Our little princess christian is all grown up! Couldn’t be happier for her!

    • Synnamin

I know! I always get a bit of a thrill whenever he gets high-profile gigs.

  • imspinningaround

Cici’s wig game is always so tight.

  • sugarkane105

Love that second shot. Wish I could walk around in a polka dot crop top.

    • Sobaika

A SHEER polka dot crop top, no less.

    • little britches

Oh, but you can! Just cut the crotch and feet out of a pair of red polka dot tights. Then, walk around in that cut-up tights getup. Perfect for Halloween, errands in the neighborhood, family gatherings… any event, really.

I love the second shot, too, both the top and skirt.

Putting fishnet on the cover seems to be a recent trend because it creates an interesting texture closeup, even if the clothes aren’t particularly wearable or flattering in a full shot. I don’t care for the shots where she’s slouched over.

I love the chair on the cover, even though it makes the shot awfully busy.

      • omg_dora

That chair is my favorite part of the photoshoot.

      • frumpybiscuits

Does anyone know where the chair is from?
She looks great, and I am sooo proud of Christian. But I want that chair.

  • hughman

At least her blouse isn’t mangled to look like “rippling water”.

    • gioioio

      Boiling. Boiling water. *facepalm*

      • hughman

Oops. I was so dazed by that point. Lol.

  • annabelle archer

I think these two are good for each other.

  • aplomb

    Um…love the chair!

  • decormaven

She photographs like a dream! Wish we had more standing shots.

  • Sobaika

    She is really very beautiful.

  • Jacquelyn

She looks gorgeous, but I’m not wild about anything she’s wearing.

  • Anastasia

God bless you, Mr. Siriano, for upstaging the HELL out of that damn Gucci dress by using the same material for a shirt! And Ciara, for showing every cover/editorial girl and stylist how it’s DONE.

  • gioioio

That top? With a fishnet over it? HEAVEN ON EARTH.

Third picture down- am I missing where it was featured?

    • kimmeister

Can you imagine trying to peel the two tops apart without ripping anything?

      • gioioio

No– because they belong together forever :)

  • Lesley

Certain shots, especially the last one i’m seeing a resemblence to beyonce

  • jelenawoehr

What stunning bone structure she has.

  • MilaXX

These are some of the best pictures I have seen of her in a long time. I think she looks so much better than when she’s giving us all body.

  • dschubba

Man, if these pictures weren’t labeled, I probably wouldn’t have recognized her. There’s a Jennifer Grey-level difference between her look from “Goodies” and this.

    • ana170

It’s the hair. And 8 or 9 years later. It’s odd that people keep mentioning “Goodies”. Isn’t “Promise” her biggest hit?

      • dschubba

It probably is, but I’m referring to her debut. Wasn’t “Promise” 2 or 3 albums in?

  • Imasewsure

I think you have to be a real model to pull off the broken doll look on the cover here.. she just looks hunched and tired. The clothes are pretty but not fabulous. She is beautiful of course but not sure about the Sophia Loren hair

    • Laura Renee

It’s an incredibly stupid pose, in my opinion. I’d love to ever see a male celeb in a shot like that.

  • Vtg Fashion Library

The second shot is labelled Dior, not Siriano. Not trying to be snarky, but I was a proofreader in a former life.

    • Tom and Lorenzo

      Thanks! Fixed.

  • annabelle archer

Had to come back for a second viewing. I’m surprised no one mentioned it, but can we all stand and applaud Paper for showing actual upper thigh in that last shot. Many a mag would have brushed that curve of the inner/upper leg quietly away.

  • ItsDicey

Ciara? Zzzzzz. Christian Siriano? Good on you.

  • MartyBellerMask

Seriously, slouching is doing nothing for you.

  • sekushinonyanko

That must be a mistaken picture for the Christian Siriano. I can’t see anything of the former in the latter…

  • Jeff Warhurst

    Wow. He’s so effing talented.
