Alice + Olivia Fall 2014 Collection

I. LOVE. The set. OUAT influence?
Me too, but most of the collection screams CITY to me. I’ll keep my mouth shut if you give me one of those coats.
My first thought was that they used the OUAT set to do the shoot.
Except, unlike the OUAT set, it doesn’t look like it’s a cutscene in a PS1 video game.
I love it. I really, really love it.
Wow! These models are serving up some serious drag queen realness. I’ll have to scroll back up and check out the clothes.
The black and white striped coat? dress? coatdress? with the low clasp is just gorgeous.
I would fight you for it. Seriously? The entire collection made me swoon. Or thwoon, if you are s-challenged.
I really loved that coat, too, but does it actually “go” with the rest of the collection?
The other girls are so gilded and opulent with a sense of the exotic. Even though that coat-dress is styled to match the other pieces, it feels so much more mod, minimalist than the rest. I quite like the collection as a whole, but that look and a few other moddish ones made me pause.
LOVE. I would cut a bitch for those dirty mind/sexy imagination hose.
The fabrics look kind of cheap but I love the edgy boots with the somewhat girly outfits .. nice combo of hard and soft. Fun collection
Purrrrty. Drool drool. And props for the optical illusion on that white hands sweater/clutch. I thought somebody slipped me a Mickey in my lunch for a hot second.
They surely must call it the “second base sweater,” amirite?
Well if they don’t they should, that’s for sure! Haha.
I just love this collection. totally dig the eye & lip makeup.
The Black and White Ensembles are making me Green With Envy. And the Diana Ross hair – so much to love here!
Living for the (unintentional) Dianna Rigg reference…I want to be Mrs. Peel today in some of these…WOW…lurv strength in the feminine.
thanks for the Dianna Rigg mention.. you are so right. you can go be Mrs. Peel all day long !
I really, really want someone to wear that last dress to the Oscars.
That one and the two above it are so beautiful!
I like most of this a lot, but that white, flowy Stevie Nicks look near the top is a needle scratch.
I agree! It was jarringly out of place.
Wow. What gorgeous fabrics! Want, want, want.
6/24 for Amy Adams before she goes off the whole 70s thing.
The stained glass fabric of my dreams. *Drool*
This collection is incredibly rich when it comes to colors, texture etc.(and of course you have to be rich to afford the clothes). Very beautiful indeed.
Oh WOW, it’s all so FABULOUS!
Mostly boring twee, though I did laugh out loud at the sweater with built-in fondler. When the models lower their lids in that makeup, I fear for the safety of my soul.
I am so with you on the soul-fearing.
I have to say no to the embroidered hands, but really love the rest. My fave is the short Mod B/W blocked number.
Cheshire Cat eyes.
This is me! All of it! That backdrop is going to my inspiration page. I wish I could wear eyeliner that way.
Whoops, had to edit after Kent Roby’s hand comment, don’t want that sweater but almost everything else!
Drool! I am in love with most of this collection. Lust, really.
ummmm yes i would like all of that. now, please.
Gorgeous skirts, gorgeous collection on the whole!
I don’t love the Grimm’s backdrops, but that’s my thing.
Wow. I adore this entire collection.
D&G meets Free People. The blue suit with the gold blouse and fabu boots is giving me so much life. Love it!
This is wonderful!
Oh my, this is just wonderful.
I absolutely love everything. Can I get a rich girlfriend to buy me clothes?
I want everything! I’ve always thought that Alice+Olivia as a bit too cutesy/quirky, but this is feminine and fierce at the same time, love it.
In spite of the thumbnail making me think we were in for some drag queen realness and too much clavicle, I love this collection and even the styling.
Just wonderful, spectacular clothes.
I like this collection. I may have to see if I can can catch a faux fur on sale. ASOS has one in teal that looked like fun.
What I want for Valentine’s!!!
Which sorority did Wednesday Addams belong to, again?
Nothing earth-shattering, but I absolutely love it.
I want to see Swinton in the blue patterned suit.
I was thinking Florence Welch, myself.
I was thinking Florence Welch (or Steve Tyler…) and the long coat at 23/24 for her as well.
I want all of it, practically shedding tears for that brocade suit. Sigh.
Oh wow. This is fabulous. And that black and white coat, man!!
They have taken heavily from steampunk, gothic lolita, goth, and neo-victorian street fashions. I don’t know whether to applaud, that we are being catered to, or glare because we have been appropriated.
Except for the sweater with a hand copping a feel, I LOVE IT ALL.
Oh, how I wish this was even close to being in my price range. Gorgeous, all of it.
Beautiful, and really amazing styling too.
I WANT EVERYTHING. I want the enchanted forest and AMAZING hair, and I want all of the clothes. In my imagination, where I put together everything I want to wear in the fall, carefully hand-picking every piece, I buy all of this stuff.
Some really cool, interesting pieces that could be really outstanding on the right ladystar (and that could go horribly off the rails on the wrong one).
Incredible presentation of a glorious collection. Now THIS is fashion as art – complete with atmosphere, color, and beautiful clothes on beautiful models. Big sigh of happiness.
I LOVE this!
Some great pieces, like the moody setting they have a mysterious ambience about them. Except for the flared dress in picture #2 that reminds me of a Christmas tree skirt I once knew.
The dollface and doll hair is seriously distracting. Still, pretty and accessible clothes photographed very well.
I really like a lot of these clothes, but I just can’t with the styling. The setting and the makeup do nothing for me. And the hair is absolutely awful!
I thought nothing was going to beat Naeem Khan collection, but this may have just done it! it look so beautiful and the photos are all stunning! It has such a good mix of dresses, coats, pants and skirts! The prints and fabrics were all used with respect. Love, Love, Love!
I really like most of this! I can’t get on board with these sternum-baring plunging necklines that are having their moment, but they look fine on the right gal.
I particularly love the color palette, and I love that even the solids have a lot of texture and depth. Cool collection.
I’m SERIOUSLY distracted by the crappy set, including the chandelier in the lower left corner. Also, something looks like a monster foot in the white blouse/white long skirt shot.
BURN THAT, WEAR THIS.
Y’ALL ARE FEELING THIS? Idk, it looks like a mix of Valentino, McQueen SS14 and Givenchy SS14.
Love love love!
I wish I could call dibs (or buy) most of the pieces in this collection. Also, the pieces, the styling, the presentation – it’s similar to what I wish Elisa Jimenez’s first runway would’ve been like. Fantasy, but distilled and refined.
This collection makes me clap and sing Happy.
Funky! GIVE ME that black & white striped fuzzy coat. I will also take the black & white wide stripe dress, but I’ll need the legs to pull off those thigh highs with it. Thank you.
Love, love lots of pieces in this collection … and nobody with that black and white coat better walk by me in a dark alley because I would be sorely tempted to mug them for that coat!
Mostly cool. Thanks, Alice + Olivia! You make me feel a bit better about the current state of fashion.
I love Alice+Olivia – one of the most real world wearable and flattering lines. I always look at it and sigh… wish I could fill my closet with them.
IN LOVE. This is gorgeous, just flawless.
If I were a celebrity I would wear the crap out of this collection.
I’m absolutely in love with pretty much everything here.
I want it. I want it all.
Stunning! I love almost everything! So gorgeous!
