    Nope. Nope. Nope.

    • Qitkat

      Also, Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope.
That is a nope for each of the seven bracelets. Et al.

  • So much competition for attention in one photo: dress top/dress skirt/bracelets/hair/babyheads. Leg thrust and eyelashes are right there accosting my eyes, too. Good grief.

    • Sobaika

I think the fake mole takes it, believe it or not.

      • I kept trying to wipe it off my screen until I realized it was on her and not a smudge on my computer.

        • Kate

ha! me too!! I “moused” up and down thinking there was something on my screen!!

      • Vtg Fashion Library

As someone who has a dyed in the wool real mole just below the corner of my mouth, I have NO idea why people want to fake it. Trust me, it does not make me glamorous when I’m schlepping around here.

  • hughman

If you can’t overdress yourself, how the hell you gonna overdress someone else?

    • terpsichory

Can I get a bling-bling up in here?

  • “Looks like two pigs fighting under a blanket.” I quote that not because she’s fat, but because there is a war going on under that dress.

  • Spreecord

Kellz, you’re hot. We get it. Now cover up your damn leg. You look like your clothes are falling apart.

  • Mismarker

That’s a helluva lot of slap.

  • random_poster

There is way too much going on here. Yikes!

  • mmebam

    Her head is fab!

  • MilaXX

Looks like she’s taking fashion advice from Heidi.

    • YourBaloneyDontGotNoSecondName

      …and tanning advice from Michael.

  • Oh no. She made that dress look like it came fresh off the rack from Hot Topic.

  • Erica_Vuitton

Noooo way does she need to tone it down! It was the season finale and she was the mentor to one of the 3 finalist! This looked in-friggin-credible on stage Angie leg & all! Its the hair that bugs me actually. Just last week she had a super cute shoulder length Bob and it was so chic. This ombre style is far less fabulous.

    • Sobaika

Hmm. I can see this making for good stagewear. It doesn’t work off of it though, especially with all that jewelry.

      • Erica_Vuitton

It should be noted the judges sit for 80% of the show so all you could see (unless standing on stage with Jeff) was the bustier and it looked killer on TV.

    • BayTampaBay

You may have point regarding how the dress looked on television.

    • kimmeister

I wanted Jeff to win, but I’m not displeased at the outcome.

      • Erica_Vuitton

Late reply: I have to be honest and I prefer the contestants who want to win for the opportunity to release their music vs for the money. I loved Jeff but after awhile it’s like “Do you think he’s trying to win for his son?!?!?!” It got a little too much about winning for the money and not for the music. I was disappointed the winners “only” got $1 million instead of $5 like the last 2 season winners.

  • Jaeda Laurez

I love the bustier, but I absolutely hate the bottom of that dress. Black skinny leather pants would have won me though.

    • That would have been amazing!

    • conniemd

Oh yeah. I like the bustier too and those would have been killa.

  • boweryboy

That’s a lotta look for the little bit of dress there is.

  • schadenfreudelicious

New Years Eve in Vegas is the first thing that came to my mind…anything else?..nope..

  • Introspective

lets just all say it in unison: “trying too hard at the moment when everyone in the world is more interested in your bestie”

girl no. turn your dress down indeed.

  • sojourneryouth

She kind of appears to be Single Black Female-ing Beyonce right now. I know B is still trying to tell us to bow down and all, but you’re taking it too far, Kelly.

    • demidaemon

I thought that was Kim K’s gig.

  • ojosazules

The top part of the dress is cool, except for that blob of bling in the middle. Hate the bracelets and shoes.
She is outrageously fabulous. I can see how a dress can suddenly turn into a rag once she puts it on.

  • Anathema_Device

The flesh-colored lip trend continues to baffle me and freak me out. The dress isn’t so bad. I mean, it is tacky as hell, but it works within its milieu. The posing however is really tough for me to get past. All that twisting and popping of the arms and sticking out of the leg and flexing of the leg. She looks like she should be on a balance beam in a gymnastics studio somewhere.

    • marlie

With you on the flesh-colored lip. I don’t see how anyone thinks that’s flattering. It just looks like the makeup is unfinished. And that she has no lips.

  • MoHub

It looked so promising on the mannequin.

  • Evan

Put your leg away dear. Angie doing it was enough.

    • Qitkat

This complete look and exact pose would make a fabulous wax mannequin!

  • BayTampaBay

That dress makes her legs look short and fat…and her legs ARE NOT short and fat.

  • Aidan B

WAY too much shimmer/highlighting going on here, to say nothing of how stumpy the dress makes her look. Girl, step back.

  • webslice33

    she’s flaunting her new boobage…

  • Jesus, that’s Balmain?

    I can’t even. Thank god it’s friday.

  • Blair Sylvester

Yes sweetie the skirt was too heavy but ripping one leg off wasn’t really the solution

  • alyce1213

I kind of like the jeweled bustier, it’s a starting point, but this one doesn’t fit her well and what’s below is not good.
It looks heavy and hot — crack sweat.
Also great earrings, terrible stick hair (extensions).

  • ashtangajunkie

As it turns out, it’s rare, but not impossible, for me to hate her hair.

  • Jacob Bowen

I ACTUALLY laughed out loud at this outfit. First time while reading TLO that I laughed BEFORE the commentary.

  • sunflower

Whenever she goes for a flashy look it totally backfires. Clean simple looks with great hair and makeup are your friend, Kelly!

  • Milos Mom

I do believe this Balmain explosion is off to a bad start. The line really needs to be tempered with simple pieces of else it looks tacky as f*ck as we see here and as we saw with Beiber at the premiere. The craftmanship of Balmain is fantastic but unless you are a Russian princess it is a real challenge to make it work.

  • She must have quite the complex to try turning herself into Beyoncé at a point when she’s so successful in her own right.

  • Josefina Madariaga Suárez

Ehn… at least it’s kind of a holidays’ look.

  • Because I got sucked into the finale by forces beyond my control, I can say that the dress looked ok sitting down, except the camera panned to her three or four times and she was constantly hoisting the top back up or discretely tucking herself back into it. Also, not a damn one of the finalists could sing and the boys of One Direction need to give Warrant back their Cherry Pie.

  • bertkeeter

    Ho, ho , ho!

  • marlie

Wow, that’s a scrolldown-WTF. The dress is tacky as all hell, AND it doesn’t fit well, AND it is unflattering to her figure.

  • ankali

This is obscenely tacky, true. But on those terms, I think she looks absolutely amazing.

  • martha

It would look alot better if the dress fit properly.

  • lifeisastory

I actually like the bodice. But the skirt looks like that stuff they sell at Joann’s for making no-sew fleece blankets.

  • Terri Terri

Does that thing fit her correctly??

  • Ten Ten

    Yes, the accessories were overkill..

But I do not like the bottom half of this dress. AT ALL.
