If this was a gown, we’d probably love it. In fact, we thought it was gown the first time we saw it. Imagine our disappointment when we found out the truth of the matter.

The sleeves make it. They’re a great, eye-catching element. But the sheer yoke doesn’t look like it’s up to the task of holding that bodice up. The whole thing is straining and looks like it’s about to give way. She may be in possession of too much boob for this jumpsuit to handle.

Kinda hate the styling too. The straight, swept back hair is kind of severe-looking when this look could’ve used something a little lighter and more fun. Also, black pumps look like a terrible choice. Silver sandals, dear. Black nail polish. That would’ve been the way to go. And the jewelry looks kind of random.

Personally, we would’ve told her to forget it the first time she put this on, but if she insisted on wearing it, then we would’ve gone an entirely different way with it. Kudos to her for wearing something interesting, though.

We saw the Penny Dreadful pilot. That title’s half right.
