  • Ms. Schmidt

    He so pretty.

  • Carrie

He’s still muscular for my taste, but damn if he doesn’t clean up/wear a suit well.

    • SayWhaaatNow

One of the few muscles who can!

  • marlie

The jacket is a teensy bit too tight, so he should just take it – and everything else – off. (For reals, though, he cleans up nicely.)

    • YoungSally

Is that why the sleeves are creasing on his (sigh) biceps?

  • Ginger

He just doesn’t do it for me, although I LOVE a bearded man. He looks smarmy to me. The douche-tastic ring doesn’t help.

    • Kiltdntiltd

Haven’t really jumped on his fan train either. And in this case, that suit is a half size too tight, pretty much everywhere.

    • boweryboy

      THIS x1000!

    • SugarSnap108

I was on the fence about whether he falls into my mental douche file. That ring is the tie-breaker.

    • Alicia

The crocodile shoes add to that. I find him very attractive but I don’t really like myself for those feelings.

      • tereliz

Ha ha ha ha ha… yeah. Me too. Guilty pleasures.

    • Alyssa

Unless he just won the superbowl, that ring is uncalled for.

    • Kent Roby

I am thrilled that you and a few others aren’t smitten; that’s just a little bit less competition for me in my fantasy world.

    • Danielle

I liked him a lot more when he first started playing Alcide in True Blood. The evolution of his character over the past two seasons made me cringe, and Magic Mike was just shameless money grabbing.

  • butterflysunita

Thank you, uncles. Sausage Wednesday! Though I personally don’t like the beard.

  • Anna

Don’t know how you do the voodoo that you do so well, it’s a spell, hell makes me wanna shoop…

    • International Model

He always does bring it back to the subject.

      • Anna

Betcha bottom dollar he was best under pressure.

(I think a significant portion of Salt-n-Pepa’s discography could apply to him)

        • formerlyAnon

I am going to go fangirl on you if you keep using phrases like “Salt-n-Pepa’s discography.”

          • Anna

            Aww…shucks *blushes*

    • Kitten Mittons

I JUST heard this song today for the first time in forever.
      And yes. Yes, he does.

    • Danielle

If looks could kill you would be an Uzi, you’re a shotgun – bang! What’s up with that thang? I wanna know how does it hang?

    • Jacob Bowen

Best cover of this song is Ellen and Rebel Wilson.

      • Anna

I know, that was all kinds of amazing.

  • MilaXX

Is he wearing his superbowl ring? The beard needs a tiny bit of cleaning up but he looks mostly good.

    • Jacob Bowen

Either that or he’s one of “Captain Planet’s Planeteers”.

      • demidaemon

If he’s a planeteer, he must be fire. Also: It would make me love him just a little bit more.

    • decormaven

I like to think it’s his signet ring where he leaves his mark on one’s molten body after the deed is done.

  • Derrick Austin

It’s all wrong, Joe darling. Take it off and let me help you fix this. Let’s start with your inseam…

  • JauntyJohn

    Consistently sharp and well tailored.

A LOT of celebri-dudes should take a page from his RC Playbook. If you’re not one of those “unique, personal style” guys (Kravitz, I’m looking fondly at you) this would be an excellent “default” setting for events where you’re going to have your picture taken a lot.

Also: Holy Crap! That ring! Is that some sort of stealth workout device? It must way a ton!

  • @Biting Panda

  • barbarienne

We get it, Joe, you are a fantastically buff guy. And we like that!

Now go change into a shirt with a collar that fits right, and a suit jacket built to accommodate your shoulders and arms.

Or just remove them both. Either way, I’m good.

    • Nancer

I vote that he just removes them…. :]

      • barbarienne

But he can keep the tie on, because a handle might be useful.

(Holy Crom, I just made myself blush.)

  • prisma

Handsome, but his facial expressions always say “DERP” to me.

  • boweryboy

He’s all head. Where’s his neck? And why does he look like he’s holding his breath?

  • WendyD

I’ll have ALL of it. To go.
When does ‘True Blood’ come back?

  • Sara__B

The suit’s too tight and too shiny. The ring is stupidly big. I don’t care. He looks sooooo good anyway.

  • Jacob Bowen

I don’t think the jacket fits right…the way it’s button causes him to have a really high faux waist, not flattering.

  • Jennifer Markowski

Does he use that ring to beat back overzealous fans? Yikes!

  • kt

Total hottie. The sucking in/ tensing my whole body/ possibly tipping over red carpet poses are my fav

  • quiltrx

EW what is that ring, Joe? Super Bowl rings are less clunky. And I’m disappointed in the fit here…it’s a great suit, but he’s usually fitted more perfectly than this.

  • Jessica Freeman

Cocktail rings! Not just for women anymore!

Seriously, do not give two fucks about that ring. He’s too hot to care.

  • MarissaLG

I’m digging the ring! More rings on men!

  • Ass Kicking Adviser

    thank you!

  • Jaeda Laurez

I get it, but I really feel like he’d be at his best in a white v-neck tee and a nice pair of jeans and some boots. He looks gorgeous, but he always looks like he’s playing dressup in suits.

    • Synnae

I don’t think he looks like he is playing dress up (too much grey going on for that) but I totally agree that he looks much better in jeans & tees.

  • Gatto Nero

He needs to yank the sleeves down to get rid of that crease.
    Otherwise, pretty darn sharp.

  • formerlyAnon

Not my type, suit too tight, looks uncomfortable, ring too bulky . . . but he’s attractive anyway. Lizard brain* is in charge where he’s concerned, obviously.

*ETA: Lizard brain: The part of the brain that sorts men based on apparent ability to club predators, hunt, and carry small children while fleeing the vicinity.

  • jw_ny

Something odd about the shirt collar and his beard…he appears to have no neck, and the collar and tie are choking him. The suit is nice and overall he is well presented, although I really dislike his ring…dislike big rings on men in general.

  • Clash D

Not loving the suit (great color though). It’s too tight.

  • In_Stitches

I’m impressed. The fit is perfect (okay, a little tight through the shoulders, nothing terrible) and I’m a sucker for a tone on tone look. He brought a little celebrity pizazz in with the shoes. Great job.

I just wish he’d shave. He has a striking face that the beard camouflages.

  • Qitkat

I think it’s time for me to admit, after seeing him featured time and again on these pages, that he does absolutely nothing for me. Nope, not a thing twitches, or wiggles or flickers. He’s a fairly nice looking man, well-built, often dresses nicely, but [shrug] boring to moi.

  • Cheryl

Honestly I’m just glad to see him with clothes on. People seem to go on and on about female celebs in skimpy clothes, but this guy seems to be half naked in an awful lot of photos.

    • Angela Cotsones Shea

      WHERE!!?!?!? Where!?!?!

      • Cheryl

His book for one, and any photos promoting his book. Luckily not the red carpet.

  • Synnae

Love the ton-sur-ton blues and the shoes but that jacket is not fitting right and seems just too small. Think Joe may have to keep D&G on speed dial because that suit (see last week’s Sausage Friday) fitted so well.

  • shazziz

    Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm… Thanks Uncles T & L!

  • demidaemon

Not loving the fit of the shirt, but he is one attractive man.
