We’re loving it. There’s something about the directness that’s appealing. You don’t normally see Dior dealing in that kind of personality-driven imagery. It’s usually all romance and chicness, which is fine, but doesn’t necessarily speak to a modern woman customer. Jennifer, beautiful and rarefied as her beauty is, manages to bridge that gap between the unattainable fashion model ideal and the average consumer. Are we overthinking it? Maybe. But we’d stop and stare if we saw these on a billboard.
