IN or OUT: Christina Ricci in Clover Canyon

Posted on March 22, 2013

You bitches are so fickle.

Oh, let’s not fight, darlings. We love you. It’s just that there was a time when we could slap a dress up and pretty much predict exactly what the reaction to it would be in the comments section. But lately, we find ourselves a bit surprised by what a lot of people are loving on the red carpet and what a lot of people are hating. Opinions make the world go ’round, though, so it’s all good. Although people with opinions different from our own are wrong.

On that note, we love this look on Miss Christina, but we’re not sure how it’s gonna play with the Bitter Kittens.

Christina Ricci attends the BlackBerry Z10 Smartphone Launch Party in a Clover Canyon print dress accessorized with Anita Ko earrings.

Clover Canyon Spring 2013 Collection Mix-Print Fitted Dress

That is a whole lotta crazy print in one dress. And truth be told, we can admit that it’s probably a bit much and we’d like it better with one or two (or eleven or twelve) graphic elements removed. But she’s rocking the shit out of this dress. She’s roughly the size of a garden gnome, so we imagine this didn’t look all that overwhelming in person. And it helps that it’s such a simple shape. And God knows, if ever there was a time to bust out standard black pumps and a matching black clutch, now was the time. That dress couldn’t handle anything but the simplest of styling choices. To us, it’s just a great little – possibly Ricci-specific – look.

Let’s hear it.

Vote Now!

IN! There’s no such thing as too much print!

OUT! Are you nuts? She looks like a pinball machine.

Several kittens displayed the annoying tendency to not agree with T Lo when discussing Saoirse Ronan’s dress, although proper kittens rallied and voted it IN, as God intended.

      Love, love, love.

    • almondemy

I love it – it’s charming. She’s charming. IN. I only don’t like that, due to the photograph, it looks like she has no feet.

    • Ros Clarke

That is the very definition of Her Dress. IN.

    • conniemd

A bit too much pattern on the fabric, but it does look cute on her. Would have looked better if the stripes on the boobs were omitted and just plain white down to the Chevrons. But IN.

    • Laylalola

      • mhleta

What’s your beef, Laylalola the Outlier? Just curious. Too much going on?

    • Cortney Dean

I love it! It fits her great, she accessorized well, and she is rocking it. IN!

    • Jessica TallGirl Freeman

IN. I don’t love it fully, but her attitude sells it.

    • gabbilevy

In. She’s just the girl to wear it and she’s got it styled just so. Tough dress, but she’s pulling it off.

    • Nancy Karpen

I love it. She looks great

    • TheDivineMissAnn

IN. I’m not sure why, but I love the dress. She looks so pretty.

    • DinaSews

      IN. She looks great.

    • Rachael

    • LeSourire

I hate almost every individual element of the dress, but somehow they all work together. As long as you don’t stare at it for too long, in which case the hate comes back. And I know she must get sick of them, but bangs really, truly are her friend!

    • geans

Love it. She looks way hot.

    • cmb123

In. While this wouldn’t work on everyone, it flatters her shape and makes her look so slim. Not a fan of the shoes. Girl..that is totally YOUR dress!

    • Diego!

IN! She looks amazing and two inches taller! You go Xtina! LOL xD

    • Alexina04

In. This looks fantastic on her.

    • Susan Collier

      In. ’70s t-shirt iron-on realness.

    • ojosazules

      In. She looks great.

    • Deitra S.

IN! Fun, risk-taking, and properly accessorized. And thank God those chevrons are going up, amirite? Because all garments with a “this way to lady parts” design element are headed straight for the OUT bin.

      • DaringMiss

Exactly! I liked the fact that this print didn’t scream “Here is my good china!”

    • Cameron Turner

She looks great and is rocking that dress, but I can’t get past the 47 prints… Out…

    • annabelle archer

IN – You rock that trippy, body hugging shit Ms. Ricci. Love it.

    • Maggie

Fits like a dream, love the makeup, love the styling. This is one that could go so, so wrong, but she really nailed it – IN. Plus bonus points for difficulty!

      • Katie Wolf

…and event-appropriate. I know the general rule is “better to be over-dressed than under” but I get all itchy when I see starlets in opera gowns at a daytime premiere of a B or C-movie, for example. Party dress at a party. Love it!

      • poggi

Yes, you are so right! It looks great on her figure. And somehow despite all the crazy print I am looking at her and not just at the dress.

        • Rrroza

          This. INNNNN.

        • miagain

That is such a good point… the whole is indeed greater than the sum of the parts!
          She looks great…

      • VicD

Yep. IN. It’s a whack dress, but she wears it well.

      • aykhan

Agreed – IN. The fit and simple accessories make this work.

      • drdarke

IN – the dress should go horribly wrong, but Ricci styles it just right and it looks stylish and sexy on her.

    • foodycatAlicia

IN – although I think it is probably 1 or 2 prints too many.

    • Erica_Vuitton

IN IN IN! Hair, make up, dress, clutch and shoes all perfect! On someone less petite it would be too much but on her it’s just perfect.

    • Pennymac

OUT> This dress is schizophrenic, I hate it. It looks like something that would be up on Nomorerack.
Christina is, however, wearing the shit out of it.

    • Sara

In. Adorable. This look is totally Ricci specific, so that makes her stylists even more brilliant–knowing that she is the only person in the world who could pull this off.

    • MajorBedhead

God, no. The floral skirt sends it right over the edge into Crazytown for me. OUT.

    • Tatiana Luján

IN. I don’t like the dress much, but she looks great in it. And the makeup is gorgeous.

    • Janet B

    • Lesley

not a fan of the dress on its own but she’s rocking the hell out of it, and her hair and makeup look great.

    • Katie Dunneback

No. The fit is perfect, yes, but that is *way* too many prints.

    • jmorino08

In! She looks great in it! She has the perfect body for it too. Someone more busty would have made those potentially-dangerous vertical stripes across the chest look ridiculous.

Speaking of black shoes. Why is patent leather more of a thing? I get that as a 40-ish suburban mom, I’m not exactly a bastion of fashion trends, but I can’t get enough of patent! Red, black, if it’s shiny, I want it! And I feel like patent would be a great option when a neutral shoe is called for, but you don’t want boring black. Am I really that far out of touch fashion wise?

    • Jessica RoweRock

NOPE. OUT. She’s the only person that could make it work but that dress looks like it cost $5 and not $250. I’m pretty sure if you held a match near it, it’d go up in flames.

    • Jessi03

I like it! I wish the clutch weren’t so shiny, but honestly that is the most minor of quibbles. She looks fantastic. eta: IN! Obviously.

    • Elena

In. Love to see some color and print on the RC.

    • nannypoo

I like it. If you’re going to use a lot of prints you may as well go for it, and this seems like the perfect amount.

    • mjude

    • BaddestMotherEver

Ergh. She looks fantastic in a fantastically hideous print….I’ll give it a mmmIN.

    • Virginia McMurdo

I love it! It fits her so well and the makeup/hair are a perfect match.

    • mhleta

IN! She is the perfect girl for this dress-it’s doing all kinds of great things for her body. It’s almost like a set of road signs pointing out her best assets, which are considerable – “Over here you’ll see her tiny waist, and if you direct your attention upwards this way, you’ll notice her spectacular rack. Don’t forget to check out her gorgeous legs and our gift shop on the way down!” She’s posing like a star, too. Great posture, throwing the girls out there and still looking relaxed and confident. WERQ x 10.

      • Rrroza

        delightful comment mhleta!

    • Sara Munoz Munoz

Aha! Perfect styling here. Well played, Ricci. Love that hair color. IN!

    • Sara McDarby

That is a lot of dress. It looks good on her, but I can’t past the really ugly print. Soooo ugly. Sadly – out for me.

    • Gabriella M

      I LOVE IT! IN!

Also – holy crap – checking out the dress on the site reveals it’s made out of NEOPRENE? Man, they fitted that dress like a wetsuit, too. I’ve never seen neoprene fashion look this perfect.

And yes, that means if I could afford to spend about $250 on a single dress that I can’t wear to work, I would have bought this dress. Alas alas. But fabulous fabulous.

This is pretty much a WERQ for me.

    • Watts

      IN. Quirky and chic

    • karena10

In. The print is way too busy, but it works somehow. The fit and styling are great.

    • call_me_schmeg

love. she is a phD level dress wearer. unabashed IN.

    • Laura McDougal

IN – it might be busy, but it’s flattering

    • gsk241

Frankendress, but in a good way. IN!

    • Sara Leigh Merrey

In! I think she looks great and that dress is perfect for her.

    • Alyssa

There were so many ways this could have gone wrong, but I love it on her. Perfect styling choices. IN.

    • crash1212

IN. It’s perfect for her and it’s a really interesting dress. I’m glad she downplayed the clutch and shoes and – for once – I can sign on to make-up and hair. I’m thinking this shoulda been a WERQ or WERQ adjacent.

    • Julie Fountain

In! Love it! Hair and makeup look great too!

    • Judy_S

Ricci-specific, yes. She looks amazing. Though it could be a disaster against a different background….IN.

    • queeniethebold

      IN. Fab. That is all.

    • lizajane1776

In. It is way too much dress, but she is whipping it into shape!

    • mrspeel2

Love the dress and I think it’s the best she’s looked in a long time!

    • marlie

I give this an IN! A cute little dress, and TLo are completely right when they say that the shape is what saves it.

    • BigWhiteGrannyPanties

In. What a cute dress. Looks like you could cram it in a suitcase and it could come out with a shake and not be wrinkled. And the crazy prints all work together. Her giant forehead still makes me squint though. I have to find a way to get over that.

    • Louise Bryan

Absolutely IN. The dress is too much for most people, but it looks made for her, and going with black shoes and clutch allowed this bellowing dress to be the one voice.

    • GorgeousThings

LOVE. IT. It is a perfect look for her. IN

    • Emily

In, even if I am afraid her toes are about to pop out of those shoes. A+. Nice job, Christina.

    • Apocalipstick Now Redux

IN, however, I’m starting to hate black shoes on black carpet photos.

    • notterriblybitter

I think she looks fantastic. The whole look is effortless and chic.

    • Missy Covington

My first thought was: What in the fabric-store-fire-sale hell is this? But I have to admit that she looks really good in it. Reluctant IN.

    • HeatherMcIlrath

IN. it’s a beautiful dress that guarantees that every eye in the room will be on her. great job ricci!

    • Bailey Debruynkops

there most certainly is such thing as too much print, but in nonetheless

    • JanieS

She looks fine, but that dress looks like something you’d find on the sale rack at T.J. Maxx.

    • flamingoNW

IN, because what you said. Works for her.

    • j_anson

      In. Super-cute.

    • Carina

Super cute and modern. Totally IN.

    • homofascist

In! It is a lot of look, but she didn’t go overboard with crazy accessories or anything. It both brings the cray and tones down the cray. Plus: color!

    • Kathy_Marlow

IN, right dress for the right event on the right girl

    • RedRaven617

      In. It suits her well.

    • Ediths_Head

IN. If you sewed together my ca. 1986 Jams and my brother’s OP shirt of the same vintage, you’d have the beginning of this dress. And I mean that as a compliment.

It works because she’s tiny and the dress fits perfectly. Good for her for doing something different.

    • sweetlilvoice

In….glad she chose a black shoe. Prints make the world go round.

    • Maya

In, because it’s her. I think it wouldn’t work on most other ladies.

    • Michael_Jones

I love this, and it makes me smile. IN.

    • ErmengardeGreen

I like it. Makeup is great.

    • Lisa M. (ReVoir) Kramp

It’s a nutso print but she looks fantastic in it. In!

    • anotherkate

I think it’s a perfect look to be photographed on the red carpet. The close-ups were a bit dizzying, but as an overall statement I really like it. IN, even though I basically just called it a Monet.

    • lamamu

IN! Love the bracelet too, just enough.

    • Robin D. Layton

      Love everything. She looks great.

    • Nancer

      Love, love, love this.

    • Agatha Guilluame

IN on a technicality. Because focus pulling hair color may not be a real thing.

    • PastryGoddess

This dress is a mess. They styling helps..but still a mess

    • marilyn

Out. This looks cheap. By the way, if she is going to wear a dress with a jillion crazy loud prints on it, it is time to break out the wacky shoes and purses.

    • Jeremiah Capacillo

    • Kappyapp

Dress is OUT b/c all the patterns are making my head hurt. She is IN because she’s rocking it despite that.

    • Sabrina

I think it makes her look older than she is.

    • MilaXX

IN, but I’m giving those too big shoes a bit of side eye.

    • ThaliaMenninger

IN. Love it. And I can’t help but think it would’ve won the Lord and Taylor competition if somebody could’ve done it for $250 last night.

    • Jangle57

I think she looks great – IN

    • librarygrrl64

IN. Not my style, but it looks great on her.

    • mhlmh

IN. She looks really confident and good.

    • tonibaloney

IN. It works on her, but I hate the dress itself.

    • Betsy Farmer Hada

IN! Adorable. Just right for her shape, size, age, etc. SO nice to see a cute young woman in a cute dress. And I have no issue with all the pattern. It’s just short of over-the-top.

    • lalahartma

    • pugluv

I love it!!! I think it looks better on her than on the model!

    • Julie Chase

In. And it shouldn’t be, it’s so busy, but it’s so fun to look at.

    • MoHub

      Love it

And to think designers on PR are criticized for having too many elements in a garment. Guess it’s all a matter of how well one does it.

    • maggiemaybe

IN! I LOVE that dress – just enough graphic elements for me – and she’s wearing the hell out of it. Covet the eye makeup too…

    • ConnieBV

      Heart it.

    • Caitrin

Not my thing, but looks fab on her. In.

    • Imasewsure

IN she’s tiny enough to make this work although I prefer the shoes on the model.

    • unbornfawn

I have to agree she is rocking the dress. It fits like a dream and she is styled well. BUT all that print is hurting my eyes. OUT.

    • random_poster

IN. She looks fab, and proves that a properly styled dress on the right person will always be a winner. I’d give this a WERQ.

    • MintaHallWriter

Oh, OUT. I hate the dress. The shape is its only plus. The prints are insane, and the colors of the prints don’t go well with her skin tone. Orange/brown on a paleface…not good. If the prints were reduced by that aforementioned 11 or 12 elements and the colors of the prints were in either pretty blue-green or even soft reds, this would look much better on her.

Besides, I definitely heard Miss Nina, Styling Goddess say on PR last night that a lady should NEVER match her purse and shoes.

      • Sarah Adams

Hate. Yup, that’s the word for it. Love her, hate the dress.

      • H3ff

It’s usually not matching when the pieces are black. Also: fuck fashion ‘rules’.

    • Vickiefantastico

I absolutely love this dress on her. The styling is perfection. IN!

    • Ten Ten

It works somehow, thanks to her accessories…and it was VERY easy for this look to go horribly wrong.

Like, “someone ate too much candy at Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory and threw up on Miss Ricci” wrong.

    • Super_Red

I like the makeup and the way the dress fits her. See? I can say something nice. But yeah, she’s totally out. That dress be cray-cray.

    • lehen

      in – she looks cute

    • oohsparkley!

In. The dress is almost cute. I would have done something different than the flower print bottom. I like the chevron waist detail, very flattering.

    • kingderella

pure love, this is IN. dont love the clutch, tho.

    • Rhonda Shore

    • another_laura

Get rid of the chevrons and it’s okay. Styling, accessories, all fab. She’s adorable.

    • Eclectic Mayhem

    • gillian holroyd

In and it looks better on her than the model.

    • mmc2315

OUT. Yes, if you squint, she looks nice, I suppose. But come on, that dress (print) is ugly.

    • Erin_MJ

This is a smartphone launch party? Are they going to have step-and-repeats at actual envelope openings soon? For the occasion, I think this is perfect: buzzworthy, but not trying too hard. IN.

    • melanie0866

      IN. She looks cute.

    • JuliaInBlack

I don’t know what kind of voodoo, alchemy or fairy dust makes this dress work, but work it does for me. IN

    • Jessica O’Connell

Typically not a fan of crazy prints, nor of multiple competing ones in a single look, but somehow she’s pulling it the hell off. IN.

    • Nancy SM Waldman

      Love this so much. IN!

    • SkipperJane

Definitely IN – I love the crazy patterning!

    • Aly Light

    • IraKi

IN! She looks fresh and cute. The accessories are right, the hair and make up are perfect and the print is cute. This is a fairly difficult dress to pull of and she’s doing it! I think this is actually werq-worthy.

    • Peeve

I really dislike the stripe print in the middle, it’s too jarring. But Christina has a banging body in that dress and it fits her like a dream, so IN!

    • Jeff Warhurst

      I think she looks awesome!

    • tereliz

She looks cute, put together and ready to party. Love that dress.

    • Fifi LaRoux

I just can’t handle the prints all mismoshed like that. I’m all for different prints in the same outfit, but this is too much. OUT

    • kerryev

I think the chevronny part makes this dress pretty wearable, even for nonRiccis.

    • luciaphile

In. But I think she’s probably the only person who can get away with a look like this.

    • alyce1213

In. The prints all work together and the chevrons create a beautiful shape (not that she needs it.) I like it a lot.

    • formerlyAnon

In. I don’t actually like the dress, but she’s pulling it off.

    •!/Space_Kitty Space Kitty

So very IN. Delightful to see high fashion on someone just a little taller than me – proportions are so difficult when it seems everything is designed for the very long-limbed!

    •árez/100002964685796 Josefina Madariaga Suárez

IN, she found another dress than only she can make work.

    • Kim Baker Vidas Davey-Irvin

      love. and it FITS her.

    • Shawn EH

Actually, I don’t mind the print, I just wish it wasn’t so tight. Imagine if it had the shape of that Aguilera lbd that almost looked good. Regretful OUT.

    • Indigo54

IN! The dress looks great on her but there’s probably only 3 other people on the planet who could wear a dress like that. Pisses me off!

    • CommenterFormerlyKnownAsR

ok, first thought was “omg Project Runway fabric scrap challenge argh OUT.” But I forced myself to keep looking at it, and while still a wackadoo combination of prints, it started to seem more intentional. This look certainly captures and keeps your attention. So I find myself at a surprising-even-myself IN.

    • EEKstl

IN! I love it, which is not surprising because I have been all about prints lately in my own closet. I do wish it were a skosh longer, tho.

    • Sara__B

IN. Looks great on her, and she styled it perfectly.

    • BrooklynBomber

I’d like it if it was longer; if that print went to just above the knee.

    • kirkyo

In for all the reasons stated.

    • Susi R

    • PeggyOC

In. It’s a little much for me, but she’s wearing the crap out of it, and looks like she’s having fun, which wins the day.

    • TieDye64

IN, but I’d like it even more without the floral print.

    • Joyce VG

I think she’s pulling it off so IN. Hmm…does this very petite woman have man hands though?

    • padma sallah

IN. For the simple reason, that regardless of the busy print, she looks very very pretty. The dress is perfect for her.

    • snarkykitten

it works. I don’t know how it works, but it definitely works! werqs, even!

    • CheriCPat

In. No need to explain, even, this is so clearly an IN.

    • barbarienne

Love the dress! I’m not certain the makeup and/or hair is doing much for her particular unusual beauty, but they’re not doing anything bad, either.

What’s selling the whole look is her cheeky smile and body language. IN.

    • ankali

IN. That mix of prints is kind of… a lot… but she’s definitely pulling it off and looking really hot. I do wish she’d worn open-toed shoes, though.

    • Reality TV Casting

in – cant say it does the BEST thing for her figure but the styling is clutch (save the satin recycled prom clutch) definitely an IN

    • Nonmercisansfacon

The top of the dress doesn’t belong to the bottom part of it (or vice-versa). There is enough print elements for 2 maybe 3 dresses there. OUT.

    • kindwordsonly

I think the mix of prints works for her.

I wish she’d do some more movies though.

    • whirligig7

      Love it. In.

    • Ass Kicking Adviser

      IN. Perfection.

    • Nicole Little

In for sure. Love the idea of the dress and most of the combinations but I really dislike the bottom fabric.

    • Sally Brownson

      In. She looks awesome.

    • jetpackdino

She looks better than the model. She looks good, and really *there*, and it would be easy to be overwhelmed by that print.

    • Monabel

No. It’s the orange chevron in the middle that brings the hiddy.

    • Hilary Oliveira

    • CeeQ

I’m loving this look on her. The dress is alot to take in at first glance but the prints are somehow making it work. It helps that it fits well and isn’t too tight. The make-up is borderline too much but it’s OK.
      Therefore: IN!

    • Tigerfly

I absolutely LOVE this – IN!

    • JaCory Deon

IN for me: considering how small she is and how much pattern is on that dress, she’s pretty much serving it up. Well done.

    • Sara

Out. Damn, which do I hate more, the dress or the shoes? I can’t even decide. I don’t see her at all. All I see is an orange chevron and painful-looking toe cleavage.

    • aeb1986

Great! Makeup is just ok but that dress is great on her and accessories are perfect! IN!

    • lundibleu

In, definitely. I think it’s the attitude in part that sells it. She looks happy and relaxed, and that’s making it work. She looks fantastic.

    • ChelseaNH

She looks like a fabulous pinball machine… In!

    • urbanamish

this is a Ricci WERQ, for me.

    • Zippypie

OUT. Completely bipolar. It’s giving me a headache. And I hate printed on grommets. Hate. them.

    • crackineggs

IN. Looks like coloured in Doodle Art! Love.

    • Kirsten Kirsten

Girl, that’s totally your dress AND NO-ONE ELSE’S! Crazy dress could look crazy on the wrong person, but she looks awesome. IN.

    • guest2visits

      Just love this.

    • Anniebet

In, mostly. She’s pretty damn cute in that crazy ass dress. But, dear lord, I hate toe cleavage.

    • prettybigkitty

      Works for me. IN

    • Heather

IN. Fits well (that goes a LONG way and sadly, is not the norm), the shape is flattering to her figure, and she’s kept the hair, makeup and accessories classic and tasteful. The print is funky, but it works ONLY for the previously-mentioned reasons.

    • thesevenendless

The dress shouldn’t be working, but it is somehow. It’s like a miracle in dress form.

    • SorayaS

Nope. It looks tacky and her makeup is unflattering. Also, I think the clutch looks cheap.

Her hair looks nice though and I don’t mind her jewellery.

    • phylora

    • demidaemon

IN. I do agree that at first glance, it is a bit epileptic, but I think the styling and attitude saves it.

    • MzzPants

Stomach in, chest out, Baby. IN.

    • libraangel

I guess my opinion is WRONG but I’m going to express it anyway, so there! (Takes all kinds of people to make the world, boys). Hate the up arrow : “OOH, what a lovely face “

    • jw_ny

the many prints are overwhelming, but overall she looks good and I credit that to the simplicity of the shape, proper fit and right choice of accessories. Makeup is a bit heavy too. Overall the whole look works.

    • Trisha26

IN. The dress and styling are great – but this doesn’t seem like a step & repeat look. Then again, what isn’t these days?

    • Mistie Holler

IN! She looks so feminine and sexy.

    • Jackie Atkins

We bow to your greater wisdom, TLo! IN!

    • Airkisses

She kept it simple and did right by the dress. IN.

    • Toto Maya

      She looks fucking awesome.

    • bd73

in, but she looks so hungry

    • Barbora

      She rocks that dress, IN!

    • MandyM

      I love this! In!

    • julnyes

I’d like to see the back to be completely sure, but as it stands I will say that is a A LOT of print, but she looks fantastic – IN

    • lrhoff

She makes it work, that’s for sure.

    • sleepycat

I am going to say IN because it fits her so well, although the print needs to be toned down a bit.

    • kathrineb

Out. Mixing prints is good but those prints in particular are BAD.

    • Judy Julian

IN. I wouldn’t wear that dress, but she’s rocking it.

    • Tina

Feels very pastichy and postmodern, which is not what I associate Ricci with, but it fits nicely.

    • semirose

IN! This dress was practically made for her.

    • Ha Nguyen

IN. this is so her dress.

    • Carly Warnock

In. I love all the contrasting prints.

    • annrr

Nay It is flattering so I almost like it, but it is too ugly of a print. ALso I just hate foot tattoos.

    • William Thill

IN…. Ricci is serving Jeff Koons fits- like- a- glove realness.

    • Constanza Álvarez Espinoza

She succeded in making it look pretty. Otherwise, I’d hate that dress. IN.

    • Lisa_Cop

Love the hair and makeup, too. IN, IN, IN!

    • Renaissance_Man_ATL

    • chitowndg

In, adorable. Looks great on her!

    • littlemac8

IN – I was so relieved those grey diamonds weren’t cutouts I practically clapped my little hands in joy!

    • Beth Ann Gallagher

    • MannahattaMamma

That’s a LOT of eye makeup for the launch of a new phone. What would she do for something that actually mattered, do we think?

    • calimon

I thought the dress might be by Custo Barcelona, which I generally am a fan of. I still agree, the simple form balances the complicated prints, and the accessories do the same.

    • Terrible_Person

OUT! There is such a thing as too much print and this dress is so beyond that, it’s not even funny. Granted, she’s doing the best that she can with it.

    • Marie Fessler

Before I even got to read any BK comments, I thought: You know, this just might be the perfect look for her. I’m all for petite women looking great & fashionable, because the odds are certainly against us.’

Also, that whole look & styling de-emphasizes her too-large forehead and just generally highlights all her best assets.

    • silaria

Completely in! It fits perfectly and actually makes her look taller. Plus, I like he way each print is individually loud, but they combine into something a little quieter.

    • Deborah Lipp

OUT. Girl has had breast reduction; she doesn’t need a pattern that makes her look top-heavy.

    • KSpence

That dress is weird and horrible but she looks cute. In.

    • Ana Ced

IN ! fits her so well too

    • CatherineRhodes

      IN. Love it.

    • Randy Noak

On anyone else I would probably hate it, but she looks totes adorbs. And her hair and makeup are fab.

    • amanda lynn

IN – cute! and i really like her tattoo.

    • Pudgy Possum

      In! She looks hawt.

    • ccm800

In – but I think it would have been mucho better without the neck bit – just the stripes atop would have been “Everything” to quot e a psycho.

    • AmeliaEve

    • Maya Laukaran

Definite IN. Glad she went simple with the styling. Also, the dress fits great and is the perfect length. She’s so tiny and if the dress had been any longer it would’ve overwhelmed her. As it is, I love it! In fact, I like it better on Christina than on the model.
