From the neck up, she looks gorgeous! From the waist down, she looks gorgeous! Between the neck and the waist, she looks like a lunatic. And I can see her boob-tape.

      • http://joyouslifesf.wordpress.com Kiltdntiltd

        OMG you’re right!

      • NOLA_gal

Her head looks fabulous! Everything else, not so much. I sure like her choice of shoes better than the model though.

      • Rand Ortega

        GASP! Jesus, take the tape!

      • Annarosa

        EPIC FAIL!

      • MilaXX

the visible boob tape just makes it all the worse

      • kimmeister

AND, she taped the bodice on askew!

    • Sonja Brisson

She is beautiful (and unBotoxed!) as always and the dress is a silly disaster.

      • VeryClaire

Maybe unBotoxed now but she’s still had too much plastic surgery. There’s nothing natural about the aging happening here, sadly.

      • anneland

        Beautiful natural face.

    • MilaXX

Hate the shoes and hem length.

      • mjude

        thank you!

    • Amanda Herriott Welliver

Cover up the cleavage and change the shoes and it moves from disaster to near-WERQ for me.

    • http://dontmakeitlikeimdumb.blogspot.com/ annabelle archer

      Oh honey, noooooo.

    • http://joyouslifesf.wordpress.com Kiltdntiltd

Mess of a dress on a great, fun lady.

      • TheAmericaness

I thought the wings of the animated plane went with it for a second…

    • Darren Nesbitt

      I see boob tape!

    • Diego!

That’s a very akward dress… but she seems to be enjoying her time… except in the last pic… what an odd cleavage!

    • Catiline

Noooooo. This one hurts. I love the black pattern on the dress, and her face/hair are the best they’ve been in a long time. But that black mesh boobular area, dear God.

      • Chickadeep

Word. Is boob-hanging fabric over mesh a thing now? It was all over that Armani Prive show. It flatters nobody.

    • unbornfawn

Oh Teri baby this is not your dress.

    • marlie

I don’t hate this dress, but I don’t really like it either. It has some problems, but it’s… fine. I’m with TLo about being “over” black and white dresses. Her face and hair look great, though.

    • newleaf1

Dress, no. Happy to see her look her age, yes.

    • Rand Ortega

Boob Wings? I don’t get it.

    • hillmad

Teri herself looks lovely, but that dress! It looks like 2 giant maxi pads! “Basil Soda” looks as bad as it sounds!

    • zenobar

Ahh, the old “trapped in an invisible glass box” bit.

      Oh wait.

    • omg_dora

I like the black embroidery and the draping in the bust. I wish the designer had just let these two things shine. The mesh yoke and the colorblocking with the black back piece look like they were tacked on for trendiness, and they make the dress look confusing and messy.

    • Calinda_L

TLo’s eyes must be twitching at the sight of yet another B&W dress on the ol’ red carpet.

    • frannyprof

      Hate the shoes. Hate them.

    • mhleta

Shorten it and simplify the top and you’ve got a great look. As it is, way way too busy for Ms. Hatcher.

    • Jessica Freeman

There is just too much wrong with this dress to take the time to list. Burn it, that should suffice. I think the make up is working and the hair is almost there.

    • AC Simons

Oh, this is bad!!! The dress doesn’t fit, the shoes are sad, hair and makeup are uninspired. Oh honey, go home, take a nap, and find new gays!

    • Glam Dixie

I really like everything this dress is doing for her from just under the bust line and on down, but the boob wings are a no for me.

    • Anniebet

Uh, yeah Teri.. I’m laughing too.

    • Nancer

For me, this is an almost. The dress looks great from some angles, but there is something slightly off about the way the bustline is shaped. But the print, the inset at the waist, and the use of black netting (is it netting?) is really pretty. This look has a lot going for it, if only the cups were molded properly.

    • Kent Roby

I just can’t imagine saying “Can somebody get me the boob tape so I wear that dress to the Disney animated premiere”.

    • crash1212

Man, that’s one ugly dress. I like her hair though.

    • susan6

Nobody could make this dress work. Not even Zoe or Tilda. Burn it.

    • KayEmWhy

This is a dress for a mannequin not a real person where you need to move. The bodice is god awful. Love that she’s having fun though.

    • OrigamiRose

They’re real, and they’re spectacularly unflattered by this dress.

      • decormaven

My first thought as well. This dress does her no favors.

    • greyhoundgirl

The bodice is silly but I love how she seems to have laid off the Botox. Her face looks great.

    • conniemd

I hate the look with the squared off bottom of the v-neck. Just make it a true v-neck, which eliminates the boob tape showing and run the bodice up to meet the back and rip off the netting and you have a cute little summer black and white cocktail dress. (sorry TLo).

    • http://thishotoldbroad.blogspot.com/ Sara Leigh Merrey

I like that she looks like she’s struggling to suppress a big guffaw and finally just lets go. She must know that the boob area just looks wrong. I like the idea of this dress, and she’s got the assets to pull it off. It’s just a little wonky.

    • bertkeeter

This is when I think of the saying “less is more”. Like five less things going on in this look?

    • LaSylphide

Eeewwww. She’s got a great ‘mature lady’ body, and she puts this thing on it? What’s funny is, it looks even worse on the model. At least Teri gives it some shape.

    • Jennifer Bober

Okay, does anyone else want to take away that stupid black sheer and just have a halter bodice on it? It would make this so much better of a dress.

    • ballerinawithagun

      Perfect description, how weird!

    • BigWhiteGrannyPanties

      MY EYES!

    • demidaemon

That neckline is a NO (it creates a very strange optical illusion around the boob area) and those shoes are also a NO (big, clunky and hooflike).

    • formerlyAnon

The top of that dress (from the top of the upward pointing triangle/directly under the breasts up) is so odd it’s bad. Too bad, I really like the skirt.

      • librarygrrl64

Same. Everything from the bust down is cute.

    • jmorino08

      Um…. no.

    • Tina Power

I have less issues with what she is wearing than her gawdawful plastic surgery.

    • DCSheehan

That bodice makes her boobs look like two giant raisins.

    • Tuneful54

Make it stop! My retinas have been defiled. Something off the clearance rack at Sears would be better than this.

    • LilyPad

“By the way, they’re real, and they’re spectacular.”
