She’s getting shockingly good at the whole image management thing. If you can get the press to go wild over you just because of the outfit you put on, then you’ve got them eating out of your hand. She’s not resorting to Miley-style fuckery or Gaga-style pretentiousness. She’s just showing the world that she’s discovered the power of fashion and how you can wield it like a whip.
This is a high-brow way of saying that this outfit is absolutely hideous but we can’t stop staring at it and we don’t blame any paparazzo for frantically trying to get a shot. It’s why she wore it, after all. You go, Khaleesi.
