  • That dress looks cute on the hanger but it seems to be bunching up on her; what is that, static cling?

    • Either that or she tucked it into her knickers in the loo.

  • I like the pattern on the dress but that tier makes her tummy pooch. She looks happy tho’

  • hughman

Gurl, static cling is not your friend.

    • Is that what’s going on? Whew. I couldn’t figure it out as a deliberate thing.

  • What the hell happened to the lower half of the dress? It had such potential from the waist up….

    • 3boysful

Clearly it got caught in the limo door en route to the party. It’s cute but for the wonky hem.

    • At first I was going to say that these stars should totally have someone take several pictures of them of the kind taken on the red carpet and see if the outfit still works. I can imagine that, standing in front of the mirror, the lower part of the skirt may have seemed interesting and different (assuming it isn’t the result of static cling or a waistband mishap, as suggested elsewhere). But it doesn’t read in pictures.

But then I thought if they all did that, then they’d all default to only the most boring, safest outfits. I’m not sure where the middle ground lies, but it’s not with this dress.

      • I seem to think they attempted to make it shorter by gathering it in places. Whatever they did, it seriously ruined it.

  • what’s going on in the third picture she’s in…it looks like she’s trying to lay an egg.

  • Janet B

    Static cling.

  • sagecreek

    She’s adorable.

I wonder if she realizes that she is much more appealing than some more featured stars from her show. (see how tactfully I phrased that?)

    • Sobaika

The showrunners certainly haven’t realized it.

    • theblondette

If only Glee made more of the talents it had right in front of it and let them shine, rather than focusing on a small number of overexposed characters and then introducing a bunch of new ones, maybe I would still be watching it…

      • demidaemon

Additionally, there is still two more years of Glee, at the very least.

  • Girl_With_a_Pearl

She seems to be having fun and I’m glad, but she’s showing too much side boob in that third pic.

  • jw_ny

it could have been a cute dress, but too complicated on the skirt portion. Looks like a fun dress to dance in tho…as long as she can control boob slippage out the sides….

  • She’s cute and it’s a cute dress. Too bad she appears to have tucked it into her underwear.

  • crash1212

Coulda been a contender if that skirt weren’t so complicated. It’s a cute print and the top part is perfection. I even like it with the shoes…it’s a shame really.

  • nannypoo

She’s cute, but this is a disgrace. The dress looks flimsy and cheap and the shoes are hideous. She has never struck me as a side-boob kind of girl, so I think it just looks tacky. And those little random tattoos look like something she got in prison.

  • Wait! Is it just me or does it look like she cut the hem herself (like in the bathroom, 10 minutes before)?

    • Lisa M. (ReVoir) Kramp

You;re close….I think they pinned it against the waistband to make it shorter. That’s why it’s so bunchy at her thighs.

      • formerlyAnon

Good eye. I was wondering why such a theoretically cute dress was looking so crumply-bunchily on her.

        • Lisa M. (ReVoir) Kramp

Theatre major…some of my best friends and roommates were costumers. We used to do that kind of shit to our outfits all the time!

  • What kind of homemade hell is this?

    • Jump rope rhyme for her:

      Tina Cohen Chang!
      Work that rag, Miss Thang!
      Cray cray print
      Mullet hem
      Tina Cohen Chang!

  • scrappy1

Hair and makeup are better than I’ve seen them before.

  • Hetha Innis

The dress is a mess and the shoes are hiddy. God, I need a drink.

  • TheAmericaness

Edit: Made it funnier to me.

  • frannyprof

What is up with the unflattering dresses lately? Is it a thing? because, if so, I have a whole closetful I can put on Ebay right now.

  • MilaXX

I like the weird dress, and her makeup looks great. I think the shoe is a little heavy for the look.

  • ballerinawithagun

Applique and ruched? I really don’t see either one. I’m so disappointed, they only look Payless with a red sole to me.

    Who is she?

I’m so surprised there is side-boob, I guess it is because they cut away to an extreme racerback. Carry

  • quiltrx

Is it MADE to be all squashed up in her cooter like that, or has she got the world’s worst static cling? The back looks pretty good, so I’m confused.
And those shoes are WAY too heavy and clunky, dear. My Barbies had some of those (in loud colors of course) in the early 80s.

  • that hem will never be anything but wonky, but she looks good. hair, make-up, and shoes are pretty hot, too.

  • Imasewsure

I’ll go with the idea of static cling but I really do thing it’s tucked in… oops

  • j_anson

I would like this a lot if it weren’t doing that weird drapey thing at her hips.

  • poggi

I believe this would have looked great with a little static spray or something to make the skirt fall properly. But good for you Jenna. When you are in the midst of a wardrobe malfunction (albeit a minor one), just smile and act like you don’t notice (and put some dryer sheets in your purse for next time).

    • lobsterlen

You would think that at every red carpet event there would be an assistant armed with static guard.

      • poggi

Exactly! Like a red carpet version of ball boys or ball girls–the static cling boy or girl who rushes out there in a crouch and spritzes and runs back to the sidelines.

  • megohd

There’s something about her that looks really different, I can’t tell what it is. Highlights couldn’t change her face that much, could they?

  • decormaven

Shoes are too chunky, and the dress is not properly fitted. But hey, she appears to be having fun, and that covers much of the deficits.

  • lobsterlen

I wouldn’t want those Christian Louboutins even if they were in the %95 reduced buy one get one free bin.

  • Scroll down fug. Such a cute girl and such a cute ‘top of dress’. But when a dress intentionally gives the effect of being stuck to your hosiery by static cling, it’s just a bad idea.

  • Edward Pavle

This is ridiculous. From the balayage highlights to the obvious extensions I just can’t with this precious angel.

  • mhleta

Beautiful girl. Shame about the static cling.

  • NOLA_gal

Did she get the dress caught in her panties? What explains the crinkly-ness at the crotch line? Yikes!

  • NYCGlamourpuss

She looks great! Did she lose weight or something? Either she did, or that dress has a weird slimming effect!

  • The fuck was that 3rd pose though?

  • Her hair and makeup look great. I’m not sold on the shoes, and that dress? It had potential, but… no.

  • guest2visits

    Side pose needs…. work.
Dress should be cute, but maybe it lost something in the proportions when it went short. Should it be tighter, looser ?
    Shoes made it worse.

  • demidaemon

She just had to do the “I’m taking a big poopie” pose, didn’t she. Not attractive. Also, the hem on this dress is all kinds of awkward.

  • Crystal

I love the pattern, but it gets weird around the hip area and then stays that way. She looks cute and happy though!
