If the bodice came up just a bit higher so she had less baby head going on I think I would like this more. Face looks gorgeous.

      • https://twitter.com/Gayer_Than_Thou Gayer Than Thou

She’s so unbelievably gorgeous, but somehow I don’t think she ever gets it quite right in the dress department.

    • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=571205045 Kent Roby

I just can’t with dusty rose, and the flap detail looks messy and overly complicated, along with all the top stitching of the boning and the extra rows of trim on the side. At least she has a knock-out figure.

      • 3boysful

I find the hem ruffle the most offensive element.

      • ankali

Yeah, for me this is an example of Zac Posen’s typical flaws: overdesigned, cartoonishly feminine, and still somehow bland.

    • Ednest

Too much spray tan. She looks slippery.

    • moppet

Uncock that hip, honey! And that color is not flattering for her. But I love those earrings.

    • http://thishotoldbroad.blogspot.com/ Sara Leigh Merrey

I like the whole look, except for the unnatural tan.

    • http://www.facebook.com/william.high William High

You’re looking CoCo Montrese orange, sweetie.

      • Introspective

        ooh thats a read.

meanwhile, naya is gorgeous. the dress alas, is not. it also felt a little knee jerk–can we not always go tight and ruffly for the hot latina?? like if this was in red id start singing songs from west side story.

        • http://www.facebook.com/william.high William High

Even without the ruffles, I’d hate this dress. I don’t like that velvety trim, it feels tacked so it isn’t a column of dusty rose.

Naya, you’re a gorgeous girl. Your gays should be shamed for this whole look.

    • charlotte

The dress looks like a rose-colored fish that is about to eat her babyheads.

      • AnneElliot

LOL!! I almost spit my drink out. Note to self: do not eating lunch while reading TLo.

    • http://twitter.com/TrixieConQueso TrixieConQueso

Both genetically gifted and knows how to pose and fab dress – a perfect score from moi’.

    • Mismarker

Serving it and she knows it. It’s not perfect (mini baby heads! and my toes are crying just looking at those shoes) but it’s pretty damn close.

    • http://profiles.google.com/anplica Anplica Fiore

This doesn’t fit. Send it back. Now! And don’t wear pepto pink. Really.

    • http://www.facebook.com/people/Emily-Smith/12431153 Emily Smith

This girl is just sex on a stick, may not be the best put together outfit or color of dress but damn is she HOT.

      • charlotte

See, and I think she is not that hot because she is trying too hard.

    • barbarienne

Hate the hair, but the face and earrings are great.

I keep going back and forth on the dress. One pic it’s great, the next pic it’s a bit too much…I think it’s whether she’s cocking her hip and bending so that the waist/pelvis area wrinkles. It’s fine when she’s standing up and letting it lay flat.

The shoes look painful, but they’re a good color with this dress.

    • jmorino08

If she’d gone up a size or at least had it altered to fit her boobs, she would look great! As it is, she looks desperate. *sadface*

    • Janet B

      Shiny!?
Great silhouette for her, but the overworked bodice and color aren’t flattering at all.
The dusty rose reminds me of a bridesmaid dress I wore about thirty years ago.

      • rajf

Something about your ‘thirty years’ reference made me realize that about that time my newly married best friend and her husband furnished their living room in this color (mistakenly referred to as ‘mauve’) and pale blue. Ruffled pillows in this color and sheen. Suburban chic at the time. Blech.

        • Janet B

          Unfortunately, I can picture that!

    • Ediths_Head

Goldfinger and Goldmember had a baby and named it Naya Rivera. Someone call Austin Powers.

    • butterflysunita

It’s a lovely dress and she looks beautiful. But why do stars insist on ruining a great dress by wearing the bodice so low? It’s the “wardrobe malfunction” look–and apparently a trend.

      • eck

Its sitting low on the bust because it doesn’t actually fit over her bust (due to her implants).

        • JasmineAM

          Implants…?

        • http://profiles.google.com/ameliaheartsu Amelia Logan

or maybe because her torso is longer than the maker intended. geez…

          • eck

Doesn’t change the fact it doesn’t come even close to fitting.

        • http://twitter.com/PhDKnitter marlie

The dress sits low on the model too. I think it’s more of a design element, than Naya’s bust.

      • drdarke

The dress doesn’t make her look like a linebacker (unlike the last one we saw her in), it contrasts well with her skin tone, and she’s selling the sizzle – I’d call this a WERQ!

    • teensmom99

“It’s Helmut Hair Day at TLo Inc. where we take beautiful women with lovely hair and see what they look like without ther beautful hair.”If this wasn’t a step and repeat I’d think it was photoshopped. How does she get her different parts to move in those directions with the baby heads remaining in place.

    • Rand Ortega

What’s w/ the Orange Glow? She looks like she’s been disinfected. Was there a chemical spill?
Barring that, if the bodice were better fitted, she would be perfection.

    • http://twitter.com/urban_gypsy Tess Danesi

The shape is nice but the color is bland and the fit is way off; I want to yank it up a few inches. She’s a stunning woman, she doesn’t need to be a disciple of the Kardashian School of Heavy Contouring.

    • http://www.facebook.com/conysoledad Constanza Álvarez Espinoza

I hate the fake tan and the awkard lenght of the dress. Her right boob is trying to escape so maybe is too tight.
On the right size and lenght, the dress is beautiful.

    • nannypoo

I’m trying to like it but I just can’t.

    • MilaXX

Wrong shoe & too small of a shoe.

    • l_c_ann

Well, damn it. Some of us remember when the built in structure of a bodice top was built into the lining and not blatant from the outside.
Maybe lining is too expensive nowadays. But when I can see where the stays are and how much they may be straining, it’s a bad thing.

    • http://twitter.com/Nancer Nancer

Ooh.. so close. She is beautiful and talented and I love seeing her featured here! Unfortunately, this dress is an almost. There are minor fit issues, and (at least in the photographs) the color isn’t quite right for her. But with really minor tweaks this would be amazing!

    • http://www.facebook.com/fiddlecub Kevin VanOrd

Pretty enough, but the bodice makes me sad, and those shoes don’t really go, do they?

    • blueberrypanckae

pretty cute.. I don’t get the earrings?? should be hair down smaller bling, maybe a bracelet

    • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=527486497 Kirsten Flanagan

Is it just me, or does her face look….different?

    • http://twitter.com/foodycatAlicia foodycatAlicia

If the bodice fit, it were cut off before the flare at the bottom and it lost that velvety fringe detail, we might be in business. I love that shade of pink unashamedly.

      • http://gabyrippling.tumblr.com/ Gabriella M

I have a 60s style swing coat in that shade of pink! I love it too – my mum got it for me in Spain and the saleslady told her it was “color de maquillage,” literally “makeup color” but I think she just meant “blush.” It still makes me giggle though. “Color de maquillage.”

    • http://twitter.com/lisledanielle Danielle Lisle

That’s a lot of body shimmer.

    • eck

That’s an awful color on her, made worse by the horrendous spray tan & that’s before you get to the potential boob escapage – it just doesn’t fit in the bust. WTF is with the matchy matchy lipstick & dress color though?

    • OrigamiRose

Blue Steel + Body Shimmer. Ooof.

    • marilyn

Bad color for her and top too small.

    • AnneElliot

Naya, I’ve loved you since Glee, but this look is killing me. It includes so many elements that I absolutely HATE. Let’s make a checklist:

      1. Dusy rose
      2. Ill-fitting strapless top
      3. Shiny fabric
      4. Peplum
      5. Silly putty shoes

Well, at least it doesn’t have lace, sheer inserts, or platform heels. I suppose it could be worse.

    • TheAmericaness

This better not be one of those prom dresses he was talking about.

    • http://twitter.com/PhDKnitter marlie

It’s a pretty dress, and this color looks good on her skin (as opposed to some of the fairer-skinned ladystars), but she’s one sneeze away from a serious wardrobe malfunction. SHE is gorgeous, though. Her hair and makeup look perfect.

    • http://www.facebook.com/NicoleLittle1 Nicole Little

This isn’t about fashion, it’s about having one of the best bodies on television and the youth to pull off flaunting it. You go girl.

    • another_laura

      That dress looks old. Stale.

    • Kristy Evans

Her skin is glowing, in spite of this blah dress.

    • gracedarling

      It’s a bit J.Lo Jr, no?

    • pivia

Great dress, but did she soak in a vat of iced tea mix?

    • PeaceBang

She is ready to play Jane Russell in a bio-pic, and I would pay to see it.

    • Trisha26

Baby heads and the bodice is overly complex with that dipped ruffle. The overall look says cheap to me.

    • Carly Warnock

So orange. Can’t see past it. Ridiculous.

    • guest2visits

She’s really almost gorgeous enough to overlook the color of this dusty-rose, hot bridesmaid dress.

    • quiltrx

Your babyheads are supposed to look like twins, not like acquaintances running away from each other.

    • Mlzx

There are some obvious fit issues, but I feel like she is finally figuring it out. She looks sexy, sleek, and confident.

    • demidaemon

EEK. That color and fabric is totally unflattering and I don’t particularly like the details and e=where they hit her.

    • kathrineb

This girl is gorgeous. I love the earrings and how she looks with her hair back. Not really feeling the dress.

    • http://robot-heart.tumblr.com heartbot

Generally, I think her choice in clothing and accessories is a little questionable–here included–but her face is always so stunning, it’s kind of hard to notice what she’s wearing.

    • https://plus.google.com/108251075533777132179/posts Frank Lithium

Slightly vampy but polished, I like her style.

    • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1832126583 Mary Lauer

If the dress gives the size zero model baby heads, that doesn’t bode well for people who have “normal” boobs.
