Demi Lovato in Ashi Couture at the Royal Variety Performance

Okay, yes; it does give her maribou muff and maybe that’s a point of concern when you’re performing for the future King of England, but come on. Don’t you kinda want to try something like this at your next holiday party?

Hmm. Best not. This may be a For-Models-Only dress. It’s a stunning Ice Queen fantasy gown on the model, but on Demi it kinda looks like she’s being attacked by a jelly fish. Also, the altered collar takes a lot of the interest out of the top half. Demi’s version looks like a sweatshirt. We can understand why someone who doesn’t have a giraffe neck would want to avoid that kind of collar, but the dress loses a lot without it. And the sparkly belt wasn’t such a hot idea. Still, fun dress, right? We want to see a world class drag queen take this one out for a spin. All the kudos in the world to her for giving it a shot.

We appear to be unable to form an opinion on those shoes. They’re interesting, but they’re also pretty tacky, right?
