    Leonard Nimoy! (Shit, wrong post…)

    • eowyn_of_rohan

Leonard Nimoy is always the right answer.

  • Emily Giovanni

I seem to always yell out Fergie on most of them. I have no imagination.

  • RussellH88

Some of those boots are hideous, no?

    • LesYeuxHiboux

    • HomeOfficeGirl

Tend to agree… when all I can come up with is “Prince”…

    • kimmeister

At least they don’t look like leg braces like his line from last year (or was it the year before?).

    • akprincess72

      I can’t abide the whole open-toe boot thing…

  • ali meowmeow

A++ on your pick for Florence Welch. I will be hugely disappointed unless she wears those, now.

    • Glammie

I could also see her in the Katy Perrys, since she likes her color and that gold goes well with red hair.

  • Glam Dixie

They were all screaming Rihanna at me. I wish they would shut up.

  • Shawn EH

    Those Lucy Lui’s are killer!

  • sugarkane105

I adore the Amanda Seyfried and the Olivia Wilde.

  • Trisha26

The stilletos scare me! I’d also put Gaga in #7. KO doesn’t rate shoes like this.

  • marlie

Hm. I can’t guess who’d wear them, but the only ones I’d wear are the “Nicole Kidman”s.

  • Lily-Rygh

I can easily see Gwen Stefani in the Miley boots.

    • HomeOfficeGirl

Oh, don’t do that. Miley already (mistakenly) thinks she has some fashion connection with Gwen.

      • Lily-Rygh

Well, she has a “connection” with her, only in that she likes to copy her look. Of course, she can’t pull it off — nobody can do Gwen except Gwen. (I say this will all proper deference.) I guess what I meant to say was this: those aren’t Miley’s boots — they’re Gwen’s.

        Is that better?

        • HomeOfficeGirl

          Yes much! 😉

  • Sara Brams-Miller

  • Imasewsure

Please don’t give those awesome black and white boots to Miley…. give them as a second pair to anyone else on the list!

  • Monzerrat Ontiveros

Miley Cyrus??? stop with that name please, she doesn’t have what it needs to wear Tom Ford!

  • MoHub

I see the Gaga ones on Madonna.

    • JDreesen

according to the interwebz, you could reverse the artist names in this sentence when discussing pretty much anything else that has to do with the two of them.

(bonus points for those of you who tried it out loud, then whispered “…all the time” a la Haley Joel Osment at the end just for kicks)

  • Meg0GayGuys6

I’ll fight Amanda Seyfried and Kelly Osborne for their new shoes.

  • mickeymammoth

These shoes all just look like torture devices to me…

  • filmcricket

God these are hideous. I agree with pretty much all your picks except the Eva Mendes. Purple’s a great colour for her, but she tends to be a little bit more low-key and boho in her style, no?

  • Glammie

Damn, you guys are good. But I think the Lucy Liu’s will be worn by Julianne Moore–not because she should, but because Moore can’t seem to stay away from designer clodhoppers. Moore will wear the most overdone heaviest-looking show in a given collection.

    • ankali

Exactly what I was thinking. And Julianne will go ahead and calls dibs on the Kerry Washington pair as well.

  • mmebam

Naya for either of the pumps.

  • Tatiana Luján

it’s so sad that so many of theese “boots” have open toes.

    • Sarah

I wholeheartedly agree. I am aware that these are fashion boots, and not really trying to apply in temperature/precipitation situations, but this type of thing bugs my senses. I hate turtleneck sleeveless for the same reason (assuming it’s not under a jacket, of course).

    • kimmeister

Aw man, I hadn’t even noticed that. Terrible!

  • amanda siegelson

can i ask why every freakin’ shoe has to be 4 inches or more high? why, because three isn’t high enough? because you have to make it impossible to walk in them?
i’m really tired of it. stop making women hurt themselves for fashion!!!!!!

    • Nancer

Not only do they hurt, but I’m 5’9″ tall. These shoes make me TOWER over most people! I would love some nice 2″ heels that would give me a bit of a lift without making me feel like bride of Frankenstein…

      • MilaXX

        sole society(dot)com

        • Nancer

What a great site! I love that they let you specify heel height. Thanks for the tip!

          • MilaXX

You’re welcome! The shoes are really comfortable as well as stylish and have loads are larger sizes.
I got my Valentino-like shoes from there.

    • jon

I cannot get enough 4″ heels 🙂 seeing that I am only 5’3″, they are a godsend. walking in heels takes practice and the right fit, thats all!

      • amanda siegelson

and that’s fine – if SOME of them are 4 inches tall. but if you look at every designer’s shoes – 80-90 percent of their shoe collections are 4 inches or more.
it’s not cool and i’m officially ready to rebel against them all.

      • JasmineAM

I’m also 5’3″, but I love being short and HATE heels. Props to you my fellow vertically challenged woman!

    • kimmeister

Anything below 3″ these days basically feel like flats to me anymore these days.

    • MilaXX

Kitten heels are also making a resurgance, so there really is more variety than there has been on years.

  • Latin Buddy

Does anyone else do this? when I buy something really pretty or expensive, I almost never wear it because I don’t want it to get ruined. That’s the dumbest thing even, right?

    • kimmeister

Nah, I do that with a few things myself.

    • MilaXX

Nope, I wear it. If the event doesn’t come up, I treat myself to dinner at a fancy restaurant.

  • Tatiana Luján

    I like Nicole’s, Kelly Osbourne’s and Olivia Wilde’s shoes.

  • eowyn_of_rohan

    11 & 21 = Zoe Saldana

  • Adriana

Why the fuck would you have open toes on thigh-high boots? Ruins all of them.

  • Sarah

That Naya Rivera boot reminds me of when my dad told me not to get into any man’s van that had a lighter and didn’t smoke when I went off to college.

  • prismamars

I don’t know who Naya Rivera is, but everyone else is spot-on

  • RedRaven617

They all seem spot-on to me, though I’m just not sure I understand Eva Mendes.

  • formerlyAnon

If I could walk in ’em I’d want to wear the ones earmarked for Ms. Perry and Ms. Welch. Because one might as well be hung for a sheep as for a lamb.

  • MasterandServant

Your Lily Collins somehow struck me as a Julie Bowen

  • Nancer

Is it wrong that for all of these, I shouted out, “Me!!”

  • nicole seligman

ashley benson, olivia wilde, olivia munn, miley cyrus, annasophia robb, rashida jones, diane krueger, cameron diaz, ginnifer goodwin, chloe moretz, naya rivera, vanessa hudgens, kate hudson, lea michele, prince?, demi lovato, rihanna, nina dobrev, rosario dawson, gwen stefani, maggie gyllenhaal

  • bertkeeter

Like most of them…but definetly NOT the padlock ones…ticky tacky!

  • NDC_IPCentral

Don’t most of those heels (not the ice-picks or single low one) look as though they should be the legs for a modern/contemporary sofa? And they’d work a lot better as furniture, too.

  • kimmeister

I hate the heels shaped like cones.

    • Kate Andrews

They do give you more stability than stiletto heels, though. If that’s a consideration 😉

    • Nondescript

I’m having trouble looking at the boot versions with that heel and not feeling like the overall shape evokes foot-binding. This is NOT a collection I like.

  • Kate Andrews

Anyone remember the guess-the-celeb-by-their-shoes game on Manolo Likes the Shoes? I feel like this is the advanced version.

  • Judy_J

I agree wholeheartedly with your pairings except one. Miley wouldn’t wear those boots…..they cover too much skin.

    • alyce1213

Maybe she’d wear it with a thong.

      • MilaXX

Furry granny panties or a teddy bear unitard.

  • Sara Hottman

    ACED IT. Amazingly on-point.

  • alyce1213

Spot on. I like the Nicole Kidmans and Selena Gomezes (sort of), but the stiletto heels are ridiculous – 5″?
The rest – just no. I hate open-toed boots.

  • teensmom99

Perfect. And now for the obligatory Miley joke: she’d wear her boots instead of pants.

  • MilaXX

These honestly aren’t as horrible as some we’ve seen in the past. Not a platform in the lot! The only changes I would make is to give the first pair to MJB and give Amanda Seyfried’s pink one with the lock to JHud because she seems to love an ankle strap.

    • DuBey2

Ah yes, but the ankle strap does not really love JHud. (and I love her, believe me).

      • MilaXX

  • Hmm.. perhaps Kelly Osbourne would fare better in the Kerry Washington booties? As a side note, I can see Florence Welch rocking aaaalll of those floral designs. Flo for Floral. (Is it Friday yet?)

  • Lisa M. (ReVoir) Kramp

I actually love all these boots…my meds must need to be re-adjusted.

  • Swiftlytiltingplanet

I can almost understand peep-toe booties. But I will never, ever grasp the idea behind peep-toe actual boots.

  • Slade Thunderdragon

IDK how good of a stylist I am, but we at least agreed on two, TLo. haha

    1. Heidi Klum
    2. Chloe Moretz
    3. Rooney Mara
    4. Selena Gomez *woot*
    5. Katy Perry
    6. Solange Knowles
    7. Gwen Stefani
    8. Sofia Vergara
    9. Carey Mulligan
    10. Rita Ora
    11. Lady Gaga
    12. Coco Rocha
    13. also Katy Perry
    14. JLo
    15. Nicki Minaj
    16. Kelly Rowland
    17. Naomi Campbell
    18. Beyonce
    19. an anthropomorphic pieces of candy corn
    20. Miley Cyrus *woot*
    21. Sarah Jessica Parker

I very well may have gotten fired over some of those. IDK. haha

  • Blair Sylvester

    15 J Lo

  • greyhoundgirl

I always have the same reaction to Tom Ford shoes–nice art but he should walk around in each of them for five hours before he’s allowed to sell them. For years, and then see an xray of his toes.

  • ballerinawithagun

I love all of these but I hate open toed boots, just doesn’t make sense. The Naya Rivera remind me of a pair that were at Dayton’s Oval room shoes back in the 80s. I would walk past them at every opportunity. Couldn’t afford them back then, can’t afford these now…

  • Daisy Walker

All of those triangle heels are U-G-L-Y. They ain’t got no alibi.

  • DuBey2

I’m not very good at this game. I kept mouthing my own name, over and over. Then when I got to look #10 (zebra), it literally took my breath away. When I hit # 20….. it took even my ability to form words away for a few minutes. Awesome shoes. I don’t care how much they hurt because I’ll never be able to afford them anyway. I’ll just wait til someone like 9West or H&M makes a similar looking knock-off which probably will only be 3 inches high and I can handle that.
But in the meantime, a girl can dream, can’t she?

  • DuBey2

No one said anything about #8 (Taylor Swift). I loved it, but am not sure it really is (as my screen seems to indicate) orange. I hope so, just because yay to the orange.

  • Renaissance_Man_ATL

Methinks someone has been going through the Charles Jourdan archives. Many of these shoes, especially the heels, are reminiscent of the CJs from the late 70’s through mid-80s. Google Image vintage Charles Jourdan and you’ll see…

  • SM

oh my god those ankle boots are amazing.

  • save_the_hobbit

If Naya Rivera puts those shoes on her feet I may have to rethink my love for her.

  • Louise Bryan

With the possible exception of 14, the person I would have wear them is Tom Ford. Each pair for a whole day. See how he likes it.

  • Oh I kept guessing Nicole Kidman and then stopped right before you said, ‘Nicole Kidman’! It’s those Jimmy Choo ads – I can’t stop seeing her in shoes. Anyhoo, I like the color and the whimsy and there is some originality here – not really wearable for the average bear but who cares.

  • kim bunchalastnames

sp … jen wins the gold every time, hey?

  • Ash Takarai

I burst out laughing at Christina Aguilera’s not because there’s anything wrong but it’s really very her to wear those
