  • Way harsh, Tai.

  • Danielle L

She needs a bra with a bit of cleavage enhancing powers. Her boobs look like they’re mad at each other.

    • Annarosa

oh, ok, it is not just me

    • Emily

For as much as she’s worth you would think she could have gotten implants without the refund gap.

      • Sunraya

I’m glad she doesn’t have fake boobs! She is so thin, she would look out of proportion with fake breasts.

        • JasmineAM

i think she’s saying that Taylor does have implants, and that they look bad, so she should feel bad.

          • Emily

I’m not saying anyone should feel bad and she has admitted getting implants. I’m saying she needs someone to tell her that perhaps the girls might look better with undergarments that aid her assets.

          • JasmineAM

Oh, I’m sorry, the “____ is bad, so you should feel bad.” is a quote from Futurama. Sorry for the confusion.

          • Emily

            Ah okay. No worries.

          • Sophia Vaccaro

When did she admit to getting implants? I don’t recall that ever happening …honestly they don’t look fake to me, they look like how mine would in a tight dress like that. Hard to have cleavage if you are under a full b.

        • vandeventer

They are fake. She got them earlier this year or something.

      • Laylalola

Definitely has the Tori Spelling thing going on.

        • vandeventer

          Refund gap?

          • Laylalola

The half-foot gap between her breasts where the cleavage should be if a celebrity is going to shell out good money for that bolt-on shape that gives it all away as fake.

Edited to add this definition of “refund gap” from Urban Dictionary:

“The excessively wide space between a woman’s breasts, indicating a poorly executed breast enlargement procedure. Ideal breast cleavage is minimal, so any woman showing off a pair of huge, spherical, gravity-defying boobs that have an inch or more of space between them arguably deserves a refund from her plastic surgeon.”

          • barbarienne

What do they call it when one’s all-natural breasts have this gap? Mine have always been like this. It’s kind of useful for storage if I don’t have pockets. I can keep a cell phone down there and not worry about it getting, um, damp.

      • Allison Drury

My thoughts exactly!! I’m starting to wonder if it’s difficult to make any implants look right when you’re that skinny. It’s almost like you need a little flab to soften them. I will gladly donate some of mine to help poor Taylor out.

    • NC_Meg

I thought something was weird about the neckline and bust area. That is it.

      • Rhonda Shore

How unfortunate. Women considering implants should look at how fabulous Twiggy looked…thank god SHE didn’t get them!!!

  • The Versatile Chef

At least it’s not cut up to her hoo-ha, ala Kardashian.

  • Annarosa

    what strange boobs.
like the shoes. not sure about the lipstick.

  • gabbilevy

Heavy makeup does not her face like. Girl needs some good advice, stat.

  • hughman

    Subway map for Crazytown.

  • AlisonS

She looks like an extra on Revenge….

  • surfergirl70

I guess I’m in the minority, but I think she looks good.

    • I think she looks really good. She wears a bandage dress well, and she’s stuck with her signature white but side-stepped twee-town.

      • FrayedMachine

To be fair, bandage dresses tend to look good on everyone. They’re kind of built to be flattering on most body types.

IDK, I could really leave this. This actually looks oddly Twee to me, still, but in a “look, I’m a sexy grown up lady! look look!” kind of way.

    • tallgirl1204

I think she looks good, too. The dress is sexy without being slutty, and she has the figure for it. I think that this group generally just doesn’t like Tay-Tay. But I confess that I kinda like her songs, in the same way I loved the Monkees back in the day, and I don’t find her personally annoying– she’s a product, like Mickey and Davy and Peter and Michael were.

      • KC

I think she looks good. I actually like her music too. She’s not nearly as bad as some of the other celebs in Hollywood and she tends to keep her image somewhat clean despite dating a lot (which…again…don’t know why that’s a bad thing at 23).

    • stephbellard

I hate her and I still think she looks good.

    • Lesley

i think she looks good as well, i think i’m a bit of a minority in the fact that i actually like her – she doesn’t bother me. however, i’m not a fan of bandage dresses this might be kinda unfair of me (it’s from personal experience) but they remind me way too much of those girls who live at clubs with the orange tans, boobs up to their chin and way too much makeup. just sayin

    • AmandaCathleen

I think that she looks like a million bucks, but that the look itself is really dated. Bandage dresses were so ubiquitous on the red carpet in the mid-aughts that they just don’t feel fresh to me, no matter how great the wearer may look.

  • MilaXX

  • Stella Zawistowski

I’m so glad she didn’t go with the ugly hoof shoes in the model photo!

  • Jaeda Laurez

That is EXACTLY the wrong way to stand in a dress that is supposed to be sexy, body-con, and confident. Grown up dress, grown up stance.
No bra is the wrong choice for a dress that is SUPPOSED to emphasize curves. Without a bra, her boobs are doing weird implant-y things as well. No support= losing the shape up top, as the dress will flatten anything you’ve got out. But, to be honest, I don’t like the dress on somebody who doesn’t have the hips or the boobs to make it…”POP,” so to speak. There’s a reason why HL is a preferred choice among aspiring basketball wives and Kardashians.

    • AmeliaEve

You nailed it. This is a dress made for curves she doesn’t have.

  • kipper

I think she looks great –

  • Clydette Wantland

    I think she looks great.

  • Imasewsure

I love this but not the shoes

  • Little_Olive

I thought bandage dresses were over.

    • alyce1213

I was so hoping they were, but apparently not. Oh well.

    • PastryGoddess

Never, They are like silly putty shoes…or roaches

  • MK03

I feel like Herve Leger requires more of an hourglass figure to really make it sing.

    • MilaXX

Agreed. I think curvy gals look better in these dresses

  • VicD

I’d rather see the cute little queen who played her on Drag Race in this.

  • unbornfawn

A better bra and less eye make up and you might have something there.

  • steeg of their own

Miss Swift, you cannot wear this dress. After all the time you spent cultivating the “oh I’m just a little country girl y’all and so prim and proper” image, you lost the right to wear this dress. This dress requires someone with a bit of edge to them, someone who can dress like the concepts behind Mondrian aren’t completely lost on them. This dress deserves an Emma Watson, not your gross “I’m country in the Hamptons!” shtick. Take off the dress, Swift. It deserves better than someone with your bangs.

  • Anniebet

Hmm, can’t quite figure out what doesn’t work for me. For one thing, those shoes are way too busy to go with the dress, and another thing, the knee length on the model works a shit ton better than short on Miss Taylor. Plus, the smushy boobs. Too much makeup. ANTM posing. Okay, I guess I figured out what doesn’t work for me… the whole damn thing.

  • filmcricket

Dress is great. Make-up’s a tad heavy. Kill the shoes with fire. Smile helps a tonne.

  • marlie

It’s… fine. I hate the shoes, though.

  • I think these dresses look best on those ladies with, ahem, more in the way of assets. It’s just does nothing for her shape. She’s got a pretty awesome bod, so why not dress for it? Her hair color is so blah, it washes her out. A shade lighter or shade darker would look way better!

  • TheAmericaness

Sans the shoes it’s not bad. For the Swifter that is.

  • chylde

    slinky lil’ thang, innit?

  • macwell

I can’t really stand Nerve Leher or Taylor Swift. In Herve’s case, its not even the company’s fault. Its the over saturation of the dresses on celebrities (that want/need an excuse to walk around naked, or at least seemingly near). I suppose its a sign of talent or whatever that made this happen, but still – its a bit much at this point.

As for Taylor Swift….I mean….I just can’t stand her, so even if she looked amazing here – and she doesn’t – I wouldn’t give her props…IJS….

  • Aaminah Khan

This would be great if her makeup didn’t look like she faceplanted onto a powder compact and her hair didn’t look ratty. The dress itself looks fine on her.

  • demidaemon

I think I am officially over her current hair style. She’s worn it this way for her past three or four appearances on this site. Time for a change. As for the dress, it’s a modified bandage dress. No great shakes, there, though it is a departure for her. If I pretend I can’t see the bandage detailing, I can almost like it.

  • mhleta

This is a scroll down, “Oh! Almost!” especially when you see it on the model. TS looks really really good, but the model looks spectacular in this dress. It’s all in the length and having the right shoe. But, again, TS does look pretty great in this, so she gets and ‘A’ for ‘Almost Nailed It.’

  • Melissa Brogan

I don’t think she looks bad, per se, just that both she and that dress can look better. I think the model is rocking the dress because it nips in at her waist. If Taylor was going to really pull off this dress, she needed a bra and different shoes to start with. I’m not sure I like the make-up either, but eh.

  • She looks great. Glad she is dress more to her age.

  • In_Stitches

The lines of the dress are so graphic and almost racer-inspired; the flowy hair is a bit incongruous. Slick the hair back into a pony tail or maybe a topknot and add a metallic choker and she’d be knocking it out of the park. As is, it’s a big ol meh.

  • silly little thumb

I wish she would lighten her hair again.

  • nannypoo

I love this, so much better than her previous style. I will never be convinced about her voice or her music, but I like the new direction her stylist is taking her.

  • DuBey2

I like it. Seems like a really different look for her. Oh, and BTW, I’m not a fangurl. (hope I used that word properly :0

  • ankali

“I’d really like to sex it up this time! Oooh, but do you have anything in a nice, virginal white, though?”

  • Yaara

I don’t like this look at all. She has a great body, but this dress doesn’t compliment her proportions at all. Her boobs, her stomach, her hips – They look really weird. Also for some reason I find that this look ages her.

  • largishbearishAtlish

When she stands up STRAIGHT (like the model) this is a great look, but all the posey-posey doesn’t do the graphics any favors. T’lo, what about some different shoes? and nice to see her in something less….um, her.

  • MzzPants

That’s a little bondage-like for the virgin queen, don’t you think?

  • Tamara Hogan

The shoe’s a little too literal for me, but I love this look on her. Snaps.

  • KayEmWhy

The shoes are not working with that dress.

  • It looks like the designer stuck tape all over a white dress.

  • Candice Booth

No Tay absolutely no bandage dresses on you!
