“Vinyl” actress Olivia Wilde makes an appearance on the “Late Night with Seth Meyers” show in New York City.
Miss Olivia is going to stay in the damn seventies until all y’all watch her damn ’70s-set TV show.
We can’t fault her for her consistency or her commitment to branding. This is roughly similar to what Allison Williams was trying to go for on Jimmy Fallon the other night, but we’d argue it works better here, partially because this very seventies post-hippie country style really suits Olivia (way more than it does princess Allison) and partially because lace is always going to win over netting when it comes to style.
We can’t say it’s really our taste, but she does have a knack for making these kinds of looks feel classically chic instead of just purely “Coal Miner’s Daughter.”
