Hey, I’m all for a good primary colors combo.

    • TrixieConQueso

Sweet and adorable gal in pretty cute dress and then…THE RED BOOTIE. I am conflicted. Love the color, but even on her long legs, they seem to cut her off. Hmm. It’s a puzzlement. Perhaps better on Myrtle Snow?

    • wisdomy

Is it me, or is does that dress look really, really cheap?

      • Theresa

The edging for all the sections is causing all this bumpiness that just makes it look awful. Plus, for the love of all fluffy things, can the weird sheer panel bonanza die already??

      • Lesley

VERY cheap and looks like it needs a hard core ironing job

      • ballerinawithagun

Only Ralph Rucci has the technical skills to create dresses like this.

      • Tatiana Luján

Dmitry, in Project Runway, did better dresses with illusion netting inserts than this one.

    • http://piblet.tumblr.com/ Anastasia

      Love, love, love the booties.

      • mshesterp

They completely surprised me! I was all *snore* until I got to them.

First Harmon’s side boob, then these booties…I need more coffee before I read T Lo.

        • http://piblet.tumblr.com/ Anastasia

Right? I had to scroll up to double check that I wasn’t seeing things. Harmon’s side boob, these shoes, and Zosia’s dress are too much to handle, even at night.

    • Jumpingjacks

The top is nice, the skirt needs to be edited quite a bit, the panels and pleats are fighting

    • quiltrx

I’m probably leaning toward “this is okay” JUST because it’s Elie Saab…but I’ve never been a fan of the exposed seam (and these look serged?). And pairing the exposed seams with some illusion just makes puckers that you’re never going to be able to press properly.
I’m not much on booties either, but these are some of the cuter ones I’ve seen lately.

    • gabbilevy

Oh good, I like this. I was starting to fear for her.

I mean, it could be much, much better, but she’s been floundering lately.

    • aeb1986

This is probably just a personal preference but booties with a dress/skirt without tights just looks off to me. Especially (like here) when they stand out so much as the only pop of color.

      • Tatiana Luján

I don’t know why I don’t mind it so much here, though I know I would like it a lot more if she were wearing tights.

    • Sam Smith

      I heart those red booties.

      • http://www.youtube.com/user/TheOctocornNetwork International Model

        They are stunning.

    • http://www.youtube.com/user/TheOctocornNetwork International Model

Justice League minor heroine, “American Diamond”.

    • MilaXX

Why is her dress so wrinkled on bottom? I like the booties but not with this dress.

      • decormaven

Yes, it’s almost a crime to pair these cute booties with that dress.

    • Garcia Loca

Sad little dress. Pope shoes (the Benedict, not the hot Argentinian).

      • Tatiana Luján

        I loved pope Benedict’s shoes.

    • jw_ny

It’s kind of a sad and raggedy dress, and blah color. With that messy do, she looks like a poor waif that found shiny new pair of shoes. Speaking of the shoes…I rather dislike booties with dresses, unless worn with complimentary tights. Booties look best, to me, when paired with pants.

    • http://frankbettecenter.org/ sleah_in_norcal

cute. very cute. more lip color, please. and those booties are adorable.

    • boweryboy

The red shoes are fun, but I am not loving the dress. It looks sloppy and sad. I hope the wrinkles are intentional.

    • sagecreek

Cute dress, although someone should have steamed out the wrinkles.

I don’t like the booties with the dress — it’s like seasons clashing.

    • hughman

After the Zombie Apocalypse, this is what all movie stars will be wearing for Press Drag.

    • jangma

I know it’s on purpose, but that dress is raggedy. Cute booties, though.

    • terpsichory

Wow. Her smile is absolutely stunning. I’m in love with that third picture.

I like the idea of the dress but not the execution and while I usually despise these kind of booties, I think those are fab.

    • Glam Dixie

WTF are those models doing? I lol’ed at them doing their circular strut or whatever is going on there. The dress looks really cheap, the booties must die. Red shoes I could get behind but I hate booties so much unless you are wearing skinny pants or jeans.

    • YoungSally

Honestly — how much crew does it take to make a tabloid TV entertainment news show?

      • alyce1213

See all that equipment? It doesn’t matter if it’s a dramatic show or a tabloid TV show, it takes a lot of people.

    • LeelaST

Perfect example of how ridiculous these see-though designs are for the real world. Beautiful fabrics, intricate workmanship ruined by modesty linings.

    • formerlyAnon

Cute dress. I’d prefer it to be sleeker, but I understand that that’s not the look.
HATE the stiletto booties. I mean, that’s not even a rational thing. Clumpy, clunky fronts with an airy spike heel. No.

    • BrooklynBomber

Good bootie deployment. And I hate booties, generally.

      • kimmeister

It’s because they’re cut a little below the ankle line, not right at or above it. At least that’s why I don’t hate them.

    • Michelle Wilson

Reminds me of Dmitri’s final collection.

      • manina

I just wrote that, before reading your comment.

    • Cousin_Rose

Not in love with the dress, but the red booties make the look pretty cute. Gonna have to go shopping for red booties.

    • http://www.ellenciompi.com/ NurseEllen

The shoes are awfully cute as a concept, but tragic with that dress.

    • manina

The cut outs on those dresses look like what Dmitry did on PR season 11, only he did it better. By the way I saw a few “derivatives” of PR (Chris March, Mychael & Christian Siriano) in the new Hunger Games movie.

    • Juniper

Jeezum Christmas. That’s terrible, all of it. I know it’s just “extra,” but… but… Sigh.

    • SewingSiren

The waist on the dress is a little too high, but over all it is a cute causal look.

    • RussellH88

Sometimes that technique can create an interesting and modern looking dress, but here it looks horrible. The dress looks cheap and shredded.

    • Tatiana Luján

Love the shoes, the hai, the makeup and the navy blue, but that dress looks like a badly folded umbrella.

    • valerie747

One of the most beautiful women in the world wears a dress that makes her less spectacular than she actually is.

    • V No Privacy

If we MUST continue the sheer trend, this is the only way I will accept it’s execution. Although I’d prefer the dress to be less wrinkly.

    • crash1212

I love everything about this look. The final shot w/sunglasses is everything. I would cut a bitch for those booties.

    • marlie

Sorry, Zoe, but this dress is pretty awful. And the shoes are cute, but a needle-scratch for the look overall.

    • jjtxgrrl

Ugh. What an awesome dress. I could die.

    • bluefish

Super cute booties. And she’s beautiful. A bit long in the tooth, for my money, for this kind of dress though. Not saying she’s old, she’s not, but this looks to be a dress best suited to a gal in her late teens-early twenties.

    • TamraLS

She would look 1000 times better if her shoulders were up and back. She’s slumped forward in almost every picture. Seems to me she’s not that crazy about this look…for good reason.

    • lobsterlen

The booties really make this work and usually I hate booties with dresses.

    • Therese Bohn

Didn’t we see something like this on PR last season or the season before? The cut outs to me are just boring and a bit messy.

      But I love the booties.

    • Pterodactyl111

      I love the booties.

    • LaSylphide

Dress is too busy for those fab booties.

    • KT

Mmmm this isn’t quite right. I like the dress in theory, and I actually think that the white version of it would look much crisper, but this is looking a little dour and… witchy. Maybe the pointy shoes are adding to that, even though I quite like them. Love the vibe of the last shot though — the sunglasses + boots + winning smile are distracting my eye from the depressed kite she’s wearing.

    • heuristicvalue

      Tragic dress, kick ass booties.

    • BigWhiteGrannyPanties

Want booties. Dress needs someone to sew it up – look at all those cracks in it!
