Joshua Jackson and Diane Kruger at Chanel Event

Posted on October 30, 2013

We want little Josh and Diane fashion dolls to play with. They’re just too cute together.

Joshua Jackson and Diane Kruger attend the Chanel Little Black Jacket event in São Paulo, Brazil.

Chanel Spring 2013 Couture Collection/Model: Saara Sihvonen (SILENT)

Especially when he gets his Thurston Howell on. Loving his whole look, tip to toe. Loving hers too. There’s really not much else to say. If we have to give them a score, we think it might just be a 9.9/10. We can’t quite bring ourselves to give them a perfect score when he hasn’t shaved and she’s toe-gripping to beat the band, but the fact remains that these are two stylish motherfuckers. They’d turn our heads if they walked into a room. Of course, our heads would turn any time a lady walks in wearing the latest in Chanel couture, but still.

Who do we have to pretend to like for his jacket?

That dress is the prettiest thing I’ve seen today, scruffy Joshua Jackson coming in at a close second.

  • Lauren Dorsee Dillon

I’ve come to accept facial razor stubble but, dude, you MUST still shave your neck. Neck beards are the spawn of Satan.

  • Imasewsure

I really don’t like those shoes with this or anything but they are on trend and I am not. Love the dress. So so on the belt

    • Sarah

I keep picturing a scenario wherein you’d have to grip your toes fiercely and for dear life in an effort to surpass all competition, band-wise. It is amusing, whereas the nude shoe is not.

  • Feathers McGraw

Her shoes and her toenails and her belt just make so much sense together! I love her even when she gets it wrong because she just commits.

  • Aidan B

So over the naked shoes, but she really does look fantastic. He looks up to par.

    • NOLA_gal

The naked shoes beat the hell out of the bootaloons the model has on!

  • Goddamn, they are hot. I am obsessed with their (what I imagine to be) sex life. They are the coolest couple in any setting.

  • Leah Elzinga

that is a BEAUTIFULLY coordinated look.

  • sagecreek

So cute! I gave up on the Bridge, but I am still on Team Kruger.

  • shirab

Are we OK with him not wearing socks? Maybe people in his line of work don’t have sweaty feet. Or maybe he’s wearing little nylon footie socks that we just can’t see.

    • I like the idea of him running into CVS on the way to the red carpet…

    • Inspector_Gidget

I know many cool kids do it, but to me no socks is almost always an “ewww.” Just seems so low class for some reason.

    • Eric Stott

Maybe he wears brand new shoes for these occasions.

  • This is how I would imagine them coming to my holiday dinner party. Me and the guests would talk about his sockless feet and if he tries to join the conversation, we’ll giggle and talk about the weather. Whenever they are not visible, the other guests and I will look at each other and know that they are probably hooking up on all of our coats in the master bedroom. In other words, I love them.

  • Peg

Who ARE these people and why are they everywhere?

  • Qitkat

So does he just tag along on every gig she has or vice versa? They are rarely seen alone. Is he even acting in anything right now? And why do I even care. Two pretty people, jetting around the globe. Oh, yay. Yes, I’m grumpy.

    • Hey, hey, hey, I’m gonna need you to back up off my Pacey and his special lady. Fringe is listed through 2013, so even if it’s cancelled, he’s doing alright on the IMDb. Her show is hanging on FX as well. And they are pretty people who make jetting around the globe look freakin’ awesome. You settle down, Missy.
      (I kid because I love.)

      • Celandine1

Even if they stooped working and just did the paid event gig I would still rather oogle their fashion choices than say see more pictures of annoying twerking tongue girl.

      • Qitkat

You’d be grumpy too if you had just returned all sweaty and stuff after an hour with a new trainer and 40 minutes on the treadmill, just to see the perfection, knowing your body would never ever come close to Miss Diane’s here, along with the wardrobe of couture exclusiveness. ;-p
Unfortunately, or not, I was waaay past the demographic for Pacey here, but I will cut you some slack seeing as I have my own list of unobtainable celebrity man crushes, of a bit older generation. And I kid because I love ya too.
PS. Her dress is really pretty.

    • Caitlin

I read that he’s signed on to a new Showtime pilot, so yes, he is working! I like that it seems they make the effort to be together all the time though. They are so pretty together , I am always disappointed when one shows up at an event without the other

      • KateShouldBeWorking

They just seem so in lurve and supportive of each other.

  • TVKimmy

Damn is he aging beautifully. Reow!

  • kcnitch

He should get points off for not wearing socks.

  • lundibleu

I would’ve docked points for him not wearing socks. I just don’t get why anyone wouldn’t wear socks with smarter shoes, especially when wearing full length trousers.

  • Anathema_Device

Surprised she didn’t wear the capelet, as that seems more “her.” Love both looks, though. I would knock off another half point from Jackson’s score for the sockless and scruff thing.

    • bitchybitchybitchy

I like the dress more without the capelet-there is so much pattern in the dress that it works well on its own, for me.

  • cocohall

Who knew you could use red licorice rope for a belt? I like the dress and the theory of the pop of red belt, but I just see candy wrapped around her waist. Halloween is tomorrow . . . He looks like he knows few are going to pay attention to him given how terrific she looks, and those who might pay attention could really give a sh*t what he is wearing. For him, every day is Sausage Friday.

  • lunchcoma

    I just adore that dress.

Love his jacket too. Not sure what I think about the sockless thing. It’s not hideous, but it’s a bit distracting.

  • kirkyo

    Double swoon.

  • OldPandaDayz

    Gorgeous-ness overload

  • Tanya Wade

I hate toe-gripping, but she manages to make it look good in this look. That’s like a superpower.

  • MilaXX

I wish she had ket the cape let. Still they look good.

  • Love the belt, hate the shoes.

  • Diego!

I agree guys! Both look amazing! Sharp & stunning looks! Congrats to their stylist! ^^

  • Eric Stott

Problem with his not-shaving thing: it’s become his trademark look (especially after FRINGE) and when he DOES shave he looks very nice, but sort of bland.

  • Vickiefantastico

Is it bad that I hate them a little for their utter perfection? Well, above mentioned toe-gripping and scruffiness aside, of course.

  • Jaeda Laurez

He doesn’t look like a loafers with no socks and skinny pants kind of guy. She looks nice though.

  • Trickytrisha

Lovely, lovely little dress, oh how I adore thee. Tell that uh, person wearing it to rip it off, magically turn it into 4 (or so) sizes larger and send it to meee! Seriously though, it is gorgeous on her – she’s near perfection. Wish her hair could magically double in volume though. He’s pretty darned adorable himself, but I mean… no socks? At least he’s not in pastel pants and jacket.

  • quiltrx

They both look nice, but I’ve just realized part of my problem with these two…they just don’t seem to have any chemistry on the RC.

  • nycfan

They look beautiful but have the body language of a couple who just put a nasty argument on hold for a few photos.

  • BPlease

I am a big Diane fan – she just seems cool in interviews. And she’s just a style dream to me – she has said more than once that she does her own hair and makeup for most events, and I think she just knocks it out of the park with balancing incredibly dramatic garments with underdone styling – I love that. And she and Josh are cuter than a basket of puppies and a hot couple at once.

  • Laura Renee

    Is he not wearing SOCKS?

    • nannypoo

      Eew. Nasty.

      • Renaissance_Man_ATL

A little Gold Bond powder in the shoes and you’re fine. I often go sock less with dress shoes in the warmer months.

  • nannypoo

I love her dress. She looks great.

  • Mona_Visa

    Botticelli luminosity.

  • I like this dress but she doesn’t seem comfortable in it.

  • bertkeeter

Do not like the red belt on runway or her…cute otherwise!

    • Tracy_Flick

I was just thinking the same thing. It doesn’t seem necessary, and it looks sort of stiff on her – like one of those plastic 80s bangles. The dress is stunning, though, and she looks fab.

  • judybrowni

On the other hand, that’s one scary Halloween costume on the model.

    • Darva Sutra

The model has a gaping black head wound! That is ALL the new rage!

  • marlie

Great job, both of them. His jacket is *gorge.” Her dress is also gorgeous, though I don’t like the shoes (and I normally don’t mind naked sandals). But all around, they look smashing!

  • LuisaNL

0.1 for neck beard is more than reasonable. She looks absolutely perfect, shoes and all. Brava!

  • procrastinatrice

That dress could probably buy my soul. I am in love.

  • Jumpingjacks

It’s amazing that such an ugly show look can turn into this nice dress…

  • A Shiny O’Connor

And no socks, Pacey. *slow closed-eyed clapping*

  • Sunraya

Her dress is gorgeous, and I usually hate Chanel, just on principle. But it is fabulous. And her hair looks gorgeous down.

  • carnush

    god she’s perfect.

  • ashtangajunkie

I pretty much always like her hair, which is rare for me and celebrity red carpet hair. I like him scruffy. Love her dress.

  • formerlyAnon

They look awesome. (Though I’d go with 9.6 and 9.9, his and hers.)

I also enjoy imagining that they are a really solid couple. The kind that fights and bickers and giggles and flirts and have regular sex and hot sex and no sex dry spells and are in it for the long haul. And then I briefly wonder if we could perhaps achieve world peace if all the brain space devoted to imagining relationships for complete strangers were re-directed.

    • mlle

Well, if we all did that, I think it would be a case of too many cooks spoiling the soup, so it might be a net win for the world that we devote so many brain cells to flights of fancy.

  • decormaven

    That dress is gorgeous! Love.

  • Cathy S

He needs socks and she needs shoes. Otherwise, they look great.

  • NYCGlamourpuss

LOVE this, they both look amazing!

  • jen

    Wow, they both look awesome.

  • melanie0866

My only quibble: I wish he’d worn socks.
