Cameron Diaz in The Row at the “The Other Woman” London Premiere

Posted on April 03, 2014

Oh Jesus, no, Cammie. Do you not own a mirror? Did Mary-Kate and Ashley hold a gun to your head?

Cameron Diaz attends the UK Gala Screening of “The Other Women” at Curzon Mayfair in London in a The Row black leather dress paired with Manolo Blahnik pumps and jewelry by Michiko, Cartier, and Ana Khouri.

The Row ‘Hentner’ Lambskin Dress

Let’s all bow our heads for the poor lamb who gave up his life so she could look so lumpy on the red carpet. We’re sorry, little lamb. You deserved better.

Cammie, you have a spectacular body and you can absolutely rock a leather dress if you want to, but this dress is clearly FOR MODELS ONLY.

  • Nancer

For heavens sake, girl, go up a size!

    • Stacey Summerville

1 size up (I suppose a 4 instead of a 2!) and this dress would be a knock out!

      • Nancer

I know, right? Nobody would ever think she was overweight it she just wore a dress that fit! And nobody would know or care what size was on the label.

        • EveEve

People think she looks overweight? In what universe?! That dress would be difficult to fit on anybody, the way the skins are cut. It’s just pulling and tugging and shmushing and sagging all to hell. Going up a size isn’t goig to fix that. Poor thing looks so uncomfortable.

  • Hallie

    i like it

  • PeaceBang

In a universe where Cameron Diaz needs Spanx, something is wrong. Namely, this dress.

    • Anna

Indeed. And Cameron Diaz WAS a model.

    • sojourneryouth

It’s even tight and bunchy across her breasts, and she isn’t busty! This is SO bad!

  • KinoEye

Wow. Any garment that makes slender, 5’9 Cameron Diaz look paunchy needs to be taken out back and shot. It would be a mercy killing.

  • Courtenay P

even the model has a food baby in this dress. burn this.

  • Well, the dress looks tight and is not flattering her at all, as we all agree. But the hair isn’t doing her any favors, either. The messy, “I parted my hair with an egg beater” look needs to die, and that shade of yellow should be confined to Peeps.

  • PastryGoddess

Leather is not forgiving. You have to go up a size so that it sits on the body right.

Tsk tsk Cammie, lets pretend this never happened shall we

  • MilaXX

It just looks like she needs to go up a size. Also why a nude shoe with that dress? More importantly WTF is going on with that hair?

    • Evan

I actually don’t mind the nude shoes with that dress for some reason, maybe because they help show off how long her legs are, but I would have worn spiky silver shoes or black heels with studs to add some edge to this.

  • Evan

If Cameron Diaz, one of the fittest and slimmest women in Hollywood, can’t wear it, then how is a model going to wear it? They have almost the same proportions!

  • SewingSiren

    Wrong size. Wrong underwear.

    • EveEve

      wrong dress

      • Sophie

        and probably no underwear.

  • Leah Elzinga

    size UP.

  • NMMagpie

Lumpy dress and the flyaway hair. Nope.

  • lunchcoma

What a horrible dress. And why on earth is she wearing nude shoes with it?

  • Glam Dixie

She looks really uncomfortable in this, or maybe that’s just me projecting my discomfort at looking at her in this onto her. Either way, that is no one’s dress.

  • Jessica Freeman

This is a dress for bras.

  • Richard Banger

It even looks HORRENDOUS on the model

  • msdamselfly

I think she looks pretty great

  • With sleeves that tight, if she doesn’t get her hand off her hip soon she’ll need treatment for crush syndrome.

  • Sheneve Butler

Is this the dress Keri Russell wore last year? It looks so much better when it’s the right size.

  • suzq

My kingdom for….some Spanx, a can of baby powder, and a stylist who can properly size an outfit!!!!

    • alyce1213

Leather + baby powder = Ross on “Friends.” A very funny episode.

  • YourLibrarian

Well, her… makeup looks great. That’s all I’ve got.

  • decormaven

When one has such great assets, why cram them into such a ill-fitting garment? She is so much better than this.

  • SierraDelta

If she exhales, all of the seams will pop.

  • R.A.

It grosses me out that this dress was made from the skin of a baby 🙁 so cruel.

    • Evan

This is probably gonna sound terrible, but hopefully they ate it. I’m ok with leather and fur as long as all the parts are used/nothing goes to waste.

      • R.A.

I would prefer that but the other concern is what kind of life the lamb actually had when it was alive 🙁 and also what happened to its mother. There is just too much cruelty in the factory farming industry.

        • Evan

That’s true. I love animals (more than humans actually), but I’m not a vegetarian because I also love meat. I usually prefer fake fur to real fur, but I prefer real leather to pleather because pleather/vinyl doesn’t breathe and I think real leather is more durable.

          • R.A.

I am an animal lover too (more than humans as well) and was a meat-eater until I found out more about the journey that animals take from birth to the dinner plate. Now, as much as I hate to say it, I don’t believe that the terms “animal-lover” and “meat-eater” can be synonymous. There is just too much needless suffering in the factory farming industry. I just can’t in good conscience eat meat knowing what they suffer through. I am not against meat-eating, I am just strongly against factory farming and unfortunately 99% of the meat consumed in North America is factory farmed. So I had to make the choice to give it up.

  • RoseJB

Granted, it’s a little tight. But I really love it. I don’t even mind the wrinkles too much.

  • That bod should never look that bad. This dress is a crime. Those shoes with that dress boggle the mind.

  • Shawn EH

Which she no longer is one of?

  • … now I’ve seen what Elisabeth Moss did to an innocent leather dress, I take back criticisms of this one.

  • 3boysful

The way the light hits the bust, her boobs look like they are centered close together on her torso. Not a great look, Cammie. Go fire someone.

  • MannahattaMamma

We have to file this dress under “just because you CAN doesn’t mean you SHOULD”

  • marlie

The dress is too tight, and it appears to be twisted or something. NOT good, Cammie. I hate her hair color, but her makeup is ok, and I don’t mind these shoes. If only the dress were a size bigger.

  • JP

A dress that fits right, lose the Silly Putty shoes, and comb your damn hair, and it would be amazeballs.

  • cocohall

Bad fit, but this is the sort of dress that will keep people from asking “Do you want children?” It is clearly a CFM dress, not a dress that says I wish I had a little one at home and was there changing the baby’s nappies. I applaud her for being George Clooney’s unapologetic female counterpart. But yes, go up a size dear. No one can see the tag . . . .

  • demidaemon

It’s sad that this is a FMO dress as it really shouldn’t be that hard to pull off. WTH happened?

  • E2_Remote

Oh geez is that ever no bueno, Cam. Hopefully, someone enjoyed some nice lamb chops so that poor creature’s demise wasn’t totally in vain.

  • Sophie

Pretty jewellery from what I can see. Nice make-up. I dislike all the rest.

  • schadenfreudelicious

This just screams for a mutton dressing as lamb comment…I’ll show myself out…

  • colleenjanel

Girl, that’s not your … anything.

  • NBG

It’s a dress for PHOTOSHOPPED models.

  • Danielle

Someone clearly needs new gays. This is a travesty.

  • formerlyAnon

Not generally a fan of such dresses, and it’s not a primo one for her – but if she’d FIX THE DAMN HAIR I’d be happy. Or at least I’d have the energy to hate the dress. Too busy hating the hair. That’s effing CIVILIAN hair, not celebrity hair.

    • Lilak

And pretty crappy civilian hair at that, right? Urk!

  • Jacquelina La Bomba

Not to mention, this movie looks absolutely, god-awful, slap-your-mom TERRIBLE. Oops; I mentioned it.

  • Megan

Nearly died laughing at “Did Mary-Kate and Ashley hold a gun to your head?” Y’all are hysterical. (And spot on.)

  • frannyprof

I would go so far as to say this dress is for mannequins only. It’s the kind of dress that’s not kind to anyone who moves, even someone who’s a size 000.

  • ThaliaMenninger

She’s looking hard and old in that get-up and I cannot think that was her intent.

  • B_C_J

Ouch!! This is really too tight/small dress once you compare it to the model’s version.

  • Yes, she has an amazing body, but I feel like she needs to do something to bump up the level of sophistication in her choices, or these ‘too young’ looks will just emphasize her (seeming) terror of aging.

  • ashtangajunkie

That hair is a colour that could not possibly grow out of a head.

  • TippiH

Halle-fucking-lujiah for her wrinkles!! The fine lines around her eyes and on her neck are beautiful. (maybe wrinkle was a theme? It works on her beautiful face, not on the dress)

    • bellafigura1

And the dress looks killer. What’s so terrible? That we can see she has flesh? And she is not carved from stone? And maybe likes a beer and a slice now and then? God bless you, Cammie, you look fantastic.

  • strawberryshake

Um no. Pack it up and send it to Heidi Klum.

  • kategs

This dress clearly needs to go up a size and then I will bet she’d rock the hell out of it.

  • MyFavoriteColorIsGlitter

    The horror.

  • Jenna621

“This dress makes me look young and sexually desirable, right? Right?! Right?!?!”

  • Patrick Cleary

    That hair is so tired.

  • DebbieLovesShoes

Which reminds me: I need to put more air in my tires.

  • Clash D

I am willing to forgive her midsection but NOT those shoes.

  • LadyLuck777

Come on, guys. She had to rush to this event right after her audition as Stifler’s mom in the American Pie remake and didn’t have time to change.
