The magical live action ladies of Disney, Inc. stepped out to celebrate their newest season. Kudos to them, because we didn’t think this show would go the distance.
Unfortunately, the style results were not always as magical as they could be.
Ginnifer Goodwin in Marni Pre-Fall 2014
Yikes. Could this be any less flattering? We get that she had a baby recently, but still. Why would you pick an outfit that makes you look like you’re still in your third trimester? Also: what the HELL is up with that makeup? Honey, you can want to be her as hard as you like, but you are never going to have Audrey Hepburn’s bone structure so you’ve GOT to stop putting her exact makeup on your face. IT DOESN’T WORK, DEAR.
Lana Parrilla in Custom Evan Ducharme
Well, you can’t claim she’s not on point. This would be okay except we hate the life vest quality of the bodice. It looks stiff and way too tight on her.
Wow. How about that? Give it up for a lady who pretty much never gets it right. This isn’t the most exciting look in the world and it definitely could’ve benefitted from a belt, but she looks pretty and there’s nothing about it that makes us cringe or grit our teeth. Her makeup kinda makes her look exhausted, though. Still. Baby steps. Let’s all show her our love and support. Take a bow, dear. But not too deep. You look like you’re going to keel over.
