YESUS! That is NOT her Dress.

      • ConnieBV

I think you mean Yeezus. Kanye would definitely veto this.

        • MilaXX

or say he did it first.

          • marlie

Or sue for taking his name in vain.

      • Tatiana Luján

        That is not A dress.

    • ChaCha_70

This is a “need to be a model” dress. Plus, the hair isn’t helping.

      • JasmineAM

Haha, it’s still ugly as sin on the model.

        • ChaCha_70

          True dat.

      • ChiliP

This is a “needs to be viewed in complete darkness” dress.

        • ChaCha_70

          Touché

    • http://dontmakeitlikeimdumb.blogspot.com/ annabelle archer

Hahahaaa, honey, no. You know it, I know it, dogs know it. NO.

      • NYCGlamourpuss

        Vegetable Lasagna knows it!

    • http://foodycat.blogspot.co.uk/ foodycatAlicia

I feel like this would be embiggening to any woman who isn’t pixie-sized and androgynously shaped. But even if the shape did flatter her, her hair kills it.

      • Little_Olive

How DARE anyone advise/sport that hair pair with Dior (or anything) couture. I don’t care how stoned the dress is, the hair must NOT look like you are. ‘Tis a black tie event, fer Chrissakes.

    • Trickytrisha

I, uh… think this might be a mistake? Pretty face, and at least she has teeth when she smiles, unlike her sisters.

      • marlie

Yes, she’s the only Olsen sister who ever smiles – really smiles – in photos.

        • CT14

I just wish she hadn’t gone to her sisters’ surgeon.

          I liked their original noses.

    • http://joyouslifesf.wordpress.com Kiltdntiltd

      BWahhahahahahahahah.
Oh I feel much better now.
That is a total and absolute fail.

    • RussellH88

      Goth chicken.

      • http://skreened.com/bkcentral Sarah

Complete with pockets for chicken-feed snacks!

        • kimmeister

It looks like an entire mini fridge could fit under there.

    • Karen Belgrad

An Olsen sister with bare shoulders!?!?!?!? I feel as though I should ease up on criticism just because she’s not wearing a Snuggie-dress.

    • LipstickForPigs

The model is making this work with posture and pixie power…Ms Olsen looks like a slouchy golden retriever in this thing. Too bad because the dress is interesting in the model.

    • alyce1213

I love the model’s shoes, for spring and summer.

    • marlie

Girl, that’s NOBODY’S dress. And the cocker spaniel hair makes it even worse.

    • Anplica Fiore

      yuck – no shape.

    • Jangle57

It looks like she has a fungus growing across her chest.

    • YousmelllikeAnnaWintour

I didn’t know Dior made maternity dresses.

      • marlie

Even if that WAS a maternity dress, I still wouldn’t wear it. Also, if I was actually pregnant.

    • NYCGlamourpuss

      Yikes! The Human Cat Toy!

    • decormaven

Even if I liked this dress (which I don’t), the hair is covering the most interesting part of the design. She does have a nice smile, though.

    • mmebam

Can we talk about how her feet practically disappear into the floor?

    • Erica_Vuitton

Ugh really? Even if the dress *is* kinda hiddy that HAIR certainly isn’t helping.

    • Clueless_Jock

      The proportions are abominable.

    • deliadee

Christian Dior couture and it looks like a schmatta.

    • Mary Lauer

I am sure the designer thanks her for covering up all the detail in the front with her spaniel hair. NOT.

    • conniemd

I have to wonder why designers want tall models. I guess they make the dresses look better on the runway, but when worn by the lady stars, the proportions get thrown off. The skirt length is much better on the model and the floppy top mash seems to fall too close to Elizabeth O’s stomach to look right.

      • MoHub

Which is precisely why I want Project Runway to do a petites challenge. And not “real” women, but “petite” models, who tend to be around 5’6″ but at least don’t have such long torsos and appendages.

    • lbl

Stop wearing ugly dresses and stop signing on for potential blockbusters, damn it! I want to keep liking you.

      • ankali

She may have a lifetime pass from me for Martha Marcy May Marlene. She was that good.

    • http://wipgirl.wordpress.com Kristel

That’s an ugly dress either way, but why would you cover up the focal point with hair? (Unless she was trying to cover it because it’s so ugly. But I think it just compounded the badness.)

    • Kent Roby

Such a pretty girl, but this mess of a dress and the ombre hair are doing her no favors.

      • MilaXX

I don’t mind ombre hair when it’s a gradual color change. Hers goes from brown to such a drastic blonde it just looks like she’s growing out a dye job.

    • formerlyAnon

This is what rich young women throw on to run out for . . . whatever rich young women run out for when they’re having a girlfriends weekend at a fancy hotel and are all pretty baked. She’s the one who doesn’t really like hallucinogens, so she skipped the last round & therefore can probably remember what she’s stepping out for, at least until she gets to the lobby or the concierge intercepts her, whichever comes first.

    • Malibufire

Is “couture” French for “looks like a sack”?

    • ModernDowager

the hair! the hair! good God, that’s an ugly enough dress to start, but then….”hmm…any of the potential interest in this dress is at the top–so let’s go ahead and cover it in HAIR

    • Evan

      That is no one’s dress.

    • http://www.youtube.com/user/TheOctocornNetwork International Model

FACT! No matter who you are, your hair isn’t so pretty that it can be front in center of a Dior couture dress.

    • Imasewsure

I really am starting to love her face (and the smile helps). Am I hallucinating that she was going to be in a Joni Mitchell bio-pic or was that just my wish coming out in the blogosphere? Still kind of like this Olsen (but not this dress)

    • http://dentsdelait.tumblr.com/ Nancy Marion

Pull your damn hair back to show off the floof on the front, girl. Then we’ll talk.

      • NYCGlamourpuss

That’s what I thought! I think one of the reasons it looks marginally better on the model is because the model has a short little haircut. All that Olsen hair is competing with the floof on the front and the overall floofiness of the dress itself.

    • MilaXX

She looks like cousin IT in a dress. All that hair fighting those ruffles. Also? Daytime face. GINYD send it to Marion Cotillard.

    • boweryboy

That’s a FMO dress if I ever saw one.

    • http://gabyrippling.tumblr.com/ Gaby

Man, she really is the vanilla clone of the other two, huh?

    • crash1212

Didn’t like it on the runway. Don’t like it on her. REALLY don’t like it with that hair! Why would you wear a dress with all the business on the top and do Spaniel hair? WHY?!

    • Constant Reader

      Blanche Devereaux’s nightie.

    • cakecakecake

      Dear Lord, NO.

    • Janet B

I love the yellow shoes the model is wearing.

    • SophieCollier

If she pulled her hair back, it would improve the overall look sooooo much.

    • Kate4queen

what’s with the hair joining the overwhelming bodice of the dress? Not good

    • NoveltyRocker

This just doesn’t read as even clothing to me. It’s like some interesting hanging wall art. That’s a cool choice and I appreciate how simple her makeup is but more fun shoes and sweeping the hair up would help the look feel intentional. The general shapelessness needs some energy and structure in the styling to keep it all from looking so flat.

    • RoseJB

I don’t like the long hair on her. She looked great with a long bob.

    • http://thishotoldbroad.blogspot.com/ Sara Leigh Merrey

The dress shape is unflattering. Wait. It has no shape. Her hair hides the only interesting, but questionably so, feature. Don’t like.

      • twigg

The shape is very “I’m pregnant but not announcing it yet”.

    • http://www.momforless.com Crystal

Ombre hair makes the baby Jesus cry.

    • Jacqueline Wessel

She kinda looks like a little kid playing dress-up, especially with that hair.

      • MaggieMae

Jinx! I was going to say that!

    • Qitkat

Hawai`i calls, with a melody of love, dear
Across the sea as evening falls
The surf is booming on the sand at Waikîkî tonight
And how I wish that you were
Strolling hand in hand with me tonight

    • Danielle

It’s a dress with pockets. It’s passable no matter how hiddy.

    • naarden

      Nice :)

    • sagecreek

Oh, my. For her this is absolutely perky.

    • PastryGoddess

You wear a dress worth thousands of dollars and then cover up the most interesting part with your ratty hair

    • lunchcoma

That’s a hard dress to wear, but I think she almost pulls it off. If she’d put her hair up and put on some lipstick, I think I might have given this look a thumbs up.

    • ThaliaMenninger

If ever there was an “I just threw on this old thing” dress, this is it. Although possibly this is, “I just threw on this old birdcage cover.” In an unrelated note, I just realized that Elizabeth Olsen closely resembles Susan Dey, Laurie Partridge herself. Not in this dress. Just in the face and hair.

    • StylishDreaming

Honey, where have your toes disappeared off to?

    • jspark

If it makes the model look ugly why bother.

    • http://frankbettecenter.org/ sleah_in_norcal

that black backdrop was a bad idea. with so many celebs wearing black these days it should be an obvious no.

    • JimMcC

Y’all bitches be crazy. I LOVE this dress on her.

    • frannyprof

Did her arm jewelry get stuck in the back of her skirt?

    • Coco Cornejo

When your hair is competing for attention with Dior it’s time to do something different with your hair.

    • webslice33

      it’s a gorgeous dress if she’s pregnant….

    • Deedles

That settles it. It’s a genetic mutation that predisposes these Olsen girls to shapeless sacks.

    • http://asskickingadviser.com/ Ass Kicking Adviser

‘I’m wearing couture but my hair says trailer park!’ Egads, her hair is pulling focus. I’m speechless. It’s not a great dress but it’s fun and youthful and it could have looked that way. I am sorry but the word ‘style’ never entered Lizzie’s badly coiffed little head. Let’s have a term that defines starlets using unique dresses as a stand-in for style. hmmm…

    • Gatto Nero

The dress is too long on her — should have been hemmed to just below the knee (see model).
It is also a potato sack.
The hair says surfer girl just out of bed.

    • Aidan B

HATE the ombre hair. HATE IT.

    • littlemac8

More of that stupid hair! I’m going to retch! She’s actually wearing a necklace which you cannot see between her floppy ear hair and those too-dads on that unfortunate dress!
