You WERQ that impeccable shit, Michael B. And that smile. Snaps of RESPECT.

Also, you’re adorable.

  • Feathers McGraw

I like that his ears are sparkly.

    • kmk05

      And a groomed chin, too!

    • misstressofsylar

speaking of sparkly, he really reminds me of that other vampire lead in The Originals. Now that’s also one fine specimen of a man!

  • xay

Impeccable suit and smile and dimples. I think I’m pregnant.

    • Introspective

girl. me too!! & those dimples alone have me hoping that i have a boy who replicates all that yumminess.

    • mshesterp

DAMN that man is fine. That suit! Le sigh.

  • I have just been blinded by his flawlessness.

    • bitchybitchybitchy

Male celebs, put this in your book of “This is how it is done”!

  • antheapena

  • Oh, now *this* is just what the doctor ordered. Good morning Mr. Impeccably Adorable.

  • Donyelle

best accessory is his beautiful smile

  • Rhonda Shore

it’s so unusual to see a man w/his suit pants hemmed properly!`

    • tereliz

And his hands out of his pockets.

    • mshesterp

WHY does that have to be so hard for male celebs? He makes it look so easy!

    • Yolanda13

Thank you! Yes! The break between the pants and the shoes perfection. He needs to hand out his tailor’s card to all the male celebs ASAP!

  • gabbilevy

  • ashtangajunkie

I still want to weep whenever I see him because of The Wire. But at least I can’t cry tears for puddle pants. He’s all kinds of adorable.

  • Sobaika

  • MsKitty

Aww, our little Wallace is all grown up.

    • skitzfiggitous

And grown up quite insanely well, I might add.

  • Anna Vasquez

The Adjusting-Your-Watch move is a very welcome alternative to Shove-Your-Hands-in-Your-Pockets.

    • Darren Nesbitt

I’ve always thought these contrived poses were lame but I completely agree when I walk the red carpet in my dreams I’m going to do the Adjust-Your-Watch move every time.

      • Chickadeep

You can also change it up with the “Adjust-The-Cufflinks” like they did in the Golden Age of Hollywood. It always looks suave.

      • Anna Vasquez

        And then there’s always Adjust-Your-Tie.

I mean, really, as long as they’re not using Adjust-Your-Junk.

        • shopgirl716

I guess the female equivalent would be the old adjust the bra strap.

          • Anna Vasquez

Definitely a NO on the red carpet, but I don’t think touching your shoulder is really comparable to grabbing one’s crotch. Now, adjusting the bra cup…

      • marlie

And it keeps the guystars from shoving their hands in their pockets all of the time.

  • Diego!

Gorgeous suit! I love his tie too! WERQ indeed!

  • Chaiaiai

It’s truly unfair that a man that handsome and put together is also an incredible actor. SO unfair that I remove my clothes in protest.

  • lrober03

He does the same “adjusting the watch” pose every time. But it’s better than hands in the pockets!

  • boweryboy

    I hate the earrings. It’s so 1992.

    • DTLAFamilies

Haven’t you heard? The 90s are back.

      • boweryboy

I think I deliberately did not read that memo.

    • ana170

I don’t think they ever went out of style in the black community.

      • boweryboy

You’re telling me. My nephew has an entire jewelry box of “bling”.

        • ana170

They’re likely around to stay. I thought it was weird at first but now I’ve gotten used to it to the point where I prefer it to the one earring look. Ed Bradley was the last person I saw who could get away with one earring and that was because he was usually turned sideways in interviews so he didn’t look lopsided.

    • kimmeister

      I can’t say I’m a fan either, but they’re better than Colin Farrell’s hoops.

      • marlie

How is it that CF looks douchey with the double hoops, but MBJ here looks snazzily put-together with his double-eared bling?

        • demidaemon

It’s all about proportions. Also, everything else is so well done it doesn’t detract but yet adds to the look. It’s a very careful balance.

        • fursa_saida

It probably helps that as far as I know one of them is, in fact, a douche, and the other is not?

      • littlemac8

You wanna know who looks ridiculous his his earring?s? Harrison Ford. that’s who!!!

  • mjude

    what a doll!

  • BobStPaul

Hate the tie but kudos for the way it’s knotted.

  • MoHub

  • Kelly

At least in the pics, the suit looks a little too shiny for my tastes. But it’s a great color and nicely-fitted.

  • tereliz

Sharp dressed man. I love him.

    • Bexxx

So women DO go crazy ’bout a sharp dressed man.

      • fursa_saida

Also a brown-eyed handsome man. We’re two for two on sung criteria here.

  • Julie Chase

Oh Wallace, you grew up real nice. That is just a handsome charming man right there.

  • jen_vasm

One of my favorite young actors! Looking sharp indeed!

  • Desiree Jacobs

that smile makes me smile. good tuesday!

  • MilaXX

I hate that I feel like a dirty old lady looking at this guy.

    • mjude

we can still “look” my friend 🙂

    • Fordzo

I’m hesitant to Bless his Sausage. How old is this handsome boy-man?

      • MilaXX

Early 20’s. He’s legal, but I’m old enough to be his mama.

      • 26. Good enough age to look without feeling dirty.

  • AnniNoone

I am not usually into men whose skin looks softer than mine, but *damn*.

  • MelVT

Not a fan of the pube chin. Sorry.

    • Bexxx

THIS SUNDAY ONLY: Pube Chin vs. Neck Beard! Sunday Sunday Sunday!!! The fight of the century! Only on pay-per-view!

      • filmcricket

Gigglesnort. You win the internets today.

    • Fordzo

      Can’t unsee.

  • Monzerrat Ontiveros

This is a style that only black men and gays seem to nail!

    • boweryboy

Damn. Then what’s wrong with me? I’m black and gay and I can’t seem to nail the suit look. It doesn’t help that I hate wearing them, but still…

      • formerlyAnon

There is no “but still,” hating wearing them is probably the root cause. Do you really put the time, attention and, god help us, the not inconsiderable money into a suit & its details that you would if you didn’t hate? And then you’re probably too disgruntled once you’re in the thing to project the “dressed to kill, lookin’ good & I know it” vibe you’d have if you’d dressed up and felt great about it.

  • Kimmu

He looks pretty amazing. Now to cross our fingers that the rumour that he has signed to play Johnny in the Fantastic Four reboot is is true, because, man, those dimples + Johnny Storm = yes please

  • alyce1213

Almost a WERQ for me, just wish he’d chosen a better pocket square, and I honestly don’t like the chin beard on him.

    • conniemd

Yeah, the tie was a bit disappointingly blah. A tie with a bit of red or yellow would have popped that blue. Have stylists forgotten the concept of print ties? They are all plain black or gray these days.

  • f_yeah_marie

  • Monday1900

As soon as I scrolled down “Every girl’s crazy ’bout a sharp dressed man” started playing in my head. He looks fantastic!

  • another_laura

It’s a little bit ‘baby banker’ but I’ll take it.

    • MaggieMae

Agreed! I’d also like to take out the earrings!

      • boweryboy

        Yes to the earrings!

  • carnush

    Adorbs! Love it.

  • amber.

Yes yes yes yes yes. I love that you featured him here. I love it. He looks fantastic.

  • Fordzo

My only issue is that he looks like Mariah Carey’s husband. What’s his name? Nick Lachey? I could google, but I just don’t care.

    • Brookwater

the first thing that popped in my head was Nick Carey, but it is actually Nick Cannon. Wow, poor thing that I am giving him his wife’s last name!

  • korilian

Ooh, I love him. I wonder if he’s trying to look more mature with that goatie. God knows he had no trouble pulling of teenager in Chronicle.

  • ScarlettHarlot

There’s Wallace! There’s Wallace! It’s ok D’Angelo, we found him! He moved back to that house on the Eastern Shore, focused on school, and grew up to be a nice, well-adjusted, sharp-dressed man.

  • Eclectic Mayhem

  • FeminineLipstique

Wallace! Vincent! Whatever, you look so handsome.

  • PastryGoddess

    Happy Tuesday to me!

  • Brookwater

I love that everyone is calling him Wallace! I do feel like a dirty old woman though considering I “saw” him grow up on The Wire. He does look delish here. My only (minor) quibbles here are that you cannot see his shirt cuffs and the tie. In some pictures it looks like he had a spill.

  • kimmeister

I do have one quibble – his shoulders are clearly broader than the shoulders of the jacket. Everything else is impeccable.

  • Imasewsure

Kind of boring but he looks so sharp I have to give it snaps too. And pulling on the cuffs is a much better thing to do with your hands than finger guns, two thumbs up and the ever popular, putting them in your pockets! Double snaps Cutie!!

  • poggi

He looks very handsome, and I love the shade of blue. It looks more fun than navy. Event he grey tie has a little sheen to it, that makes it look more festive too.

  • My baby!

    Okay, that is all.

  • bxbourgie

Wow! I may have to start paying more attention to this little cutie right chea!!! Yummy yummy!

  • Danielle

The suit is flawless, but the smile is really the best part.

  • shopgirl716

I fell completely in love with him on Friday Night Lights. He is adorable AND oh so talented.

  • Monabel

    The dimple!

  • Kate4queen

    Perfection 🙂

  • webslice33

dude earrings are so 2000s…otherwise he looks good

  • ShaoLinKitten

I irrationally love him and have since The Wire, so he can do no wrong in my book. He looks great here. Hope he gets an Oscar nomination.

  • Crystal

omg. he is so beautifully groomed.

I haven’t seen him in anything since Chronicle and he was WONDERFUL in that. You better work, you handsome dude you!

  • marlie

    I needed that. Thanks, TLo!

    Also, AH-MAZING smile!

  • formerlyAnon

I deeply admire the severely parallel-to-the-pocket line established by his handkerchief/pocket square.

  • Adriana_Paula

he is the cutie-est of pies.

  • MiriamMc75

    What a cutie!

  • Hetha Innis

His style actually matches his talent! Love love love him!

  • berkeleygirl

This young man just has ridiculous charisma.

  • hellkell

It will be a long time before I see him and don’t immediately think, “where Wallace at?”

  • Pterodactyl111

    What a beautiful smile.

  • Just from these pictures, he’s going to be a great Johnny Storm (because let’s face it, Johnny’s personality is basically just being cute and charismatic). Haters to the left.

  • quiltrx

You’re adorable…my only suggestion is to tip the chin down a little in pics. A bit ‘up the nose’ in the first and last–the rest are great. Love that smile!

  • ItsDicey

    Impeccably sharp.

  • Joseph

    Soooo adorable….

  • kathrineb

Don’t know who he is, but he is looking sharp!

  • sk8tfan

    What a delicious man!

  • Lilyana_F

    Why, hello, Mr. Jordan…
