AnnaSophia Robb in RED Valentino

Posted on June 24, 2013

Because we feel like we’ve been a little on the bitchy side today…

Just plain top-to-bottom cute:

AnnaSophia Robb attends the premiere of ‘The Way, Way Back’ during the 2013 Los Angeles Film Festival in a RED Valentino dress accessorized with Mawi earrings, Salvatore Ferragamo sandals, and a Charlotte Olympia clutch.

Red Valentino Floral Satin Twill Dress

No complaints, quibble or critiques. Attagirl.

That’s a perfect little dress for her.

So cute! Wish the skirt didn’t have that poufy hem…are irons out of style now? Also, you kids get off my damn lawn.

      • jmorino08

Yeah.. I was going to complain about the crappy hemming job her stylist did, but I noticed it’s the same on the model. Too bad I didn’t save my bubble skirt from the 80s…

        • MoHub

Bar the bubble hem, I really, really like this!

    • Lori

I owned the costume jewelery twin of those earrings back when I was in high school. I bought them at The Limited.

      • alyce1213

They’re adorable, and hers are probably costume as well. Very nice quality costume.

        • http://foodycat.blogspot.co.uk/ foodycatAlicia

£215 – definitely costume. BRB, shopping.

    • flamingoNW

Don’t care for the shoes, but otherwise, cute!

      • http://dontmakeitlikeimdumb.blogspot.com/ annabelle archer

They are cuter up close than from afar, but still, they are my least favorite piece of this puzzle.

    • AudreysMom

I love it (and her) too. Esp the shoes and the dazzling coquettish smile. The hem kind of looks like she quickly taped it higher and didn’t have time to press it flat, but the model’s version also looks that way. Is it the fabric?

    • lexilexi

      A real honest-to-god BLONDE!!

      • JasmineAM

Yeah, she looks like a natural SUPER light blonde.

    • gabbilevy

      Personal best. She looks adorable.

      • kim bunchalastnames

doesn’t she? and the background shade on that dress looks like it matches her eyes perfectly. or, wait. “it doesn’t match, it GOES.” that’s it. ;D

    • JasmineAM

This sounds so weird/creepy, but I love that she has hairy arms. I am a fellow hairy armed girl, so this makes me feel a bit better about mine for some strange reason.

      • stellamaris73

Not creepy at all. I thought the same thing… Lovely to see a girl whose whole body hasn’t been waxed or lasered into Barbie smoothness.

    • Chris

That dress matches her eyes perfectly and the shoes are extremely cute.

    • MilaXX

She looks so much cuter when she’s not trying to channel Carrie Bradshaw. I think this is the look Adele’s people were trying for. It just didn’t work out as well on her.

    • alyce1213

She’s just the right age and the right type of girl to reach perfection in that sweet little dress and hairdo.

    • http://dontmakeitlikeimdumb.blogspot.com/ annabelle archer

What a little button. I want to call Dianna Agron and Julianne Hough and show them how a young, petite, blonde starlet should look.

    • clairellis

It is totally cute and I wish I didn’t have irrational dislike for her. I like her whole outfit though. I want the shoes. Now.

Hate the bubble hem and the shoes, but damn it if that isn’t a great dress for her.

      • conniemd

Yeah, my mother who taught me how to sew and made a lot of my growing up clothes would be asking me why I forgot to press the hem if I showed her this dress. I don’t get the point.

    • Glam Dixie

Is she pocket sized? She looks absolutely tiny here. Adorable, but tiny.

    • majorbedhead

Aside from the bubble skirt, this is adorable. But I really hate bubble skirts. And I agree with whoever said the shoes look better up close.

    • decormaven

Another non-fan of the bubble skirt, but she’s working this look. What a peaches & cream complexion!

    • j_anson

Love those shoes with that dress.

    • Therese Bohn

Ah, to be young and tiny, and never have to think of wobbly upper arms. Bless.

    • E. D.

Eh, those shoes are no good with the rest.

    • ailujailuj

well.. dip me in glitter – if her eyes don’t match her dress! just wanna nibble on her a liddle bit.

    • nannypoo

Super cute. Everything fits, nothing’s sticking out, she poses like she’s comfortable with herself, and her hair and makeup look good. If I recommend a belt will I sound like a whiner?

    • JP

Head to toe love! If that skirt was a tad longer, I’d totally wear that dress. I’m too old for a skirt that short.

    • omg_dora

I don’t understand the hem on this dress. I don’t like bubble skirts anyway, but this one just looks undone.

    • TheAmericaness

I always have to go look up who she is whenever she pops up (as if that matters!), but she’s cute as a button here. Love the dress. Was horrified by the shoes at first, but then noticed the little black dots in the dress and saw the shoes up close and decided it wasn’t so bad. Very nice indeed.

    • Anniebet

What a sweet look on her. Everything is just nigh to perfect. (coveting those shoes)

    • JauntyJohn

I like it, but she does look a bit like she belongs on top of a music box.

    • quiltrx

SO cute! Great little dress, fun shoes, pretty girl.

    • AnneElliot

Cute, even though I am SO OVER the stripperific platforms. But she looks fresh and happy, and it suits her.

    • LaSylphide

Adorable dress, but the bag/clutch/whatever is too big. And those shoes are cute, but too heavy for this dress.

    • Rand Ortega

She’s the reason the term “cute as a button” was invented. An excellent pairing of young lady & dress. My only quibble: The shoes are a little heavy for the lightness of the dress.

    • http://marshmallowjane.com/ marshmallowjane

Sewing 101. My mom always told me that ironing is 1/2 of sewing. Maybe that’s some type of “bubble hem,” but what about the waist seam?

    • Josefina Madariaga Suárez

She looks perfectly adorable here, but is it just me that thinks she must be very bratty and annoying in person? Just asking.

      • SignLadyB

She is the least bratty and annoying person in the world. She has been raised with incredible values, has a strong and supportive extended family and has great plans to continue her education once Carrie Diaries ends. I know her grandmother here in Colorado.

      • CakesOnAPlane

she took a bunch of my coworkers’ yoga classes in Denver last week and by all accounts she is adorable and charming.

    • http://victoriapavlova.com Victoria Pavlova

OMG, starlet in well-fitting shoes, is the world gonna end soon? Very pretty outfit and hair/makeup, very.

    • BEARAYMOND

Dress is cute, but I really disagree on the makeup. Hate the pinkeye look – even with heavy liner to tone it down.

    • crash1212

      Best hair EVER.

    • Danielle L

Presh. Love the hair and makeup.

    • BarbaraAnnBruch

Adorable. I wonder am I too old to wear this?

    • Lilyana_F

      Lovely :)

    • ThaliaMenninger

At first I thought that was Hayden Panetierre and I thought, FINALLY, she got it right. Yeah, not so much. Maybe Anna Sophia can take Hayden and Julianne shopping and show them how to do it.

    • Dan_In_NYC

I saw her in the Way Way Back – at the Provincetown Film Festival. She was really good in it, and looks great here. Go her.

    • unbornfawn

I must quibble with that poufy hem. Otherwise adorable.
