  • I am alarmed that I have the same cut, color, and glasses as one of these male models.

    • Ginny Ellsworth

      So YOU were the muse!

  • mmebam

I just love rich fall colors!

  • Glam Dixie

    Wearable men’s clothing? Insane!

    • Kent Roby

I was just about to type the exact same words!

  • boweryboy

Actual wearable men’s clothing, even if some of the colorblocking and stripes are bit too much.

    • StellaZafella

The belted blazers are a bit feminine even for my tastes, but the grey, belted military car coat in shot 5…send it to me …now.
And I want large swatches of most of these fabrics…it’s a bit like cloth porn.

      • Ginny Ellsworth

Can you just imagine the art quilt you could make from those swatches? Sign me up for the coat porn account.

      • See, the belted ones just made me think, “These models are not the people who should wear those items. The models are far too thin.” I was blaming the models for being inappropriate, not the design. They could work on the right men, but I supposed they could also not be belted.

        • StellaZafella

My thought is that on men sized larger, like the Versace or D&G hunks these belted blazers would just read ’77 leisure suit lux…sorry, I wouldn’t want my hunky boyfriend (if I had one) looking like he’d escaped from a high end, northern climate retirement home.
Without the belts…they’re just nice, soft suits…

          • With the belts they are very much Roger Montgomery-era 007, aren’t they?

      • decormaven

Yes, that grey belted number is very fine. Hope we get to spot it on some lucky celeb. I’m sure the price tag moves it out of mere mortals’ grasp.

    • jspark

Alan Cumming, meet your 2014 wardrobe.

      • decormaven

        Especially that last shot.

  • MaggieMae

I’m momentarily mesmerized by all those amazing cheekbones! Wow!

    • Glam Dixie

Agreed, I think I cut myself just looking at them.

    • Kent Roby

As I said earlier about another collection (one of the ridiculous un-wearable ones; I forget which one), cheekbones are “in” again for fall, after a thigh moment!

    • algaechick

I think they must suck their cheeks in and bite them for the runway, ’cause, dang.

      • demidaemon

I tried that, and it only gave me ducklips. I must be doing it wrong then, or these men are just genetic mutants, like all other models.

        • formerlyAnon

You know the answer to that one. They certainly need to put in some work on maintenance and technique, but genes make a model.

        • StellaZafella

Old “Blue Steel” trick: Stand in front of the mirror with your mouth completely closed…now relax your jaw and let it drop fully so your teeth are parted behind your closed lips.,,the vacuum sucks your cheeks in, elongates your face and gives you a dropped chin pout. A touch of contouring makeup makes the effect more extreme in harsh light.,
Flappers used to do the same thing but would also form an “ooo” with the lips to give themselves cheeks and a rosebud mouth.

          • demidaemon

Thanks. I will definitely give it a try!

          • formerlyAnon

I am imagining you greeting a new semester’s class with your face arranged thusly. [I am not always a very nice person. 😉 ]

          • demidaemon

Hee. Thankfully, I think, I have a good feeling about this semester’s group. May have something to do with their average age.

  • Anna

LOVE the glasses. Dunno about some of these belted blazers but hey, unlike the other fall collections we’ve seen so far, there appears to be some genuinely wearable pieces here. I’ll take a ladies’ version of that navy, red and grey colour-blocked coat.

  • mjude

this is so much better than the last one i looked at.

  • Blair Sylvester

Just give me a minute alone with the coat in the second picture. on second thought the male model can come if he loses those glasses

  • ellatheingenue

  • MilaXX

I like the coats, but I can;t with the leisure suits. The lone except is that brown striped suit. However, I am coveting those brown/blue eyeglasses in the first shot.

    • kirkyo

I have to say no to the short, double-breasted jackets with pleated pants…especially when left unbuttoned.

  • LeelaST

Gorgeous coats & suits; not a fan of the outerwear “sweatery-jackets.”

  • gabbilevy

    I want to touch everything.

… the CLOTHES, you dirty-minded PUFs, you.

    … ok, the boys too.

    • homofascist

      I was going to say…

  • Joanna

I want many of those coats for myself, even though it’s menswear.

  • KinoEye

Cute, pouty boys in wonderful coats. Yes please.

  • somebody blonde

GORGEOUS. Would men PLEASE start dressing like this? It would make my day go by so much more cheerfully.

  • homofascist

    OMG COATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!1!!!!! I need a moment…

  • Ashleigh

wow. I think I like Salvatore Ferragamo

  • SewingSiren

The cinch belted looks are going to be a hard sell.

    • demidaemon

      Agreed 1000%.

  • HeatherMcIlrath

It’s so strange to scroll through the collection and suddenly see someone I went to high school with.
Suffice it to say, I’m not that surprised to see that he’s a male model now.

Also, this is a really beautiful collection

    • Evan

      Which one?

      • HeatherMcIlrath

#11 in the gorgeous multi-colored coat.

        • Evan

Wow. I’m not surprised that he’s a male model either!

  • DaveUWSNYC

Those big pec pockets on some of the jackets seem a little “leisure suit-y” to me.

  • Lucas

Best fall collection posted here yet. I’d loooooove to wear those!!

  • marlie

Some of the more “sedate” coats are really, really gorgeous, and I want for the bf. After we win the lottery.

  • Sif

I’ve had a few Ferragamo suits and accessories, but I have to say none is on the same level as that Double-breasted chocolate brown coat in the second picture. The fabric mixing is simply divine and the stripe placement is also very clever. Love the jodhpurs boots as well! They are edgy enough to balance the sharp tailoring of this collection. Job well done.

  • Inspector_Gidget

At least it’s wearable. Love the colors, but I don’t really love the ones with bright orange at the midsection. I don’t think most men want to wear clothes that scream, LOOK AT MY STOMACH!

    • Linderella

      I guarantee I don’t!
I want every single pair of shoes, however.

  • frannyprof

    I love the eyewear!

  • Ginny Ellsworth

I can see……CLOTHES! Beautiful men’s clothing that might actually walk down one of the streets of my city – well probably not, I live in a small Southern town. But a girl can dream!!!!

  • zenobar

5th photo from the bottom: between the model’s haunted look, the stripes, and the general silhouette, I’m getting an Auschwitz vibe that makes me very uncomfortable. I’m sure it wasn’t intentional, and the jacket is simply too large for the model, but it’s creeping me out.

  • Jacqueline Wessel

    Lots of coat porn here.

  • Charls LeBlanc

    Coat porn!

  • formerlyAnon

Oh my god. I don’t like the cinch belt AT ALL – but other than that there are some GORGEOUS fabrics (those horizontally striped trousers in 13th photo down! You know it’s gorge when I notice it under that beautiful coat) and a truckload of coats, suits and jackets.

Personal fave: The next to last thumbnail in the last row. Those loose layers of what looks like silk are killing me. Topped with that beautiful jacket. I’m swooning.

I am not being very articulate, but I know you will understand when I say: these photos make it obvious WHY one would spend the money on designer clothing, and if it comes across in the photos, these must be truly beautiful in person.

  • Ghost of Ike Turner

I’m a much bigger fan of the colors than the pieces themselves.

  • Trickytrisha

What a relief to see some “normal”. Some, not all, of course. That cinched waist striped suit is horrendous. Not too nuts about the color block coats, but just about everything else is pretty darned spiffy. And normal.

  • SugarSnap108

With the exception of the belted blazers, I love it all — especially the coats, dear god! Sadly, I don’t know a single guy who’d wear any of it. Even my gay husbands wear nothing but jeans and t-shirts.

  • VicD

WOW! I would pretty much cut a bitch (or a beautiful boy) for that striped wool trench coat with the red midsection and belt. All I need is a good tailor for the alterations…

  • unpious

If for some reason I’m ever famous enough to warrant my own personal stylist, I’m going to make sure I include this collection in any broad discussion we have about What I Like. Because this, this is What I Like.

  • quiltrx

Mmm, pretty boys in coat porn!

  • demidaemon

I love some of these–especially the first look–but I don’t think most men want to define their waist with a belt. Could be just me, but, really, come on. It’s too bad, because some of the more classic stuff in here looks great. And the fabrics and colors are really appealing to me right now.

  • ailujailuj

    dontcha just lovit when men’s pants are a little tight around the thighs???? ?/? ? …… ….. … . .
    (last image)

  • Closet Crisis

Gorgeous fabrics, cuts, boots, bags.. Except for the belted suits. Those I really don’t understand. Oh, and looks like the boy models are allowed to eat again. Thanks uncs for the pretty.

  • kckris

i want to see gabriel mann in all of these looks

  • d4divine

I know it’s been said 1000 times, but male models are way too thin these days…my goodness, a little meat on the bones isn’t a bad thing. I mean those bells agree really cinched…

  • Wow. Beautiful clothes that straight men might deign to wear.

  • CJ Guziewicz

Love it all, except for the belted suit.
