To be totally honest, we think the print’s a bit much, the matchy shoes are kind of standard and yes, the skirt may just be a little too short, but like Dakota’s surprising dress, we find ourselves unable to focus on any negatives because the overall look is fun and a huge improvement over past mistakes.
But girl, that is not your hair.
