    • gabbilevy

Oooh, YEA! I’d wear almost all of these.

      • kimmeister

Yeah, all but the ones with green knick-knacks, the black ones with bootie vamp, and the penultimate chunky cream/black ones.

    • PastryGoddess

Classic shoes. Very well made. Love them

    • Latin Buddy

I would wear each of these…and I’m a guy. Gorge.

    • KingCrazy

      YAAAAAAAS x 10.

Almost all the other shoes this season have been horrid. I still shudder at the sweaty plastic boots from the other day.

      • peachy

no kidding… those things looked atrocious…. and probably smelled the same way.

      • Zeee

I can’t get those humid blue ones out of my mind. Ick.

      • BuffaloBarbara

Hmm. Perhaps I should venture a gander at the other collections before rendering my “eh,” then…

    • Lauren

Um, YAY. This is the first round of shoes from fashion week that aren’t batshit crazy and are actually wearable.

      • Nancer

I know, right? This years runway has featured some truly ugly and totally crazy shoes, bags, and clothing. I can just see the designers cackling in the corner after they send some of that fugly stuff down the runway… “It doesn’t matter how ridiculous it is! It will sell like hotcakes because I MADE IT! STICK MY NAME on it and call it DONE!”

        • barbarienne

And meanwhile, CS will be the big winner as everyone goes running to this collection. “Oh thank god, real shoes!”

I’m not a heels-wearing girl, but these are really nice. Classy and wearable. Even that glittery one could look good paired with the right outfit.

          • Nancer

I like them too – forgot to mention that! :]

    • Anna

Whut?! (Mostly) Pretty and wearable shoes sans whozits and whatsits galore? Especially love the first 3 and the aubergine pumps.

      •!/marla_melendez eme and azul

well…if you want thingamabobs, I got 20…no big deal.

      • Glam Dixie

And lets not forget the gadgets and gizmos a plenty.

        • Anna

Yes, those Miu Miu gadgets and gizmos are unforgettable.

    • Dominique

    • Glam Dixie

Emphatic YAY, except for the shoe/bootie thing.

    • Josefina Madariaga Suárez

Step back, kittens: the first pair has my name written on it.

      • crash1212

        Nope. Those are MINE!

        • Josefina Madariaga Suárez

          *furiously hissing*

      • Nelliebelle1197

You know, Princess P might just make more than one pair, my dears :)

No fighting now! Plenty to go around!

    • Michele

Yay to some of them. I like the polka dot ones. But I’m a sucker for black/white polka dot combos.

    • hughman

Odd choice for a foot model but the shoes are retro and kicky.

      • Tom and Lorenzo

These are runway shots, not ad-campaign photos, and that’s why we kindly ask that our readers refrain from commenting on the models’ feet.

        • Nelliebelle1197

But what about the leg of the fourth one down, which definitely needs a nice wax?

          (ducks and runs……)

    • marlie

Absolutely YEA. I want all of them, pleaseandthankyou.

    • tereliz

I want to like the slingbacks but those stiletto heels are WAY TOO HIGH. Cute materials, though. I really love the chunky heel with the pointy toe.

      • marlie

I’m all about the stilettos. :)

    • majorbedhead

I couldn’t wear any of these, since pointy toed shoes hate me, but for the most part, they are pretty and unoffensive. Couple of misses, but my quibbles with them are minor compared to the outrage I felt over the last few shoe/accessories posts.

    • AzulFashion

Nay to the fur pants; But the shoes are great!

    • crash1212

      YAY! YEA! Whichever! POLKA DOTS!

    • Mary Elizabeth Poytinger Baume

nice. i like these much better than his spring line.

    • lbl

Yay. And if some of these heels were lower YAY!!!

    • alyce1213

Yea to most of these. Gorgeous textures and colors. I love the black & white (third down) and the last pair in purple – wow.
I wish the heels were a little lower — these vamps would still look great with less angle.
I hate that I can’t actually wear heels this high. Sigh.

      • Alyssa

That is one benefit from my years of ballet dancing…the ability to wear super high heels!

    • Gatto Nero

These are mostly nice — # 4 and 6 particularly.
But the toe box on most of these looks crushingly tiny! Especially considering the heel heights. I wince just looking at them.

    • ashtangajunkie

Bless your little heart, Christian Siriano. They actually look like shoes.

    • mjude

      YEA. I

    • LipstickForPigs

Yes. Yes yes ans hell yes. Those yellow slingbacks push all of my buttons.

    • altalinda

yea. They’d get a YEA if the heels weren’t so high.

    • RescueMe23

YES! But a painful one…heels are no longer in my wheelhouse..sigh.

    • peachy

love them. happy for christian!! best looking display of footwear this season. the chunky heel black pumps? must have them!

      • marlie

        Those are my favorite too.

    • Mikki Anderson

Oh yes a most emphatic YEA!!!!!! One of each please, well except for the second to last pair. Those not so much.

    • FrigidDiva

Definite and resounding YAY. I love the nods to 17th century French footware. Tres chic.

    • mmebam

A resounding yes! Classic shapes are classic for a reason.

    • Rand Ortega

Absolute YAY! Chic & borderline practical. That’s enough for me.

    • Noah

Especially compared to the rest of the shoes this season, a RESOUNDING YEA.

    • Megan Kennedy

Yea yea yea! Fuck me heels, but chic!

    • jilly_d

    • Alyssa

YEA!!! Love these. They are free to jump into my closet at any time!

    • Call me Bee

These are surprisingly beautiful. I’d love to wear any of them, and I could if the heels were lower. Can’t handle the 4 inchers anymore….

    • MilaXX

LOVE – Every pair actually seems humanly possible to wear without requiring a trip to the podiatrist. I’d love to own the black pair with the pattern on pattern design and chunky heel.

    • Denise Rambo

I LOVE the ones with the cross-straps – I only wish they covered the toes a little more.

      • alyce1213

Yeah, that’s a flaw on an otherwise amazing shoe. That cut across the toes is not easy — only for narrow, small feet, and even then . . .

    • FashionShowAtLunch

They’re all super cute but for some reason they’re striking me as looking a little.. chip in a chip way.

    • appliquer

Sorry – they look pretty painful to me. Cute, but blister inducing.

      • kathryn_dc

I spy Band-Aids, possibly on the same model.

    • Call me Bee

These are beautiful! I’d wear any of them, if the heels were lower. Just can’t handle the 4 inchers anymore….

    • Pat Garrett

No….there always has to be one…and I guess that’s moi….no no no….awkward for the most part….very uncomfortable looking….trying too hard and not hard enough all at the same time….

      • scoobynacks

Nah, I’m with you. Not a fan of these. I could support the first one, but the rest don’t look good enough to get me past the blisters waiting to happen. The front flaps are a buckle away from being pilgram-y. My biggest beef is I think it’s gonna be a real hit or miss situation with any actresses wearing them with the right outfits. I see a lot of missteps in our future with these shoes (no pun intended).

I don’t think comparing these to other collections and deciding they’re great because they aren’t as bad is a good idea. There’s one pair (pic #5) that looks like it’s barely preventing a pinky toe from flying right out. Pinky Toe Explosion sounds like a band doesn’t it? Who was that actress with the penchant for constantly wearing shoes like this? He needs to send her this pair and get it over with asap.

    • luludexter

I love these! especially the black and whites.I like the use of pattern.

    • frannyprof

      Those are some pointy toes…

    • dash1211

Love ‘em; couldn’t wear ‘em. .

    • BayTampaBay

YEA! I want them all! Where can they be purchased?

    • JauntyJohn

Yea – with usual disclaimers regarding long-term wearability, etc.
But a lot of these look absolutely smashing.

    • Deborah Lipp

Every single one, except for the glitter monster, is great looking, but I will never wear that heel height.

    • smayer

I like the textures. However, I don’t care for the heels that are set at the far back of the shoe. They look like they offer less support for your heel and put more pressure on your arch.

    • GeoDiva

      I’d wear them!

    • NurseEllen

These are all VERY much “YAY”, although I must cavil a bit at the ones with really thick heels. Although they are far better than the ones with the heels made of stainless steel bolts and screws from the other day. LOVE polka dots in any form!

    • Vivi N

    • CLTborn

Oh, my. The green – just gorgeous. So striking.

    • Winter_White

Good on you, Christian! I don’t see myself actually wearing any of these — just can’t with those pointy toes — but I’d proudly display several of them in a curio cabinet. If I had a curio cabinet.

    • AzSportsGirl

Those purple pumps are needed NOW.

    • Ashleigh

why would these be a “nay”?

    • Judy_J

I’m a sucker for the black/white combo. I like the looks of these, and even find myself liking the chunky heel versions. Nicely done, Christian!

    • cmb123

YAY! I love these. All of these. Especially the bootie. Finally, fashionable, chic, normal looking shoes!

    • AzSportsGirl

I have to say – I’ve been on an extended business trip and haven’t had an opportunity to keep up as I’d like so I’m going on a BingeRead of TLo. Better than a House of Cards binge watching!

    • Aidan B

Hell to the yea! I’d strap most of these on in a heartbeat. Whether I’d get very far in heels that height remains to be seen.

    • Jennifer Peters-Ahnberg

    • LaSylphide

OMG!!! Real shoes that real people can wear!!! I’ll take one of each…p

    • decormaven

Makes SJP’s new line look dowdy in comparison. Snaps!

      • kimmeister

I think everything makes the SJP line look dowdy in comparison.

    • megohd

Yay. Although I wish the heel heights were less severe for mere mortals like me.

    • Sophie

Like most of them, love the dotted ones, and I had to laugh at the picture with the furry green trousers.

    • Bert Keeter

    • Kent Roby

Well dip me in chocolate and throw me to the lesbians; someone (our own Christiano, no less) decided to swim against the stream this season and design a shoe collection that actually LOOKS GOOD. I was thinking that it was no longer possible. Love.

      • Anna

“Dip me in chocolate and throw me to the lesbians” had me nearly spitting out my coffee. That is brilliant. I may have to steal that one.

        • Kent Roby

I wish I could take credit, but it’s a line from “Jerry Springer: The Opera”. After seeing the West End production, I stayed in my seat sobbing while the theater emptied; it wasTHAT brilliant.

          • Anna

How have I never heard of this before? I just Googled it and that does sound brilliant.

            Thanks for referencing/sharing here!

    • Janet B

Yea! Finally, very nice looking shoes.

    • Cameron Turner

      Yes Yes Yes!!!!!!

    • Mothra

I like. Especially the chunky heel pump. I will pretty much wear anything with polkadots though. It is my weak spot. No pun intended.

    • Zeee

Except for the funky patchwork ones paired with the leather pants, HELL YEAH!

    • Evan

      Hell to the Yay

    • MightyMarshal

I know I shouldn’t but I kind of love the chunky heel with the pointed toe.

    • Mary Cole Clark

The shoes are beautiful, but dang, the model’s foot was kinda iffy, and were those varicose veins in her leg?

    • samo_samo

Yea! I like most of these very much. This is closer to what I had expected of SJP’s

    • willworktomorrow

    • stubbornthoughts

Beautiful collection. I’d only toss out the fifth one, because who wants to see a woman’s pinky toe fight for its life?

    • Cindy Bartlett Zigler

Very pretty and wearable. Personally, I wish there was a flat or a kitten heel in there, as for sure I’d be falling down in an ungainly mess and breaking an ankle if I attempted to walk in them! But I’ll look good falling down! ;-)

    • lalahartma

      Yea, but not for me.

    • Jennifer Bober

I love them. I just wish there were some mid-height heels. I’m 6’1″ so I don’t wear heels that high.

    • susan6

Love the patterns, but hate the pointy toe. Most of them look very uncomfortable.

    • Megan K

This is a YEA or YEA post, right? Because WANT. Every. Single. Pair.

    • BuffaloBarbara

Is “eh” an option? I’m not a heels person, so I wouldn’t wear them, but they’re pretty cute. Not spectacular, though.

    • M_E_S

Especially the polka dot ones. Polka dots are my weakness.

    • Emily Myers

Love them. Love them all. I could rock these both at work and outside of work! They aren’t as “fashion-y” as some of the other shoes I have been seeing for fashion week, but they are definitely the ones that I could rip right off those models and take home with me, no questions asked.

    • Lori

Yea. I don’t love all of these, but at least they look like things sane people would wear and not break and ankle.

    • Sonny

YEA. Plus it looks like last year’s collection was in the $200-$300 range which is like one coupon code away from affordable.

    • Kate4queen

      I love those top few.

    • Kate4queen

Can we get them yet?? Can we get them yet??

    • AEditor

      Yes, please.

    • Cee Layton

Yea, but these definitely look like podiatry will profit handsomely.

    • Mudskipper

Where are my 25? Back than, I would die for these… Definitely YES!

    • Heather

Yes yes yes. Especially the 1st photo and the last photo. Love them.

    • judybrowni

Pointy toe, thick stacked heel: ugly.
There’s a reason you never saw those two together before.

    • somebody blonde

Mostly fabulous- the ones with the super-chunky heel, less so.

    • formerlyAnon

Yea. Like these, mostly. Especially the sparklies and the ones that have several fabrics to the uppers.

    • Tom Markiewicz

Definitive Yea. So nice to see different shoes that aren’t hideous/torture devices

    • KayEmWhy

Best shoe collection you’ve shown so far. Love it!

    • Crystal

      Want want want.

    • Lisa M. (ReVoir) Kramp

Finally I get to say YEA! There are a couple that are a brigde too far for me, but most of them are chic, flattering and very feminine.

    • IMNAngryLiberal

i refuse to wear heels that high anymore, but most of these are really cute.

    • KT

Yay! A few of these look a little… shall we say “mature,” but there are definitely some fabulous shoes in here. I’m all about #1, 5, the purple ones in the last shot, and the black bootie-esque shoes are definitely my favorite. I’m already obsessed with black booties, but that heel/bootie hybrid is gorgeous and totally unique – I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything quite like those. Saving my money now!!

    • MzzPants

    • SugarSnap108

Oh, hell Yay. Shoes for actual women who walk.

    • sagecreek

I like almost all of these, although I cannot wear toes that pointy.

Also, damn. When you can see the model’s veins that clearly, you know you’ve got a kickass zoom lens.

    • lillyvonschtupp

All I can think of is pinched toes. I hate for my toes to be pinched.

    • Pennymac

Yay, on every stinkin one! Also, hey, SJP, take a look at these!

    • DKBB

For the most part, these are YEA! Can’t say that I care much for the 4th pair from the bottom, but the rest are really nice!

    • Lisa_Co

      Yay! Love them all.

    • seelebrennt

almost all fabulous! not on board with the bootie-like style, but almost all the rest are lovely and totally up my alley.

    • AmeliaEve

I always love black and white. Silly heel shapes are silly.

    • amanda siegelson

these are the shoes SJP was supposed to have given us. most of these rock – most of these seem impossible to walk in and i’m really fucking tired of that.
      but they look cool.

    • IamstillAnonymous

    • elzatelzabelz

Yes! on most. That bootie is truly fug though.

    • Paula Pertile

      Not half bad.

    • anneland

      Yay. All cute.

    • ‘Becca’lise Deveaux

Owwwwie. They’re cute but they’re reminding me why I gave up heels.

    • ballerinawithagun

That second pair!!! I love black and white shoes.

    • Sara McDarby

      Yea!!!! So cute!!!!!

    • alytoyou

      I want them all.

    • Swiftlytiltingplanet

These have done nothing to lessen my life-long unnaturally strong loathing of slingbacks.

That said, I want all of the others.

    • mrspotts66

      absolutely YES.

    • a_liking

I am just not a slingback girl. *shrug* generically pretty, I suppose.

    • Sabin

Things that make me go, OOH!

    • Haley Buchanan

Yay! Huzzah for a shoe that is actually wearable looking! They’re cute, not too tricky for mere mortals, and don’t look any less comfortable than any other pump.

    • katiemckinnie

YES. I covet the first and last pair, among others.

    • quiltrx

Overall YEA. But the ones with over half the toe showing…just no.
I love the black/white combos in particular.

    • SierraDelta

Most of these look as if they’d be painful — the shoe’s heel is so far to the back of the foot that it offers little support or stability underneath the wearer’s heel.

    • DeidreRobbers

Love the chunkier heels. Balance is not my friend.

    • JynxTheCat

NICE. Not designing for Payless anymore then? really cute.

    • lesmaha

Yay! I could never wear that heel height, but these look pretty cool.

    • Tess Danesi

Damn, I have a feeling these aren’t for Payless which means, sadly, that I probably can’t afford them. I’d wear pretty much all of these. Not that now living in the wilds of the Eastern Shore of Maryland gives me reason to wear much besides Wellies and Crocs (sopping ground and gardening). Sigh, I miss NYC.

    • Allison Harris

I’m not loving the chunky heels or the sling-backs with pilgrim flaps, but the simple pumps are gorgeous! Especially #5 with the cross strap.

    • MarissaLG

    • MartyBellerMask

Whoa! Shoes that look like shoes! And not torture devices &/or children’s toys! I couldn’t possibly squeeze my feet into any of those, let alone walk a block– yet I’m not screaming “MISOGYNIST!!!!” when I see them, so there’s that.
Really, though, they are cute, stylish, and as Tim Gunn would say “women would want to wear them”. Well done.

    • MartyBellerMask

AND not just shoes, they look like *Christian Siriano Shoes*.

    • CherHorowitz

      Ugh, these are spectacular!

    • Katherine Anthony

      Major yea! Love the patterns

    • RuthGo

I couldn’t walk in any of those to save my life but boy, are they pretty.

    • Ann VerWiebe

I say Yea! They’re quirky, but wearable.

    • Wendy Todd

      Amazing! So proud of him!

    • TrooperSchaf

yay and more yay! I wish he would take these exact design and turn a couple of them into ballet flats.

    • Clash D

That little chipmunk can REALLY design! Best. Project Runway Winner. EVER.

    • Sofia Lopez Garcia

      Love them!

    • A.E. Boredom Queen

I love these, especially the chunky heeled ones and the one with the tall leather front.

    • Dreamwr8tr

These shoes look ATTRACTIVE and WEARABLE for a change. (And like they’d scale down to a lower price point for knockoffs well — too many designs look like crap when knocked off)

Something I’ll never understand: If designers want to sell couture shoes, why do they insist that models shove their feet into any old size? Why don’t they get foot models who are a size 6 (or whatever the standard model foot size is)? What’s attractive about seeing somebody’s hammertoes, bunions and bandaged feet in couture footwear? It makes me think the shoes are poorly designed and overrated.

    • guest2visits

Yea! Especially the sophisticated polka dots.

    • Renaissance_Man_ATL

Totes Yay! And those green crystal covered ones are must-haves just because they’re so crazy! Love!

    • Michele Morningstar

Yea for all the black and white ones. I love that the white polka dots are actually little apples. Interesting novel-seeming shapes, too!!

    • EEKstl

BIG yea! Loved it when delicate, pointy toe stiletto slingbacks were in a decade or so ago, still love it.

    • Vera

      Cute shoes. Yea.

    • allcapsERINN

      Love them all!

    • LambeeBaby

I would wear every one of them… If I could walk 3 feet without falling on my ass.

    • Giustina Pileggi

lovely but it’s like a dior hangover no?

    • Amel

This looks like the first solidly crowd-pleaser, consumer-ready shoe collection I’ve seen this season.

    • Frank Lithium

      Fuck. Yes.

    • LuckySevenTen

      Yaaas! on point.
