duchess; all red and flirty! You’re positively coquettish, dear.

This tends to check off most of her style boxes, but it stands out to us for having some shape and texture to it, which is not always the case with her style choices. We love the flared skirt on her. The little sparkle at the waist is charming and gives it the tiniest bit of glam. And we love that the skirt almost looks like a soft, comfy blanket. The textural qualities are what keep it from looking too plain.

The matching earrings and shoes? Those, we cannot support, we’re afraid. We’re sure she’s devastated.
