Love the clocks and the frog!

    • http://joyouslifesf.wordpress.com Kiltdntiltd

Oh the Bear shoe is awful. Mostly because of how like a felt craft project the bear looks. But most of these are really sweet and fun.

      • minnye

The bear is dumb, but it would be fun to have a pair of shoes with tree illustrations on them.

        • http://www.facebook.com/people/Lucía-Gavello/1253586868 Lucía Gavello

That’s what I thought, they ruined that cute shoe with the bear! I really like the rest though, so playful!

      • ChiliP

There is no way a grown woman would wear that bear shoe. And last I checked, children do not wear stilettos, so who was that shoe designed for? I do quite like the kitty and clock shoes, even if I can’t see myself wearing them.

        • CPK1

          Suri Cruise?

          • charlotte

             I was going to say…

        • ConnieBV

          Obvs. Zooey D.

      • StellaZafella

Maybe if the bear was lifting a leg…nah.

        • http://joyouslifesf.wordpress.com Kiltdntiltd

The way I can see this working is to have the heel sculpted as a standing bear with its front paws up and clasped around the heel of the shoe. Oh, and pattern the shoe to look like a tree trunk texture. Then it all becomes integral, rather than haphazard.

          • omg_dora

You might like Kobi Levi’s shoe designs: http://kobilevidesign.blogspot.co.il/
It may be unfair to compare because Levi does sculpted artwear but his designs kind of make the Olympia shoes look like Target pumps that some teen glued stuff onto at home.

          • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1401197785 Jennifer Peters-Ahnberg

            I would wear that.

      • MK03

Not to mention that The Jungle Book isn’t a fairy tale…

        • sweetlilvoice

I believe it might be a Goldilocks and the Three Bears reference.

          • filmcricket

Not with that name. “Bear Necessities” is a song from Disney’s Jungle Book.

What’s weird is that the face on the Sleeping Beauty shoe looks like the Evil Queen from Disney’s Snow White.

Not that I want Disney to get any more money, but give me a Maleficent shoe and I’d wear it with pride.

      • CT14

        Pinterest shoe!

Cool trees ruined by felt bear.

    • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_QFW22QV426LUOEPGASPZJWJMDE MishaFoomin

      Kitty flats!!!

      • StellaZafella

Anne Hathaway got ragged for wearing these into the airport a few weeks ago in posts on this very site.
I though they were cute, comfortable and an easy take on a long plane ride.

        • MissAmynae

I have them, and they are divine. You have to pair them with the right stuff, though, or they get a bit “precious.” Mine usually go with jeans, tank, motorcycle jacket and a long braid.

      • JasmineAM

Way too juvenille/twee for this girl. In fact, every shoe in this collection looks cheap and childish. The clock shoes are the only ones I’d wear.

    • GorgeousThings

I want the Timeless Court Shoe and the Fashionably Late Slipper.

    • http://profile.yahoo.com/57DSN5XCR5VONZ2JUMQ5M6EF54 Sabrina

      kitty slipper.

    • gabbilevy

The clocks are great, and the Sleeping beauty is cute enough that I’m into it, but the rest are definitely “craftsy.” And I can’t help but see that frog getting caught on *everything.*

      • http://joyouslifesf.wordpress.com Kiltdntiltd

My first thought on seeing the frog shoe was to wonder how long it would be before it got snapped off.

        • SewingSiren

El coqui coqui will break quickly.

          • understateddiva

oh memories of Puerto Rico! :)

    • Sara__B

      Aw.

    • MilaXX

I like the Timeless Court, the Sleeping Kitty and especially the Kiss me Quick!

    • SewingSiren

      What? No glass slipper!!

    • another_laura

Nope.  Can’t do it.  Not for an adult.

      • ankali

Aside from the Timeless Court shoe, I agree. The rest are just cutesy and awful.

    • http://twitter.com/Glam_Dixie Glam Dixie

I can’t see anyone wearing a sleeping beauty face on their shoe (unless you’re 5), the bear shoe is just silly, love the frog but I imagine it getting caught on things and ripped off. The rest are adorable and I want them. A lot.

    • charlotte

Cute except for the bear shoe, but can we have a no-Taylor-Swift- policy for the kitty slipper?

    • Imasewsure

That frog shoe is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen… would put it on a shelf though… love the clock shoes too (those I might even wear)

      • MilaXX

I would buy and wear those frog shoes.

    • StellaZafella

The purple #1 makes me thing more of the evil queen in Snow White…now I want them. “Mirror, mirror…”

    • Nexli B

These are supposed to be for adults? No. Just no.

    • lucyloo222

No grown woman should wear ANY of those shoes, except maybe the clock ones.  I think they look seriously goofy.

      • http://www.facebook.com/seelebrennt Christina Diaz

I think plenty of grown women would be able to properly deploy any one of these shoes and should, if they feel so inclined.  Sometimes a touch of whimsy is just what an outfit needs.  I think some of them are cute, though the bear one is a ‘no’ for me.

        • lucyloo222

Well, it all boils down to personal taste and this is America, so viva your opinion and viva mine!  :-)

          • http://www.facebook.com/seelebrennt Christina Diaz

exactly, which is why I, and likely others, tend to bristle at people saying “no grown woman should,” because it IS a matter of personal taste.

            • lucyloo222

It was a vehicle for comedic license.  Don’t be so bristly!  Lighten up!  This is fashion, it is supposed to be fun.

            • Mistie Holler

Exactly – it’s supposed to be fun.

    • http://www.facebook.com/people/Julie-Chase/731391326 Julie Chase

They’re fun to look at, but only one or two pairs I find wearable beyond the age of 13.

    • http://twitter.com/bredalot Bridget Smith

I want both of the clock shoes. Desperately.

      • http://twitter.com/bredalot Bridget Smith

Also, because I work in publishing and half the people I know are obsessed with the (wonderful) book Code Name Verity, the “Kiss Me Quick!” pair is making me tear up.

    • OrigamiRose

Pairs 1, 2, and 3?  Come to momma.

    • http://twitter.com/kendallbrunson SassyMcFrench

The sleeping kitty flats & fashionably late are much needed in my wardrobe! So adorable. And the darcy ballerina flat is perfect for an art event! All very whimsical. They make me happy.

    • MK03

Feh. Too twee for my taste.

    • http://twitter.com/PhDKnitter marlie

The Sleeping Beauty shoe is so cute!

    • JulieTy

Is the Darcy shoe referring to “Pride and Prejudice?” “Fine eyes,” etc.? Harrumph. I love almost anything Austen-related, but P&P is NOT a “fairy tale!”

      • Kate Lorenz

And if you are going to do a Pride and Prejudice shoe, it should be something MUCH more epic and classy than a bunch of embroidered eyeballs.

    • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_H6FPGG4IMVA2AUSY6XXUZ3AMKY Miriam S

I want the frog shoes so badly. I don’t even have an outfit to match, I just want them.

    • sweetlilvoice

      Adorable!!! Love them all.

    • Annabelle Archer

I have a five year old daughter who would love these.  That to me says that maybe those out of elementary school should not be sporting such footwear.

    • j_anson

      TWEE.

    • libraangel

I love all of them WITHOUT the cutesy embellishments. ( I do not want a teddy bear on my fantastic-plant shoes!)

    • Aly Light

The problem I have with these is not their childishness, but actually the maturity of the silhouette of the shoes. As a grown woman, I had some mary janes with monkeys embroidered on the toes. It worked because the shoe style itself was whimsical– these look like a little kid’s shoe clips stuck on her grandmother’s shoes.

    • http://twitter.com/lisledanielle Danielle Lisle

ALL OF THEM EXCEPT THE BEAR SHOE, PLEASE AND THANK YOU.

    • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_OQG2B3GDOIKSFYT6YDXFVOMEM4 A. Lure

Most of these are so cute. The bear one’s the least attractive, IMO. That’s because the bear’s not integrated into the shoe. It’s a plush bear that’s tacked on the front of the shoe, and the childish nature of the bear jars with the well defined womanly pump. I want the Sleeping Beauty shoe minus the at-the-crown embellishment. The face

    • http://aldonsusi.blogspot.com/ Susi R

Penelope Garcia would so wear all these!
      Not for me though.

    • http://twitter.com/hamsteaky Maria Smith

      Etsy.

      • cooperalden

Quacker Factory has a line of shoes now?

        • Kate Lorenz

Most of the fairy tale inspired shoes on Etsy would be more sweet, whimsical, and creative than this.  I kind of like the Sleeping Beauty, but the rest fall flat for me.

    • mjude

      i want them all.

    • TieDye64

      Adore the clocks.

    • Lilithcat

Oh, my gosh, these are friggin’ adorable!  I really want the Timeless Court Shoe.

    • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1832126583 Mary Lauer

I would wear that clock shoe in a heartbeat!

    • margaret meyers

      Kinda couture, kinda Etsy!

    • Louise Bryan

My favorite is the Darcy ballerina flat.

    • Indigo54

Ooooh!  I want those kitty cat slippers so bad.  Wait, maybe not.  The dog would chew them up for sure.  Ok, lemme have the Fashionably Late slipper.  No-no, then I wouldn’t have an excuse for being on time.  Think I’d  better go with the Kiss Me Quick one.  Might as well give it a try, nothing else has worked…

    • http://shockya.com/ Monique Jones

I really like the Timeless court shoe. Too bad I can’t afford it.

    • http://www.facebook.com/CameronETurner Cameron Turner

      That collection is terrible….just terrible…..

    • nicole seligman

i hope a lot of starlets wear these. emma stone, anne hathaway, hailee, and emma roberts could rock these out. except that bear shoe i think we’re all unanimous that no one will wear that.

      • meowing

That’s my favorite, so I’ll take it!

    • http://profiles.google.com/anplica Anplica Fiore

      I’ll take 1 of each!

    • librarygrrl64

      THE FROG!!!!! xxxooo

    • http://twitter.com/amndad amanda lynn

      adorable.  i’m 35 and i want them.

      • http://twitter.com/amndad amanda lynn

(well…most of them.  some of them.)

        • NYCGlamourpuss

          I’m 49, and I want them too!

    • kimmeister

Just the black clock pair for me, please.

    • http://twitter.com/omg_dora Dora K.

I like whimsical shoes but these really have no design to them — just stuff glued on top of normal pumps and flats. Charging over 600 dollars for a pair that looks homemade is just wrong to me, and unprofessional. If you like them, I’d love for you to try to replicate them at home with some glue or clip-ons or embroidery thread and shoes that are comfortable for you. You’d get cute shoes that look just as professional and nobody else would have the exact same. And come here and post pictures :)

    • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_F73LIJ3SJGI5AJQMXMWXCKILHI Pamela

They’re all great though I have one quibble.  The “Bear Necessities”-named shoe recalls The Jungle Book, which is NOT a fairy tale.  Who didn’t hear Baloo singing that song when they saw these shoes?  They could’ve called them something else, like “Who’s Been Wearing My Shoes?” or “Too Hot or Just Right?”.  Small quibble but now I’ll have “Bear Necessities” in my head all evening.

    • NYCGlamourpuss

Oh, I am just a sucker for stuff like this.  I MUST have the kitty flat!  I just want all of these, and I don’t even wear heels anymore!

    • BookishBren

Love the kitty and a clock shoes!

    • quiltrx

I especially love the clock ones!

    • guest2visits

There’s an awful lot of really interesting things to do with shoes… but this is not one.  Very junior miss dept.

    • lilazander

From the first clock to the froche, I would certainly enjoy to wear.

    • CT14

I’m making the kitty shoe for my little girl!

I really like the clock shoes, but the teddy bear shoe is a Pinterest shoe. An $800 Pinterest shoe, but an etsy/Pinterest shoe nonetheless.

    • velomango

The flatter ones (frog, cat, etc) look like they come straight from the “catalog for pre-school teacher apparel.”

    • Targettaste

Thanks for the link.  I’m adding those to my list of when-I-win-the-lotto fantasies.

    • BigWhiteGrannyPanties

I can’t wear a shoe in which some creature is staring at my crotch up my dress. Nope.  Cannot.  And these are just on the edge of being sortof home-made and etsy looking… i dunno…you’d knock that ceramic frog off your foot the second you crossed your legs.  And it would just go flying and then that would be awkward…

    • BigWhiteGrannyPanties

OMG I went to that website – but either I’m too tired or too stupid to figure out how to actually purchase a pair of those shoes.. unless they are simply Fantasy Shoes that cost more than my car?

    • http://twitter.com/mannahattamamma MannahattaMamma

Those shoes are all mostly perfect. Just perfect. i think the world needs more whimsy..I just wish that foot-whimsy weren’t so damn expensive.

    • mila_8

Look like Robeez for grown up gals. Not loving the pumps, but NEED sleeping kitty slippers!

    • http://twitter.com/MissTanya Tanya Edwards

Ugh. Cat shoe was already done by Marc Jacobs.

    • LocMama

Thank you for sharing.  Love that chewing gum shoe.

    • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=639062430 Sara Padilla

Mostly too cutesy, but that aqua and gold pump would make a really fun bridal shoe.

    • http://www.facebook.com/people/Jessica-TallGirl-Freeman/1043623567 Jessica TallGirl Freeman

And the shoes are a NAY. The updates were a bit too much. And the hockey puck platform on some is not attractive at all.

    • http://twitter.com/Nancer Nancer

Ooh… the first batch of shoes, not so much. But the SECOND grouping – to die for!

    • polishpauper

The red and gold ones and the last ones, simply because they have a hedgehog on them.

    • Sarah

I need all of these oh my goodness.
